Mainly come for some tech stuff, and they REALLY overprice items. For example, $5.50 for Ethernet cables that you could buy new from Best Buy for cheaper. Lots of other E-Waste that other people would pay you to take away are priced way higher than they should.
However, sometimes you can find some bronze in the rough.
I think everyone needs to make money and oppose to a bran new shirt and then you pay 5.99$ for a shirt . I don’t think it’s a joke !! I mean depending on the shape it’s in !!

Closed due to cold weather is so ridiculous...it’s not snowing or anything of the sort. It’s -9 degrees, we live in Chicagoland this is nothing new at all. This entire week is going to be in the negative, so what are you going to do? Close for a whole week?? I drove a half hour to this store because I needed to get somethings for my new apartment. Now I have to drive to Naperville who is actually open. Don’t understand why this store is closed but Naperville isn’t ?? Goodwill is open but they don’t have furniture ?
I was there on Saturday and bought 1 roll of wrapping paper for $2.49. the next day my account was debited for $21.46. there was not a person in site to help as I did not get a receipt, but thought its a roll of paper, I' m good. thinking a person that used that register did not finish their transaction so I got to pay for their stuff the register only showed my purchase of 2.49. hopefully the company will see my email and reach out
Pricing is crazy high for a thrift store, but they do have coupons which help. I LOVE the self checkout too! Only complaint other than prices being high is can we get a cart corral in the parking lot? For being such an enormous store and parking lot, how is there no corral? Everyone leaves their carts all over the lots so it’s a mess on a windy day.
I always find good items and things that I'm looking for. I will say that occasionally it's very unorganized and there are times that there are limited items. Otherwise it's a great spot to thrift.
Very dirty, poor selection of items. Prices are way to high, I saw a small old frying pan being sold for $8. Why would I buy that went I can get a new cheap frying pan from Walmart for not much more money. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else
I once vowed never to return to this Savers location after a very negative experience with a former staff member named Tina. However, since she has moved to another location, I decided to give this store another chance—and I’m so glad I did!
From the moment I walked in, I was reminded of why I loved this place in the first place. The new management is incredibly professional, and every staff member I interacted with was courteous, helpful, and welcoming. I had such a great experience that I came back the very next day!
The store is well-organized, the prices are unbeatable, and the selection is impressive. I scored a beautiful desk at a phenomenal price, along with some lovely jewelry. The customer service here is truly exceptional—everyone goes above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable.

I have found many great items here. I collect old or rare cast iron skillets. I recently found an O’Brien & O’Brien cast iron skillet made in Chicago sometime between 1925-1933. And with my $2 coupon, I paid under $6.
I went in to shop tonight and there system was having issues. It's understandable, as things like this happen. My partner and i walked around as they told us it would be back up soon. Eventually, one register opened as they were only accepting cash, so we asked if they would hold our cart of items at the front while we ran to the store to get some cash back for our purchase, which they said they would do happily. Around 30 minutes later, we return to locked doors with paper signs that said "Store Temporarily Closed". We tried to get their attention to see if we could still purchase our items, but after 5 or so minutes, the same lady we spoke to earlier came up and shook her head even after we showed her the cash that we took out. I just don't understand why they would lie to us and make us waste our time, just say you're going to close the store. Very disappointing as my items will probably be restocked and upmarked by tomorrow morning.
The associates treated me like I was robbing the joint (I was dressed nicely, groomed). Stood and waited for assistance for a prolonged period twice at the jewellery counter. I did not like this experience at all. I will never, ever return to this location. Head to a different Savers guys!
The older cranky and aggressive woman who works here called the cops because my dog " is in a hot car " it's 65 degrees and my AC is on. Absolutely baffling. I understood the need to employ the mentally unwell but this is ridiculous.
The me preface this review by saying I LOVE savers. I love to thrift and while their prices are too high I still would rather come here over goodwill. Today the older women with glasses working the checkout area was so rude to my mother. I could tell from across the room that she had a bad attitude. I’m not sure what’s going on in her life or why she brought it to work. But check yourself before speaking to customers. The way she spoke to my mother was completely unacceptable. DO BETTER.
This store has a lot to explore. Great toy and furniture selection and lots of clothes. I wouldn't agree that this store has a bunch of "overpriced garbage," but I would agree that it's overpriced. I found a number of things with goodwill tags on them that had been upcharged, which I found frustrating. Otherwise, a good experience.
Overpriced for a second hand store. Staff isn't very helpful. Manager Steve saw me & 2 other people waiting for help at the jewelry counter and didn't ask if we needed help or even send an employee to help!
The first time I came the tension I felt, but every other times were excellent. Store does not smell and is clean. Staff are usually nice. I dont have any issues with them. They have always been helpful when I ask for help. Big selection and price is average! Its always busy on Monday. Everyone does a good job keeping up with the Monday rush. I like coming throughout the week. I don't live nearby, but this one is my favorite Savers.
Some of the shoppers are really aggressive and I wasn't ready for that. So you have to be prepared to stand your ground. Some will bump into you or your cart. Some will reach all over you and invade your personal space.
Always the best prices. They have 50% off every Monday and they give you a 20% off coupon to use every other day if you donate clothes, bags, shoes, toys or whatever you want to donate! Staff is also always friendly & they have inclusive sizes as well. :)
Good resale store for all household things.

The quality of the clothes is pretty good for which reason the prices are also on the higher side.

They have many clothes and winter wear but not heavy weather stuff.
Checkout was pretty smooth with self checkout counters. Staff are there to help if there is any issue.
Prices of the used items are expensive than the brand new items. A Year ago This place used to sell with affordable prices but I don’t understand who started to put price tags now. So stupid and crazy. Almost all items including used clothes are crazy expensive, we can buy brand new same items cheaper from tjmax or berlinton etc
I missed the turn for Goodwin, and was lucky to find this fun thrift store! Everything was was well organized and easy to find. I got some fantastic dishware! The staff was also friendly and helpful.
