Ordered 1 Blow Off Valve online. this company sent me a total of 7 then threatened me with the police if I did not return the extra 6. I don’t mind having them returned at their expense. What I don’t appreciate is being threatened with police over a mistake that was this company’s fault. Very unprofessional. Will NEVER do business with this company again!

Had an issue with some shipping information after purchasing a tuner for my truck through amazon with these guys. Contacted them and Connor figured out an issue in tracking numbers and had everything resolved. A+ customer service in my book. I'll keep this company in mind when I order parts in the future for sure.

Was driving by and stopped in to talk about a trailer hitch I was looking for. Cass was great to talk to and helped me pick out the right one for my truck. Great group of people and great to do business with.

I thought I was getting a good deal but they sent the wrong part and no eta / tracking for my missing order. I now must deal with going to a FedEx store to return a part I never ordered. I'd be less irritated if I was given a tracking number for my order, and if I could forgo the physical trip to FedEx. Again, no idea how long for my order to arrive.. I noticed someone who had the same issue but they gave 5 stars? I can't imagine anyone being happy about this.

Love the Access-Lite Roll Top Tonneau Cover... The fit and finish is just perfect for my Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn, with the 5.7" bed and Ram Boxes. Installation was a breeze and one person ( I did it) is all that is required. Package was missing 3 lock washers and one spacer. Fortunately, I had the same size lock washers in my garage stock and actually a round spacer from another project that I used. So no knock on the product itself, but the potential for missing parts is a concern. Now for Midwest Aftermarket.. I called and placed my order directly instead of online..Hoping for a more expeditious turn around on order, process and delivery time. Unfortunately, this was 'not' the case. Ordered on Friday but did not receive the cover until Wednesday the next week. In that time, I did not receive any follow up emails from Midwest with shipping confirmation or tracking info either. I had to actually call again and speak with someone to then get the information and have it emailed to me as well. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.. and maybe it should be 3 but I don't want discount the actual product itself. Overall, the experience with Midwest is very positive and I would use them again, with a little hesitation only from the above lack of communication.

First time ordering from mid west aftermarket good experience and arrived on time. Only had one problem they sent me the wrong one from the distributor contacted Midwest aftermarket they are taking care of the problem for me I will update soon when I get my programmer. Very respectful kind people on mid west aftermarket phone lines will be ordering from them again thanks again for taking care of my problems.. Today is Tuesday I have received my tuner couldn’t be any happier makes the truck come alive.. you can definitely tell the difference between each mode definitely a good product worth the money. We recently had purchased a leveling kit and a set tires for our truck, everything arrived quickly and looked great. Products were easy to find and affordable! A few weeks into having the tires on, we had a blow out. Midwest took our tire, got the claim started and got me a new tire in less than 48hrs!!! Great Customer Service!

These people are GREAT & easy to work with. I was buying a 2018 Ford Transit van - wanted a cargo liner & running boards. The first cargo liner was too large; they took it back & did more research to make sure the second one would fit; it did!! They found the exact running boards that I wanted. I just placed my 3rd order with them. I wanted the WeatherTech sun shields made for the Ford Transit windshield & driver & passenger side windows. Great people, prices & service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I purchased a Lomax hard tri-fold tonneau cover for my 2019 F250 4x4 and absolutely love it. Easy to install and fit perfectly. That being said, I am actually writing this review to give a shout out to Midwest Aftermarket. I requested a price match via chat to which they cheerfully agreed. I then contacted them by phone to complete the transaction. Within 26 hours of my order the Tonneau cover arrived at my door in northern California. Wow! It was perfectly and carefully boxed. Ordered a Bakflip G2 Tonneau cover for my truck from Midwest Aftermarket. They contacted me the day after I placed the order to confirm the make and model of my truck. Shipping was fast, I received the cover the day after they contacted me. The price as $120 less than other online retailers. Overall, a very positive experience.

Their product was amazing. Color match was spot on. Mouldings where nicer than chrysler. I would recommend their mouldings for any car. Installation was easy and very secure. Sync Carmel by 2017 Chrysler pacifica.:-)

I bought caliper covers for a 2010 Mustang GT. I love the caliper covers for the front wheels but was displeased with the covers for the back. The covers hit against the rotors as they spin and make a loud metal scraping metal sound while driving. I verified that everything was installed correctly but it just doesn't work. I would have given 5 stars if the back covers worked.

I was refered to Midwest Aftermarket about getting my flush mount KC Back-Up lights. I made a quick call and placed my order. Within a few business days I received my lights. They were well packaged and protected. Instructions were very clear on full installation, which only takes a of couple hours. It took me longer than it needed to be for installing the lights because it's always reassuring to drill an approximate 2" hole in a still fairly new aftermarket steel bumper. I have a master switch/relay setup inside the cab, so I modified the wiring harness to fit my needs. As well as installed to a separate switch to turn them on whenever I need to instead of wiring them in with reverse lights, which some people like to do. I waited until it got dark to test them out, they are very bright! These will definitely be handy when it's too dark to see what you're doing either backing up or setting something up behind the truck. Great prices! Very friendly! Would order from these guys again in the future!!

Purchased a 4 inch exhaust system for my F-250, good price and shipped fast. Upon installation I saw that I had not ordered the system needed, I was short the tailpipe. My fault, I called customer service and they shipped the needed pipe to me immediately and without a shipping charge. Customer service was really helpful and professional. I certainly would do business with them in the future. Also, recommend them.

Was trying to get a Bestop soft top for my Jeep. Had ordered it through another company and was told after four weeks it would be another three. A friend told me about Midwest Aftermarket so I decided to contact them. Derek was great to work with. Not only did they have it in stock but Derek said it would go out that day. Got the top a couple days later. I will definitely do business again.

Very satisfied went together pretty smoothly for the most part. Probably should have left the two bottom pieces loose on the rear ( went with the underbody frame mount ) before I installed the rest Reason being had to shave a small piece of my body armour rear bumper brace to get them to bolt on and went ahead and tightened them down which made me have to drill out about a 1/8 bit of metal to get the bolts to go which was no problem. Very nice Mounted my four KC lights on the front and now time to buy 2 for the rear. Installed a 48 in. Basket and we are riding in stile. Thanks

Was looking all over the web, for a hard folding bed cover. It took awhile to come onto Midwest. I gave a call and talked with Derek. We discussed product and prices . I didn't buy immediately because of some truck bed concerns. Once my concerns were checked out, I called Derek on his ext. The price I was quoted stayed the same. Which is a Great price. Shipping was as stated and rcv'd in great condition. What more could a person ask for? I'll put Midwest at the top of my searchlist. GREAT JOB MIDWEST. John

I ordered a storage unit for under the rear seats in my crew cab Silverado. Midwest Aftermarket's sales associate seemed to really care when asking me all of the details of my truck and even my billing information. Their prices were not only competitive, but they were significantly lower than all other vendors I compared with - including the original manufacturer. I was thoroughly impressed with the service, and will definitely order from Midwest Aftermarket again soon. After a little more research on the company, it seems to be a very grounded operation with people who seem motivated and genuinely happy to take your call and help you.
