Hi guys never stop at this shop they robbing guys overpriced just to look the problem within 5 minutes he charges me 450 just to tell me what part i need please avoid this place.
I come here the shop I was broken my belt so they told me they’re gonna fix up this belt and I was waiting to fix my belt so there was hold sense 10:00am in the morning until 4:00pm they did not fix me anything After there is a guy coming in, His name chief So he started yelled me and he say tow this truck He did not do anything in my truck and he charged me money 439.60 so those people they are not good people please make sure before you go ????
I left it and I got another shop and they fixed me my truck
Went to the truck with 0 knowledge.
Did not check batteries,did not check fuses,charging with EF because they are running a scram, not a business .
Jeff will def not do the job.
We called this shop for a roadcall 22miles , Jeff the mechanic went there , and did nothing he said , we need to tow the truck to dealership and the truck probably needs to replace the whole wiring hardness , we called towing they arrive at the truck , and they check the fuse box , and replaced 1 fuse , cost 2$ , and the truck started working properly,
Jeff is terrible mechanic , he lie to use , and we paid 750$ for nothing just to go there , and did nothing to help , and he is mechanic , just to get money , nothing else
Traveling and truck wouldn't start after stopping for fuel. After several phone calls, I spoke to Jeff at Route 66 and they were able to look at the truck as soon as I could get it towed in. Mike himself at Mikes Towing came right away and very nice and friendly. Simple fix at Route 66 and omw within 30 minutes. Best part-"NO charge"! HIGHLY recommend these guys and Mikes towing! This could have easily been very expensive! ?

They are super friendly they help you in the most difficult moments you have, they try to solve the same day I came for a broken brake and I left with everything ready thanks to all the boys for helping me.
Guys were rude when we got there the place was lockdown called the number they had all went to lunch tell me they would be there in 5 minutes took him 20 was not happy ended up taking my daughter's car elsewhere
These guys were great. I had gone to another shop and they not only didn't fix my problems they made them worse. I called these guys and they not only fixed my problems and I asked them to do a couple more things but they went above and beyond. I asked them to put new latches on my doors and that's all I expected they basically rebuilt one door. They also kept my refrigerator plugged in. All I have to say is thank you. Great place to go get work done.
Jeff is absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help me while traveling through Illinois and having a trailers breakdown. I would recommend this company and give a million stars if possible. Thank you for your kindness and hard work.
