Came in for an oil change and was treated very nicely by everyone. The guy who helped me was Mike and he was very professional, friendly, and sincere unlike other bad experiences I’ve had at other places. Will be coming back again thank you to everyone there!

I had a bad tire. Patric was very helpful, polite and accommodating. Had me in and out in no time. I recommend using them.

Mike, was a really nice guy. I took the car in for squeaking in the brakes, after Mike looked it over, he said that it was probably just related to salt and extra moisture this time of year. He said the brake pads look great and then he couldn’t recommend any service at this time. There was no charge. I’m sure I’ll be back when it’s time for new brakes.

I needed my spare put on as I slid on ice and messed my rim up pretty bad on the curb, leaving me at a huge safety risk. Mike was able to get me in quickly and was very nice even though it was so close to closing.

had tire vibration at 55+. Made a saturday appoint for 1pm. I was called to confirm service requested and he confirmed the solution, may be rebalance. He offered to take us sooner it it fit our needs. Nice! we dropped off the vehicle, and he called to let us know when complete =. Much appreciated, not many places open till 5 on Saturday.

One best tire and and auto shops I have been to in a long time . Employees very knowledgeable and very respective to all customers walking through there doors. I would not hesitate to recommend Mavis to any of my friends . Great job Mike thanks.

Came to Mavis with a leaking tire when every other auto shop was closed and they got me in in minutes. Best auto service I’ve ever had. I will be back for every service I need from here on out!

I scheduled an appointment for 8a, arrived at 8a when they open, and was told that there was 6 cars ahead and I was to drop the car off and leave because they did not know when they would work on it. I was lead to believe an appointment was a scheduled time to have my vehicle worked on, not just a time to give it to them.

Stopped in about a year ago with a flat tire that occurred while in the area and they took care of it immediately with no charge! Promised I'd come back when needing new tires. They completed the new tires install within 30 minutes and provided great customer service! Thanks to both Bryan for the flat and Mike for the tires - both were an awesome experience!

Staff was awesome I arrived early they stated it would be an hour and a half and told me I could chill in the waiting area. They had my car finished in about 40 minutes! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs tire and or brakes!

Five stars. Mavis fixed my flat on my 2024 Mustang GT in under twenty minutes-no fuss, no upselling. They patched it solid, checked alignment too, and I was back on Crystal Lake roads before lunch. Quiet shop, friendly techs… beats towing downtown. Thanks Gavin & Patrick!

When looking for a tire repair facility in Crystal Lake this location came highly recommended from several sources. They did an amazing job diagnosing the issues I had with the vehicle and were very courteous and professional in their explanation and work performed. The price was more than fair and they were able to get me in and out in record time. I would definitely come back and encourage others to check it out.

whoever is at the front desk is seriously amazing I just moved over here and I don’t trust anything or anybody with my car but unfortunately I got a flat tire so I had to go to the nearest shop and this was where it took me they answered all the questions I had about the repairs and even walked me back into the shop to physically show me even though I know what I’m looking at it’s still nice to see there are good people out there! thanks for taking care of my hondeezy she’s riding nice and smooth now :)

Came in a few weeks ago after moving from the south for a shocks/suspension issue. Although part weren’t available its was easy enough to have them ordered and replaced a couple days later by the service techs here. Very easy going guys that don’t try to “mansplain “ car things! I can really appreciate that! Today I came in without an appointment and was able to be helped quickly and efficiently.

I came into Mavis with a flat tire. I've had my tires replaced before, and today with the flat tire, service was done quick. In and out in less than an hour. Would recommend this location for all your tire and tire-related needs!

I called last minute last night about 30 minutes before they closed- they were so helpful and kind answered all our questions. I went in thinking I needed new tires (one for sure), I initially went just to drop my car for them to look at the next day. They called me back before close let me know there was a leak in my tire and that I didn’t need new tires yet. they fixed it and said I can come back to get my car. I feel they are very honest and upfront with what you actually need. I will always be using them for any issues I have.. a great experience and amazing customer service.

Great customer service compared to other shops. Diagnosed the problem quickly as belle tire forgot bead sealant and are hooking me up with free service since I said I’d write a review. They are also extremely friendly as I recommend to anyone needing to service their vehicle.

SO happy with our recent service at Mavis. We had tires previously installed and noticed one was going flat a few months later. Stopped in on a Sunday morning and the valve stem was replaced in less than a half hour at no charge! Big THANK YOU to Gavin and Noah for taking care of us and making us feel welcome. We will definitely be back and appreciate the inviting atmosphere.

Went to Mavis in Crystal Lake, they did a tire repair. Did an awesome job. I dealt with Gavin super nice gave me a price on new tires that are reasonable. I'm gonna get them in a few weeks when I get paid. Thanks Gavin would definitely recommend you. No high sales pitch.

I went here to get all 4 tires changed, and brakes and rotors changed. I spoke with Noah and he did a great job taking care of me. The price was reasonable, it was fast, and the people are nice and friendly. Definitely plan on going here in the future 5/5.

Mavis Tire was highly recommended to us from the owner of an automobile repair shop. We were quickly greeted. We needed a wheel alignment & were told it would take 1 hour. The price was very reasonable. Noah was extremely attentive to our needs & answered the question I had thoroughly. We are very pleased with the service we received & we highly recommend the Mavis as they have many additional services.

First time here. The shop is right on Hwy 14 / Northwest highway and also accessible from Pingree. Setting up an oil change was easy, turnaround was quick, and price was competitive. The staff is trustworthy and the shop is managed well. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever. I took my Truck in for new breaks and a weeks later I walked away with over $2300 worth of damage to my truck. Not to mention the danger Mavis put me in. My break lines were nearly cut in half. Please save your vehicle and yourself, don't stop at Mavis!
