I’m a truck driver out of Texas. I needed a quick pull out of a drainage ditch I slid into. From call to me driving down the road was less than an hour an fifteen minutes. Curt’s towing gave me a reasonable price an had me back on the road quickly. He was kind an quick with clear instructions for my part. Thanks again for everything.

One of the drivers had problem with trailer loosing air, they came for a road call quickly and did a job fast and with good price!!! Really recommend them had to replace trailer airbag.

Jenn and Bill were excellent helping me out towing my tractor up to Springfield Il. They even provided much needed guidance on where to take my broke down Cascadia. Bill is the type of old school trucker you want running a wrecker. Reasonable pricing, in line with current market conditions. They went above and beyond by offering to tow my Hazmat trailer into their yard overnight so I didn't have to spend the night in my cold cab at the truckstop, and I could get a hotel down in Litchfield. I declined, but they offered, that's good customer service. Bill was right there 8am Monday morning like agreed upon. When your an O/OP you want a company like this that takes the stress off of you. They show up, with heavy trucks, pick you up and take half you worries away.

Replaced tire on semi dealt with Dalton quick and fast hooked me up had me rolling in no time flat

The staff here at Curt’s towing were the rudest, most unprofessional, hostile, uninformative people I have ever met. No customer service skills, no common decency nothing. No one had an estimate on when someone with information would be available. Refused to work with us. And insisted we reload a uhal in their ice covered parking lot. We were waiting for over 2 hours at their shop. After being stranded for 2 days in Illinois. If you can avoid it DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT SOEND YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR ENERGY!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Betty was rude, Jenn had an attitude the whole interaction and no one else could offer any helpful information. This company and their employees are a joke.

We were heading back home during a snow storm right after Thanksgiving when we drifted off the road into a ditch. A state trooper was kind enough to call a tow for us. Colten with Curt’s towing was so fast in getting to us and helping us out. He was so friendly and the service was amazing. We greatly appreciate all your help!

1 A.M., AFTER 12 HOURS ON THE ROAD, MY TRAILER WAS DAMAGED AND COULD NOT BE PULLED. BILL SHOWED UP FOR A PRE TOW INSPECTION SO HE WOULD KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HE NEEDED. LOOKING AS IF HE JUST WOKE UP, HE WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY... REASSURING. MY MINI NIGHTMARE INSTANTLY FADED INTO CALM PEACE OF MIND. THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR THE WORK AND DISTANCE NEEDED. I DIDN'T GET THE DISPATCHERS NAME, BUT SHE WAS AMAZING AS WELL. THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE, AND THESE FOLKS ARE SOME OF THE BEST!

Imagine you are setting off on a 7 hour journey home from Springfield, IL and 30 minutes in your car breaks down. AAA and manufacturer roadside assistance can't find you a tow. Even if they can it will take them two hours to get to you and they can only tow the car, leaving you stranded at a rest stop hoping you can get an Uber to go 30 minutes out of their way to bring you back into Springfield. After some searching on my own, I found Curt's 24 Hour Towing. They said they would give me and my car a ride back to Springfield and would arrive at my location within 30 minutes. The driver, Colten, is my personal hero. He showed up right when they said he would. Not only did he drop my car off at the dealership, he also drove me over to my hotel for the night. Colten's professionalism, friendliness, and kindness made what was a horrible day much better. If you are ANYWHERE near this area of the country and need a tow or other help with your vehicle, give Curt's 24 Hour Towing a call! You WILL NOT regret it. THANK YOU AGAIN CURT'S AND COLTEN!!!

I always recommend Curt's! What do you need they can handle from cars to big rigs and always greeted with warm friendly service. Their the BEST!

Curt is an absolute Chad. wonderful human being, responsive, quick and damn diligent. He was accurate on time and even gave me a ride to the nearby hotel after he towed my truck into the shop.

