Getting parts is super easy and returning them is easy too. Parts usually come in within next couple days if they don't have them in stock and all around helpful service.

They were so helpful! We needed coolant and one gentleman came out and looked at the car and helped out without even asking. He taught us a few things and went above and beyond to solve the actual problem, not just add the coolant. Wish I had his name.

O’Reilly has a great employee named Jerry! This guy was helping a customer, then when he finished, he found me on the floor looking for headlight restoration kits and he took me to the one that he recommended. He then took the time to explain each step in detail and why he recommended it more than others. This Jerry is EXACTLY what you want in a store like this. Very helpful and just a genuinely nice person. Thank you Jerry! I appreciated everything you did!

For the amount of money I’ve spent with this company let alone store to be treated the way I was is ridiculous! In October we ordered a part for my window, we were told we have to pay shipping before they can order it. So we got off the phone and went to pay the shipping, upon picking up the park (approx a month later,they were informed it would be a bit) when we got there we were told nothing was paid for at all. After this I questioned why the part was so expensive when on the website the same parts are $60-70 less plus I have an account. They ordered the most expensive part they possibly could and we were made aware of that until we go to pick the part up. When I requested they send the OE part back and order a cheaper one they insisted I pay shipping for both parts AGAIN when I already paid for shipping on the OE part to begin with. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of the employee who helped me today. The other enployees were as nice as can be and one even apologized for a small mishap we had on the phone before I arrived! She thought the part was already paid for but I knew it wasn’t just the shipping so that wasn’t even a concern.

Great place to get auto parts. You can order online and pick it up at the store. The best thing is if they don't have the part at their store, they will look around at other O'Reilly stores to find it for you. Then call you when it it's ready for pick up. I'm glad this store has knowledgeable staff working there also. I would recommend this store for anyone in need of auto parts. Their prices aren't bad either. Check it out online too. Just Google it.

The people are great but corporate is just plane stupid. They do not understand that every one can starts their checks at any number. So they wouldn't take and 89 year olds check she got new checks and ask them to start the numbers over since it was hard for her too keep tract of more numbers

I have been a faithful O'Reillys customer for years. I have several terrable experences with different associate's. Mind you yesterday I was there and the cashier Kevin was very knowledgeable, respectful and polite. He knew exacly what he was talking about unlike most other clowns at other auto stores. So if you go to this O'Reillys "ask for Kevin". He is very knowledgeable. 5⭐ for Kevin from me. 🎯 like i told you, you deserve a promotion(Manager). Next time I am asking for Kevin 💯%

Bad experience! I’ve been there 3 times in past several months against the advice of several friends!! Today, I thought I’d try one more time to pick up a few things and ask about a starter! Every time I’ve been there, there were children either running behind the counter or up and down the aisle!! Today they were again in the way!! Running through the aisles. When I came in, there was a dark haired, bearded gentleman who immediately asked what he could do for me, and was very professional, even going as far as telling the Ferrell children to go to their mother! I’m not sure if they are his kids or what, but I didn’t know this place was a daycare!!! The gentleman was trying to help me but I was too furious over the fact that this has even been acceptable to have kids running amuck and for my experience a third time!!! Which indeed was my final time as a patron. I told the gentleman thank you but I’d seen enough and I’ll go to auto zone from here on!! The second time I was in the store the blond girl behind the counter was rude and couldn’t find the right part repeatedly!!! Acted as if she knew nothing about the place, or how to even ask another worker for help!! Her attitude showed she was clearly not meant for the job nor did she like her job!! I Do Not Recommend this place!! Seems they have poor management and severe lack of staff!! Who wants to walk into a business that acts as a daycare and has employees who don’t know anything about the job!! Today was sickening!!! No choice but to give one star when I’d rather give zero

I enjoy the customer service. Grant you they are like every other business with new help. They are training new employees to train and coach them for a better and reliable experience. It doesn't help that my fiance is the store manager. He spend a lot of his time there. He enjoys getting up every morning knowing he is going to be helping his team members professional and retail customers. Doesn't seem like he has ever met a stranger in his life. He believes in helping all walks of life that stop by to see them. Stop by and say hi.

My husband needed a hydraulic hose made and he went to O'REILLY's in Vandalia. On the front of the building, it says the store hydraulic hoses are made here. He has tried 2 different times and they have not had anyone to make the hoses. Shouldn't at least one person working know how to do it.

I went in for a head light after a really bad experience with Auto Zone. The gentlemen that was so kindly helpful, didnt only sell 1 headlight to me., But 2 for a price i could not have gotten anywhere else. He came out to my car to check my headlight to make sure it had the same light that he thought it had. He knows his parts, he was exactly right. My experience was and has in the past been exceptionally great! Auto Zone:0 O'Reilly's BIG WIN!!!

June 6 We’re moving from Texas to Michigan, and it’s been a long trip with a loaded down Jeep. One of the hood mounts on our Jeep broke. All Jeep dealership parts depts were closed in the area. Sadly the store didn’t have one to replace it, but Store Manager and employee were so helpful. They assisted with providing tools to help us with a temporary solution until we made it to Dealership. I regret not getting their names. Thank you for going above and beyond to help us.

Was here with my friend to get his battery tested they said oh ya its good nothing wrong with it. We knew better already replaced a starter he bought a new battery put it in and the car fired right up. Very unknowledgeable people cant even test a battery. Won't be going back
