Every time I come here it’s a waste of time. Back in July I bought a caliper in which I got the wrong one. Had to go back to get the correct and 9 months later it goes out. I call to inquire about a warranty return and they said to bring it in. When I got there the staff was not only very rude but not helpful at all. They refused to look me up in their system even though I know the exact date and time it was purchased. I asked for a higher ups number that was not in the store at that time and they refused to provide it. I don’t understand why Napa makes it seem like they care about their customers because they in fact don’t. The issue only stems from this location.. I don’t know what it is but seriously wish someone would figure out the problem 🙃

The associates were friendly. I didn't have to wait on my part it was waiting for me since I called ahead. My transaction went smoothly, and I was in and out of the store.
They were great , my battery went dead a couple of weeks ago and I bought it at Napa about 4 yrs ago and my warranty on it wasn't up yet , so I got a New battery for half the price and I just was thankful for that , especially at this time of year ! This place had both of the off the wall parts we needed to get our RV back on the road. The Santa Claus looking guy behind the counter (sorry, I forgot your name) was helpful all 4 times we dealt with him, both on the phone and in person. Prices were fair, staff was great, can't really complain about anything.
Excellent service, I brought in fuel filter, and extra time was given to make sure I received the correct filter. This is the place to get all your vehicle maintenance pieces.
Matt was very professional, funny, friendly, and helpful.. He made sure I had everything I needed. Even carried my stuff to the car for me.. His customer service skills are definitely on point... Thanks Matt I will for sure be coming back to the Vandalia store for my auto care needs...
Keep the box it comes in. Or you gotta call corporate hq to get your money for the wrong part they give you. My wife threw out the box and they refused to refund my money. I got it back in the end. But still took a couple days.
The people there are very friendly and willing to help. They will even hook you up if the parts you but there mess up or get damaged, I know they holler me up when I broke an axle ok my van there times in one week. I totally recommend NAPA over other like businesses in this area.
Went in with somebody else to exchange a part under warranty. It took a few minutes to find the receipt online for proof of purchase but it was finally found and the part was still under warranty. Got the new part free of charge. The guy waiting on us was very nice and helpful.
Awesome staff! Never an issue with getting the parts you need. If for some reason there is an error or you got wrong part, staff corrects it with 0 problem. Very reasonable prices.
Good parts store. If they don't have the part they go out of their way to find it for you sometimes the same day. The people in the store are curious and very helpful. Would recommend this story to anyone.
My husband and I use our truck for work. We drive on average 4,000 to 5,000 miles a week. We pulled into a gas station off I-57 at the Farina, Illinois exit and noticed our heater core had gone out. We called Napa to see if they could bring a hose, clamp, and some antifreeze to us. He, I'm not sure of his name, said he would but it would be a few minutes as he was waiting on the next person to come in. He came about 20 minutes later and would not even let us give him a few bucks for gas. Awesome to find people willing to help someone out. Thank you!
