Mark is a real car guy and knows his trade. I appreciate his explanation of problems and recommendations. And where else can you bring your own oil / filter, and they will use it in their oil change? Nolte's Auto Repair had great reviews as i was searching for an auto repair place near my job. I decided to give them a call and ask for a quote and spoke with Mark who was extremely kind and professional. He quoted me on a new brake job which seemed pretty reasonable so I made an appointment with them for the following day which was today Feb. 10, 2026 as I'm writing this review. Anyhow so while I knew they would have my car up in the air I asked them to inspect my rear passenger side suspension as I knew i had another issue going on with my car back there. I went about my day at work and Mark called me to inform me of the issue going on with my rear suspension. Turns out my rear shock mount was broken so I needed a new shock assembly. They had already completed my front end rotors and pads brake job when Mark informed me of my suspension issue after they inspected the car so he quoted me and asked me if I also wanted it fixed while they still had my car up in the air and having the parts in stock and time to still complete the job before the end of the day. l received a great quote for my suspension issue as well and went with it! I couldn't be happier and glad I decided to give this business a chance to fix my car!!! I feel very good, very safe and happy with the Professionalism they provided me today. My car is as smooth as can be with no more brake squeaking and brake grinding, and no more rattling from that rear end issue that was happening all the time especially going over bumps in the road or some minor potholes as well. I'm Completely Satisfied with their work, their kindness and their Professionalism and on top of that Mark even picked me up at my job to bring me back to his shop as I didn't have a ride to get back there to my repaired car! Thank you so much Mark and your team!!! I feel so safe and happy with the quality and service you all provided to me today! Called Mark at Nolte's because my car potentially needed new front brake pads and rotors. I had been quoted $997 at a nearby shop and a coworker recommended I call Mark. Mark gave me a a much more reasonable quote, so I brought my car to Nolte's. They diligently diagnosed the brake issue, replaced the rotors and pads, and stayed true to their quote. I will be bringing my car to Nolte's from now on.

Mark was so helpful and honest. I was a little nervous bringing my daughters car in because I have been taken advantage of in the past. Mechanics saying more is wrong then really is but Mark was so honest and explained things to me and he only charged for his time. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Brought my car in for brake issues. I was glad i did. Mark diagnosed the issue and provided a very detailed analysis on what the real issues were and what was needed to correct it. Not a gearhead by any means. But Mark and his team put everything in laymen’s terms so it was much easier to follow along which I very much appreciate. My car is running so much smoother now. Mark even gave me additional information for my car. I’ve trusted Nolte’s with this and other car related issues in the past. Will continue to work with them in the future for the same.

It was my first time at this shop and will not come back there. Very bad experience. Bad customer service. My car was more damaged then before I brought it to the shop. While they were working on one thing in their shop, something else broke. They didn't want to take any responsibility for it. "We didn't touch it" I heard. They didn't told me about the damage until I came pick up the car and heard unexpected noise and smoke coming up from under the hood. Per them car was fixed and good to go, to just to get paycheck. I gave them car In good driving condition but I got back undrivable piece of junk . After I paid them 1,500.00 I had to tow the car to the other mechanic. I was unable check if they fixed (as they stated) the first thing since car was undrivable. Zero responsibility from their side and offering the help. I will not recommend them to anyone. 1500.00 what I paid is not a free service. You didn't decline anything. I didn't wanted you do more additional work on my car.
Mark and his team do an excellent job with my German made vehicle. I am particularly impressed by how they handle a mistake- handled quickly and with integrity. They also honored a warranty with full repair of part at no additional cost to me. It is a great repair shop!

Nolte's is not your typical auto repair shop. They were able to diagnose and fix a very trouble some oil leak on my restored 1972 Chevy C10. I went to several other shops with no resolution. Very accommodating and professional. I have been looking for an auto repair like this and now I have found one. Mark is the best. He explains things in great detail plus no surprises with the reasonable repair fees.
The experience working with Mark was awesome. In addition to replacing our brakes for a very reasonable price, he took the time to run a full inspection on the car and found something that even the dealer had overlooked. He is honest and transparent about where he can help and when to look elsewhere. Fully endorse this A+ auto shop!
Nolte’s and Mark went above and beyond what I hoped for when I brought my Jeep in to be looked at. They were incredibly thorough and explained everything in detail to me and made sure I understood everything. They made a convert out of me and I will be using them in the future for all of my auto repair needs. Even when they couldn’t do one of the repairs, they made sure I knew why and left me very confident that my car was in better shape than when I dropped it off. Amazing work and dedicate staff!
Over the past several months I have brought three of my cars and my mothers car in for service at Nolte's. Each and every time we have received excellent service at pretty reasonable prices. I feel that Mark is honest in his assessment of the work required and he is a pleasure to deal with.
