The staff here were incredibly helpful and gracious. We were in the middle of a road trip and started getting some unpleasant engine noises. They shifted their priorities to see us early and allow us to make our destination in time. I highly recommend this company based on their kindness, honestly and expertise.
We stopped here when a trip from Ohio to Missouri was interrupted by the check engine light on our minivan. They were too booked to do a full tuneup the same day but they were able to fit us in to just replace the ignition coil on the cylinder indicated by the error code. That was enough to get us back on the road and make it home. Even though we didn't have a lot of options and were obviously needing to do whatever was necessary to get it fixed the price was very reasonable.
Got my car fixed through them and it didn't stay that way for any longer then a month. When I went there for them to fix it again they kicked me out of the store, and I quote said 'There's something wrong with you.' while laughing at me, cursed horribly around my 2 year old, and is now refusing to give a refund or fix the job they didn't do right.
Awesome fast service! Replaced valve stem on a tire in less than 10 minutes after getting a flat on a cross country trip. Highly recommend. Do not go to the tire shop next door!
Expert Service is basically the only place I feel comfortable taking my car. They've always been super considerate and willing to explain what's wrong and how we can move on from there. Overall would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

Tony was extremely helpful...took my vehicle in a minute... diagnosed the problem and fixed it...all in fifteen minutes!! Very satisfied with the service!
I took my truck in and had my exhaust done and everything was fine but 2 weeks later my exhaust hanger broke, I have major exhaust leaks and I paid for there quailty exhaust system. Now I work in a shop myself and I know sometimes nothing is perfect but one thing I do respect about them is when I called and stated the issue to the owner. He said bring it on back and let me fix it. That shows a lot to me and shows a lot towards them. I would definitely be happy to use there service due to there honesty of knowing they messed up and there willingness to fix it.
I can honestly say, they do a great job, they have decent prices on what needs fixed, & finding out what is wrong and if something else like in my case a belt is about to go, that didn't have to do with the problem I took it in there for, Asked about changing it and did it without charging extra and saved me in the long run, other places I checked around about was going to cost me $300-400 dollars more than these guys charged me, They have good warranty on labor and the parts. I would recommend going to this place if you need your vehicle fixed! Thank you to the Team at Expert Service!
