Went went shopping for a vehicle on 12/6 seen a sales person with a couple waiting on him to get with us he never show back up so we left guess he didn't want to sale a vehicle won't go back!
These people i thrives. Majority of their cars are lemons. Literally only had the car a day and it started shaking and wouldn’t go over 40miles an hour. They will give you the run around. No one benefits beside themselves. They will definitely be getting sued .

Horrible they sold us a lemon told them things were wrong Saif they would fix we had warranty for 2 years then the first mechanic quit and didn't do his job right shit started falling apart more now all sudden our warranty is out cuz our miles if they would have done their job the first time we told them about the problems it would have still been cover so I get screwed over never missed payment or anything and this is how you guys do your customers im going to buy new car for someone else and then you guys can deal with this also I'm in contact with lawyer over this bs worst car dealer I've been to

Great experience. Clayton was friendly and easy to work with. Very funny too. His co worker came in and he was also very friendly. I got a good deal that works for me and fast too ! Will definitely be getting another vehicle from them again.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We purchased a vehicle and had it for barely 6 months and throughout the duration of this time the car was brought in to be repaired 3 to 4 times with no repairs to fix the actual problem. We tried many times to go into and speak with the office about what we could do after the car broke down in another state, we paid to have the car diagnosed as well as other repairs needed to have a proper diagnostic test ran to find out there was a cracked valve in the engine. The bill for the repairs were over $9000 and the dealership refused to go ahead and either pay for the repairs and let us pick the vehicle up at our own expense afterwards or they wanted us to pay a certain amount in order for them to pick up the vehicle and bring it to their mechanic that did not fix it initially. After many additional visits with the office, we spoke with the office manager at the Vandalia location and was directed by him to wait so the owner could get in touch with us and discuss what could happen next. After close to a month of zero communication and multiple visits to the location in Vandalia, we were told that they would take ownership of the car and the loan would disappear. We were also told that they would not come after us for the vehicle since they do not have the vehicle. We asked for a phone number to speak with the owner to possibly set a meeting up with him since they refuse to give us any phone number to contact anyone since they only have personal phone numbers. The general manager proceeded to come out of an office and become extremely hostile and aggressive. Once we let him know that a lawyer would be involved just to ensure what they said, and to follow through since they refuse to give us a paper stating that we would not be held liable and they would not come after us for the vehicle.
I have spoken with multiple people that have said they have had similar experiences, cars breaking down, and they refuse to fix them properly, which cost them a lot more in addition to purchasing the vehicle and high monthly payments. I have spoken with multiple people at two Bank locations that have said that they’ve had multiple issues with this location in setting up payment arrangements in properly. Multiple bank employees have had issues dealing with Anderson and the location in VAndalia trying to get in touch with someone to help the customer fix their payment situation or zero communication at all. I do not recommend this location as any type of business that someone should work with. Best of luck to those who have dealt with them and future clients who choose to work with them.
I called about a vehicle. It was at a different location of theirs..they proceeded to tell me in order just to TRANSFER it back to the Vandalia lot. Before I had even seen it in person at all. I had to pay a 250$ deposit (non refundable). Went back and forth. Come to find out..It wasn’t even ready for sale!!! And they quoted me pricing the WRONG vehicle. When telling me the deposit and payments. So because of NO fault of mine. I wanted my money back. Never heard from them again. Never got my money back. And will NEVER recommend or purchase a vehicle from there! I am a mother of 4, struggling like the rest. And they’re out here just scamming people for their money! Side note. The vehicle never got transferred to Vandalia and no one has been in contact with me since!

Bought a car from hear. My wife did. Worst thing we ever did. Car broke down 2 weeks later we had to pay to have it towed over a hour away to there shop. Just to have them tell us it wasn't anything major even tho the car would hardly run. Not even a week later broke down again with another 400 dollor tow bill. These guys are a joke. Over priced cars that should be heading to the scrap yard. Hugh problems from the start. Just junk cars that are over priced junk. Never go hear

I needed a new car immediately I had very little money saved up. I submitted an application online late in the evening last night and went to sleep. The fallowing morning i was contacted by Anderson's and sons, made an appointment to come in one hour from that present moment, went up there ,got stuff signed and payed for , and I was off in no time in my new safe used car!