Breaking down on the interstate with my 4 small grandchildren on our way to the St. Louis airport was not in my plan. It was a very scary experience for myself and the small children to be stranded and not being from the area. We were put in contact with Curt's towing that provided us with beyond excellent service. Starting with the dispatcher who was very kind and gave good instruction that she followed through with. The tow truck driver Bill was awesome!! I don't have enough kind words to describe how he treated us and made us feel comfortable and at ease. He helped us figure out a plan for our vehicle and found us a safe place to land until we were able to secure a ride home. I am forever grateful for them. Great and qucik service, came up to my truck at weigh station and replaced blown tire and put new mudflap, price is reasonable, no extra charges , especially thanks to Dalton, I would recommend them everyone

Family of 4 (2 small kids 8 and 10 years old), we had a flat on the highway I-55 south headed back to Southern Missouri. I googled truck tire repair shops and Curts was the first to pop up. The bad reviews were from years ago and the few recent good reviews is what made me decide to tell my husband to go here. It was a 2 hour wait since their guy was coming back from Saint Louis for another job. Thank you again to the man with blue eyes and curly brown hair! I'm sorry I didn't catch your name. :)

Had a blowout on a heavily loaded trailer. Called Kurt’s and they were there in well under an hour and had the tire changed in less than an hour and I was back on the road. Price was reasonable and they were a couple of nice guys and friendly. I was impressed and the blowout was barely a hiccup to the overall trip.

Dalton from Curt's quickly came to our rescue to fix our flat tire. He was compassionate and worked diligently to get us back on the road. He even agreed to follow us on the highway for a few miles because we were very nervous about driving after our flat tire experience. Dalton arrived within 30 min of our call to Curt's. This was refreshing after waiting over 3 hours for AAA who never showed up. We highly recommend Curt's and are thankful to Dalton.

I want to say that Curts 24 hurt towing is absolutely amazing . He was so kind , showed up on time , got right to fixing the problem.. it was mid winter and cold . I held the flashlight for him to help, we talked and after, he showed me and explained what happened . Super nice individual, highly skilled at his craft , great personality and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I was on my way home from Indiana to Arkansas, an 8 hour drive, and I spun out in snow. I had to get towed, but then my cars battery light and a few other lights came on. Had to call state trooper to get my car jumped, several times might I add, to get to a gas station. Curt’s Towing was kind enough to tow my car and I to the hotel I was going to stay at. They were very nice, and handled my situation very well. Thankful for the kind people there at Curt’s!!

Betty was very sweet and nice when I scheduled to get my car towed, and returned my call quickly before I could even leave a voicemail. Colton (the driver) was also very nice, got my car loaded up quickly and didn’t mind that it needed to be pushed to get it loaded. They have the best prices in the area and were very professional and formal. Highly recommend Curt’s towing and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I’m so grateful for the owner of this company and for Austin who came to our rescue. My Toyota Prius slipped on ice and spun out into a ditch, and we were so lucky that both us and the car were unharmed. Curt answered my call on the 3rd ring and sent my information to Austin who got to us in less than 20 minutes. Austin was so kind and so efficient. He pulled us out smoothly and calmly talked us through it the entire time. I called Curt’s at 9:27pm and by 10:20pm, we were back on the road. Thank you thank you thank you, Austin, for your prompt response and reassuring words. Thank you, Curt, for running an excellent and honest business and for coordinating with Austin to get to us. What a pleasant experience I had this evening with you fixing my tire. I greatly appreciated your honesty with the issue with my tire and the fact you could have sold me a new tire, you were able to fix my tire. Also, how patient of a person you were with answering all of my questions as well as allowing me to watch the process of the repair; your patience is truly a virtue.

Their guy Bill helped me tremendously. Flatbed load shifted putting me out of service. Bill followed me to the shop for safety then helped me reorganize the freight. He never complained, didn’t rush, allowed me to assist in adjusting the freight, and made sure I was satisfied with all changes. Great experience. Thank you.

Needed help with a lockout. Roadside assistance contacted another towing company and said they’d arrive in 2 hours. After 3.5 hours I contacted roadside again and they hooked me up with Curt’s instead. Charlie arrived in less than half an hour and unlocked my car no problem. Very satisfied ?
