I called Junk King to pick up a giant pile of electronics for recycling. I was so happy to be able to take care of all of it all in one shot. I have health issues, so I can't do any lifting. Kamari and Tevin came out to my house. They did all the heavy lifting for me! Thanks for that. They picked up all of my items from 3 different locations at my house. They were very careful to take only the items I indicated. I had a lot of tools and supplies nearby. They followed instructions perfectly. Both men were very friendly and helpful. I was pleased to know that my electronics would not end up in the landfill. Great assistance from the Junk King team!
I can't remember the names of the guys I had here tonight so I will be back to update once I call to confirm, but they were AMAZING! They came same day, I wasn't on the schedule and they added me on and drove 45 minutes to me, communicated with me on their ETA through the evening and loaded everything up so quickly and were SO polite. The price was great!! Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Fantastic!

Originally googled and found these guys first and they came out the same day, (Hobart,IN), impressive. Didn't have enough room on the truck to take everything but had them come back out 2 days later and get the rest. I think James came out the first call then Jason & Brandon on the follow up. Same day service, professional, and a fair negotiable price. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're in a bind and need it fast.

I strongly recommend Junk Kings! Jack, at the call center, kept us informed of approximate delayed arrival time. We had the best experience with Josh and Jason. The crew of two young men did a quick job removing items I requested from my parents house. They honored a lower quote that I received from my handyman so that was nice. They did come 10 min later than the time I was given but they called me beforehand to let me know they were on their way and their eta.
Jack called ahead to give a clear expectation of ETA and was super engaging and friendly. We have used junk king a few times in the past and I figured as much as possible was recycled, but I didn’t realize as much as possible was donated specifically to local donation centers. Thank you!

I called Junk King and the gentleman I spoke to was so kind and knowledgeable! He had a crew come out the same day and the 2 (maybe 3) gentlemen that came out were so kind and helpful! Would most definitely use this company again!
Marlo and Alberto from the West suburbs came out in a timely manner and picked up all of the debris that was left over from someone dumping furniture couches mattresses etc on my property. They were very efficient and knew their job very well because the way they packed that truck it was like this was not their first go-around.
I truly appreciate the both of you taking your time out to come as quick and swiftly as you all did too accommodate my needs.

Agreed upon price with DiMarlo was $150.00 to haul a mattress, small desk and a small printer box. We even helped him carry the load to his truck because he was a 1 man crew. After the credit card went through, I noticed he changed the price to $160.00. I normally use 1-800 junk. After this (slight of hand maneuver), I'll go back to their competitor. This morning, i received a text message from Sarah (Owner) in regards to the service i received. She was concerned if any miscommunication had occurred the day of service on price. She was very cordial and concerned about Customer Service that was received. She offered to make things right to my satisfaction and i promised her that i would edit my review to state her great solution to the miscommunication of the previous day. I would definitely hire Junk King for future needs. I was very happy that DiMarlo came the same day that I called. Service was prompt. Thanks again Sarah
So easy to schedule on-line. I sent pictures and got an estimate within half an hour. Was given a call shortly before arrival. Marlo and Alberto were friendly and polite and made quick work of getting all our junk on the truck. This is the third time I used Junk King. I will definitely use them again!
We were extremely satisfied with our interaction with Junk King. Their communication about appointment times and reminders was excellent. Darius and Alberto were extremely polite and hard workers and removed furniture and items that were no longer needed from all levels of the house. They were very creative in loading the truck to insure the best bang for the buck. I would recommend Junk King to others.
I’ve used Junk King several times now. Never have been disappointed. I had an 8 person hot tub to be removed. In an out in an hour. The crew called before arrival. And on time. Quality work.
Honestly they’re the best company I’ve used for junk trash removal. They were spot on at assessing how much stuff they would fit and told me it should fit into one truck load (they were right). That is what I thought also because I was getting several estimates and companies were quoting me based on multiple loads) unlike like 800-got-junk which has great ratings and I’m sure does a great job but told me it would be 2 or more truck loads (@ $750 a truck load and they had a smaller truck) which I knew wasn’t at all accurate which would impact the pricing as they charge on volume. Many junk companies have about similar pricing but because of incorrectly assessing the amount of junk you have it can jack up their pricing. The carpeting I had many companies assumed it was multiple truck loads. That’s when experience matters and Matt the owner operator of the Junk King franchise in the Western Suburbs knew exactly how much junk was gonna fill the truck and gave me a price $638 for a truck load (and their truck is bigger the other companies that came out). You could rent a container (@ $400-$500) but then you have to load and dump the junk yourself or hire people to do it so you’ll end up at the same amount. That’s what made their pricing competitive for what they do outside of you hiring someone from Craigslist and getting your own truck. I took pics of the whole process so you can see how thorough they are. They even swept up after and left garage in great condition. I will only be using them going forward.
