The owner is great and fixed my parts just fine. As for the front desk, she called me and told me my vehicle is ready for pickup. When I dropped it off she could’ve told me how long it would take but she didn’t. It was ready on the same day. Language barrier with owner and I suppose she could be there to help but she was pretty bad at communicating to me when it would be ready and how long it would take. Good result, service could be better.
Great experience from start to finish. Brought my BMW in for service and it was a smooth process. Mr. Haziri explained everything to me and had great communication. Answered all of my questions. Will be coming back!
They help me. Ingnition coil repair. They did an increadible Job. They been their since 1995. But the first time they fixed my car was 2016. Iam always satisfied with their work.

I've had my cars serviced here for the last 5 years. I knew I came to the right place when my dealership told me I needed an expensive repair. I wanted a 2nd opinion, when I brought my car to European Autowerks Rick said it was fine... no repair needed, and no charge for the diagnostic. That is integrity, and it wasn't the only time! Also I will add Rick does a great job of explaining issues or things to keep in mind, and I learned a lot about cars from him.
The guys at European Autowerks are so friendly and honest. I have had several car repairs done here, big and small, and they always do a great job. The pricing is fair and I never worry about getting ripped off. They also fixed my key fob when I brought my car in for an oil change which was really sweet of them.
Brought our car over to get a second opinion on a brake job. The dealership said that brakes were worn out ~ 3 mm. EAW took the car out for a drive, lifted the car and shared that the brakes were healthy and in good condition. Had another 10,000 miles left. Appreciate their honesty. Will be coming back for future auto work.
Took my cars here for repair and was ripped off. Unbelievably high prices. A true rip off. Rick in the front desk is a scammer and told me they refused to do service on my cars anymore because I complained about there high prices. He made me go home in an Uber and come back for my car. By me paying them top dollar for all those times and never short changing them I feel discriminated by him telling me they refused my business. I will take my business elsewhere.
This company is top notch. They did a wonderful job of repairing my car and then kindly took the time to explain what they did to fix it. Very professional staff. They fixed it in a timely fashion and I didn't even have an appt because I had to have my car towed there on a Saturday after hours because gas was leaking out from underneath it. I would highly recommend this establishment especially if you have a European car like I do.
I thought they did well the first time I brought my car there. Thought it was a huge problem because car lights were going crazy. But it ended up being just a battery. When I picked it up, I asked if all the lights were checked and working and was told yes. But upon getting home one of my headlights was out. And now it's a big deal to fix it when it should've already been fixed the first time.
just wanted to thank rick and the guys...from euro auto works did a great job on my 2002 ml500..they do great work...and its quality not a rush take ur money shop..they care....will always bring my suv too rick from now on..!!! highly recommended....!! a little pricey but u get what u pay for.ill pay for quality and reputation everytime!!! thanks guys...see ya soon
The manager as well as the employees are very professional here. There pricing is very reasonable and affordable, and at the same time give platinum customer service!! I was here this morning for a oil change for my Mercedes and they were very prompt. If I have to give a 5 star rating I’d give them 10 stars! That’s just how great they are!
We were extremely pleased with European Autowerks. Mercedes Orland Park wanted to charge me almost $16,000 to rewire my vehicle. It was a scam. Rick and his team ran diagnostics and everything was 100% fine (except it needed an oil change). Thanks to them--I will be back for all my repairs and will recommend them to anyone with a Mercedes.

I never had to go back for the same problem twice, and their prices are reasonable and they are amazing to deal with! Rick is a nice and easy guy to deal with especially!
You get call backs from them they dont forget about you, and they are generally fast at getting your car going again.

My BMW warranty paid these guys 8k and I paid another 3k out of pockets to fix a 3series car and these dudes still did not get the job done. After payment they then told me I had over 2k of more work that needed done. I thought that was absurd and took my car to BMW instead who then alerted me that I had been getting scammed and should have only needed a couple hundred dollars worth of work. I am appalled I hope BBB shuts them down..
They lied about the problem... Car only needed a maf sensor. But they charged me $1400 for unwanted work. Take your BMW , Benz, audi to reliable person.... Don't bring your car here. You've been warned.... European auto is bullshit.. Liar's... All the good rewiwes you see here are all bullshit.. Find out yourself. Peace
These guys are great and honest. I had service done on my 2 trucks there and I am very satisfied. They did everything to save me money and several things that the other service told me I had to replace it turned out there was no need for that... Will definitely go back and would recomend this place to anyone...
