Megan possesses extensive knowledge and clearly communicates what is happening; it's evident that she genuinely cares and isn't just out to take your money. Doug did an excellent job diagnosing the issues with our 2020 Jeep and our 2015 Nissan Altima. The prices are fair, and they completed the work on time. While we hope not to need their services again soon, if any problems arise with our vehicles, we will definitely be reaching out to them.

It's just crazy when you make an appointment and it's takes all day and then they don't even finish! One of the most important thing they didn't even discuss....TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!! Now I found someone who is charing 323.00 instead of being ripped off at 463.00. Megan draws you in and then....DOESN'T CARE!!

I wouldn't want my cars anywhere else! Most honest & best mechanics I've ever experienced in the business!! Got two older cars (98's), and even with the age, wear & tear, they will be upfront & tell you what's wrong and honest opinios on how to best fix the issue. The diagnostic skills are top notch, and the prices are good as it gets! They are Beyond reliable and honest. Thank you C.A.R.R.S team!!! Shout out to Meagan, Doug,and David! But the whole team is equally as awesome!!!

DO NOT COME HERE! They are dishonest, refuse to accept fault after they break things while working on a car. My car has been at that shop for almost three months. We are furious with the service here. The lack of communication is just disrespectful. They will over charge you and use crappy parts. My car ran before I took it here now it can’t even drive and they only made it unsafe for the road. They installed a radiator and broke the fan. Disconnected the PCV valve which caused the car not to be able to even run. Make claims about other shops being really bad and dishonest. Update: We got the car back with scratches on the driver door and back end and missing a bolt from the air box. I REPEAT NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Everyone there is amazing. I started taking my car there about 7 months ago and I am so relieved to have found them. Every experience has been amazing. They have stood by their work from day one and have not once tried to up charge me or over sell anything. I for sure thought I needed a new tire and they said no, it can be repaired. My check engine light came on when my emissions needed to be tested, they took care of me the way only family would. Now my cars transmission stopped working, I knew it was going to happen, my car showed signs of it. Megan at the front, has been very helpful with everything, honest about what needs to be done, how much it cost, and how long it would take. She got me the best price possible. I am really happy with everything and I am so grateful they are here.

My family and I have used CARSS for many years for all my automotive repair needs. If I could give a million stars I would with out thinking it twice. If you’re looking for an honest automotive repair shop with reasonable prices, look no further. Megan, one of the the service writers, is a master automotive technician. I highly doubt somebody explains auto repairs better than her.

I recently purchased four brand new tires that were expertly mounted and balanced at this establishment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The price was incredibly reasonable, making it a great deal for the high-quality tires I received. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. The efficiency with which they mounted and balanced the tires was impressive, showcasing their expertise in the field. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of new tires – great price, great people, and exceptional service and quality.

My van had a thorny electrical problem. Carss had the van for 2 months as they continued to hunt down the issue. When they finally found the problem, they worked with me to find a financially feasible alternative to a new replacement part which cost 1400.00. I have my van back and in great working order. Thanks to Doug and Chris for sticking with the problem, and working through the constraints.

1st off they are Car guys. Great service, no B. S., tell you straight what's what to get your car on the road safely again. I wouldn't say they're Fair I'd say they're better than fair they're Honest. That's what you're looking for in a mechanic. Other than being a certified Hands-On knows what they're doing mechanic. Like I said, they're car guys, classics too expensive foreign jobs, but I always recommend phone first. They are busy but depending on what you need they may be able to fit you in. They're most accommodating within reason and you'll like their prices. Call for a quote. The staff is very knowledgeable and if they're too busy to answer your questions they will get back to you within a timely manner. If you need Fleet Maintenance or just regular maintenance and checkups on your vehicle. I highly recommend CARRS. Chris is the owner, a great guy & very knowledgeable. He's a walking Encyclopedia of knowledge. You never know, untill you ask. And if you need storage. They have units for rent. Cars, boats, any other toys call for availability.

This place is top notch!. Seriously a hidden gem. I've never met a more honest team of mechanics. I've felt very safe dropping my cars off for work here or even just for a lookover. This is the only shop I'll ever go too!.

We took my fiancé's car in for a check engine light. Chris and his team ran a diagnostic for us and they were able to solve our issue without actually having to do repair work. This was refreshing since other shops told us it was going to be a $1700 repair!! We will be back when we need repair work. He went through the car and was able to isolate the problems and about a 1/3 of the cost of what the dealership quoted us. Chris

Other than my rear brakes getting replaced. I had issues with my car back in July, that CARSS took time to figure out the problem. I think all techs had a chance to drive my car to get the issue to replicate! Took awhile, but it finally got fixed! Don’t ask me the technicalities, but my Honda drives better now…and starts up appropriately. Just want to thank Chris and his entire team for helping me keep my old car running.

I've been coming to CARSS since buying my first car. Everyone there is courteous and very professional and I have always valued their input because they are incredibly transparent about what needs to be repaired right away and what can wait. When trading in my last car for my current one, they told exactly what they thought about my new purchase and it helped me finalize my decision. I also love the pick up and drop off option since they're has been a few times when I've definitely needed it. I won't go anywhere else!

I was working on my classic car in my driveway many years ago when Chris drove by my house stopped and had just a great conversation about all things cars. He told me about his shop C.A.R.S.S. So I started bringing all of my cars by for work. Chris and his staff are top notch there has been nothing he couldn't fix for me . Great shop and people highly recommend !

Very good mechanics, they do a through inspection of your car and will tell you the truth. If your brakes are getting warn but not in need of replacement they will suggest you wait until the next service and check again. They do fleet service for many companies, I have seen USPS vehicles and Comcast trucks there for service and repair.

The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I won't hesitate to bring my car back here- and recommend that everyone I know do as well! They were incredibly thorough in explaining the issue with my transmission line, gave me a free estimate, and once I decided to go ahead with the work, they gave me a ride back to my house- free of charge. They really take care of their customers; it's obvious how important customer service is at CARSS.
