Scott is terrible person to have working for you wouldn't look up the part I bought from this location for the warranty could pretty much careless terrible attitude
Hands down most understanding people! They were so helpful and knowledgeable. This would definitely be the go to place. I’m pretty sure he was the manager but he’s very resourceful and very polite.
Very rude employees. Couldn't be bothered to greet me to ask if I needed help, and I'm the only customer in the store.

Store closes at 7 pm on Friday. I’ve arrived at 6:52 pm after a 30 min drive. Doors are locked. I called the store standing outside but no one answered.Guy mopping the floor looked at me and ignored.
Lack of listening skills. I have to returned the wrong part three times. I will never go again at this store. The one on Roosevelt have way better customer service.

Terrible service here, stood first in line for a half hour waiting to check out and had to leave before being helped. Employees here are completely unresponsive. Better off going somewhere else.
The staff is very helpful when you are looking for replacement parts. They seem to have more parts for my old truck on hand opposed to 2 other stores .
I have bought from this store a few times in the past. The parts are good and I don’t usually complain. I ordered rotor’s online and it wasn’t giving me an option to pick up in store. The rotors arrived(shipped) next day and the box was broken and the rotor was showing. It also had marks on it. I bought the premium rotor with coating on it so I called the store and told them I wanted to exchange one rotor. He checked the inventory and told me to come. When i went the older guy told me there is nothing wrong with the rotor. Then after a few times of repeating the same, he told me he doesn’t have the part in-store. Then when I told him I confirmed before coming he told me he cannot exchange because there is nothing wrong with the rotor. I told him I don’t feel comfortable putting something I paid a premium for that has scratches and the box is ripped. He refused to exchange it and told me we don’t have it in-store. I told him to return it then because I did’t want to keep it anymore. He was refusing to return it too. Saying your issue is with ups. Bro like wth. I told him of my right to return within 30 days and then he finally asked for the receipt. I was so upset at that point I told him to wait a second. I went to the car got all the rotors and told him to return them all. He silently went inside and got the replacement rotor and only said have a good night. Worst customer service. The guy lied to my face and was rude. Never going back.

The people were friendly and they went out of their way to help me get my plugs the one store didn't have it but he made sure the store near him had it so I was able to get the plugs then really really went out of the way thanks keep up the good work
Nice guy listened to what I needed and walked me over to where it was on the shelf. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or to get the most expensive it.
Helpful staff, always willing to look into the parts you are looking for to insure you get the right thing. A few of the parts I have needed are not in stock but they typically can get them in by the end of the day.

Good quality and good prices. If they don't have the part in stock, they request it and shipped to your local store. The staff at Carol Stream is always welcoming. Buy online, pickup and pay at the store.
I ordered the brake pads, but arrived a little used, I returned to their back to them this is not like it, they again ordered but with rung parts number . I know that this was done intentionally,for that brake pads I run 4 times to the store, Store is ok, but Scott is lazy guy.
Went to this NAPA location today, and as a result I'm finished with NAPA nationwide. Stood waiting for 2 employees to get off of the phone for 5 minutes before someone could help me. Then when it was my turn they continued to answer multiple phone calls like I was a ghost. To the big mouth employee with tattoo's and earring who tried to intervene in what was none of your business because you don't understand a healthy boundary - You will always be a worker rather than a business owner because you haven't figured out the most important customer is the one in front of you.
