Herrick’s pricing was reasonable and they did very good work with our car and it looks brand new. The customer service was top notch as they expedited completion of the work by a day when we ran into an unexpected and urgent need to get our car back quickly.

Overall my experience with Herrick was one with great customer service and expert car knowledge. I originally brought my car in after it experienced major body damage due to running over a manhole cover. After a couple days Herrick was able to take a look at it and determine the repair costs would be very significant, likely totaling the car. They did this without taking most of the car apart, and they also didn't even charge me for this inspection. My insurance wanted to bring the car to one of their connected auto body shops for a second opinion. Initially it was determined the car could be fixed at a much lower price than Herrick recommended, but after doing more analysis and taking the car apart the estimate quickly grew to almost exactly what Herrick had estimated, and the car was deemed a total loss. I'd definitely recommend coming here for any body work needed, just make sure to reach out readily as they may not update you as much as you may expect to be updated (which is a personal preference). Chuck was a standup act. I hope I don't have a reason to work with them in the future :), but if I do I won't hesitate to come back.

I recently had my car repaired, and the people there could not have been nicer. They communicated very well and the car was repaired beautifully. I would highly recommend them over those chain body shops thatI have dealt with before.

Herrick Auto Rebuilders were the best bunch of humans that I could have possibly picked to repair my car. They went above and beyond and fought a contentious battle with my insurance company to get me the absolute best/premium parts I needed. They care about the customer and their quality of service over what insurance deems appropriate and I was worry-free throughout the entire process as they took care of everything, from the estimates to communicating with my auto insurance to get everything covered and going above and beyond when it came to details of the repair process. I cannot recommend them enough. Huge shout out to Kevin and Chuck! I am a forever customer now.

I am clueless when it comes to cars. I had an issue with my window.. I accidentally rolled it down with a child shade on it and the shade got stuck inside of the window. I panicked and googled best auto shop near me and thankfully Herricks came up because I called in full panic and the kindest man answered the phone and was so nice and told me to bring it in right away. I brought it in and they helped me right away. I honestly felt like it was family helping me and they didn't even know me! Truly 10 out of 10 service!!

Herrick took great care of me and my 24 Chevy Silverado. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with great customer service; the receptionist was super nice and Chuck Gamalski made me feel super welcome and confident that the job was going to be done honest and to the best of their ability. He was very proud and enthusiastic about the work they do here. The receptionist also made sure to send me frequent updates on when they were working on my truck and when parts were being delivered. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for help with their vehicle and I will be taking any vehicle of mine to Herrick from here on out.

I rec’d four estimates for front and rear end damage to my Accord. Chuck was very knowledgeable, and he took time to explain how the car’s tech could be affected and possible unseen damage. He was the only body shop that was willing to work with me and kept me updated throughout the process. When I picked up my car it looked flawless, and I think they even cleaned the inside!

Got into a small fender bender with my F150. Chuck at Herick Auto Rebuilders took care of dealing with insurance for expenses, kept me updated throughout the progress of the truck, and honestly went above and beyond with the phenomenal work that was performed on the truck! Would come back in a heartbeat for any work needed and would recommend them to everyone!

My car was towed to Herrick Auto Rebuilders in July. Without notifying me (I hold the title of the car), they went to the Secretary of State and got themselves a new title for my car, claiming I abandoned it, despite me trying to resolve this with them. I never got any letters or calls from them to notify me of anything. This business legally stole my car from me. I can't imagine how many other vehicles they've used legal loopholes to obtain for their own financial benefit, with no regard for the owners of the vehicles, not even enough to contact them.

I accidentally backed into a rock and ended up with a small dent on my passenger-side door, which made an annoying sound whenever I opened or closed it. I brought it to Herrick Body Shop and was greeted by a friendly staff member who took a quick look and knew exactly what to do. They were super helpful and even gave me options to keep the costs down. It’s refreshing to find an honest and kind place like this in the auto service industry. My family and I will definitely be back if we ever need more work done!Great service. Highly recommend!!!

Best bodyshop I've ever worked with by far. Chuck and his crew do great work, make you car look good as new, and somehow save you money while doing it. I will never take my car anywhere else again. They've earned me as a life long customer, I highly recommend going here with any bodywork whether insurance is involved or not they will take care of you.

Had to have my car door fixed. It needed to be sanded down and repainted. I was worried about it not matching my car. I can't even tell work was done. The car LOOKS amazing and they cleaned to inside before I picked it up. The customer service is top notch. Chuck and his team are amazing and they know what they are doing. My trunk was stuck and wouldn’t open for years. I finally decided to get it fixed when my brake light went out and I had no way of changing it otherwise. I went to the Hyundai dealership and they had no idea what to do and said I would have to leave my car with them for 3 days and it would cost at least $400. I decided to take it to Herrick and they got the trunk open in 2 hours for a low cost of $130 AND fixed my brake light for free. The owner, Chuck is so kind. I’ve had my share of bad experiences with auto shops especially being a female, but he treats his customers as equals! Couldn’t recommend Herrick enough!

Brought my Jeep in for a fender repair and also had them apply a ceramic coating. My Jeep looks better than the day I bought it. Cannot give Herrick any higher comments or accolades. They are fair, friendly, give phenomenal service, and are some of the nicest people you can work with. Lifelong customer here!!!

We've had a number of cars fixed at Herrick over the last 15-20 years, and our latest experience was great like all the others. The repaired parts of the car are like new, paint matches, fit and finish is excellent. I'm particular about my cars, and they always live up to my expectations. Vanessa and Chuck were great in navigating a couple of auto insurance hurdles as well.
