Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if you need any work done. They are super knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. Brought my car to have it checked out as we couldn’t figure out why a couple of codes were still popping up after replacing some parts. They were able to solve the problem and have me on the road ready for emissions that same day, which my car passed. Very transparent from start to finish. I will definitely bring my car here in the future as needed.

Went there because they accommodate high roof vehicles and i had a few bigger issues was having with one of our work vans. I’m really happy with how everything went. From the diagnostics to the repairs they did a great job. They are very professional and extremely experienced.

Absolutely Disgraceful – Avoid Alphaline Carriers at All Costs If I could give negative stars, I would. Alphaline Carriers towed my vehicle unlawfully from right outside my own apartment — and here’s the kicker: they admitted it the very next day. No signage issues, no violations, just a blatant mistake on their end. When I called the night it happened, I was told multiple times that they “knew what they were looking for.” Confident, dismissive, and absolutely wrong. Then the next morning, suddenly it was “an honest mistake.” Let’s be clear: there’s nothing honest about taking someone’s legally parked car and acting like that’s just an okay thing to do. Did they apologize? Offer a refund? Cover my Uber ride to retrieve the car while my other vehicle was in the shop? Of course not. They acted like it was no big deal — as if completely upending someone’s day and towing a car without cause is just part of their routine. Because of their incompetence and total lack of accountability, I missed a day of work and was out of pocket for transportation costs I never should’ve incurred. They offered zero help, compensation, or even a proper apology. Unprofessional, careless, and completely unapologetic — Alphaline Carriers is exactly the kind of business that gives the towing industry its awful reputation. Steer clear.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about Alpha Carrier Experts! My car started making strange noises, and I was really worried about what might be wrong. After calling them, their team was not only quick to respond, but also extremely friendly and professional. They helped me get my car towed to their trusted shop and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Thanks to them, my car is running like new again and those annoying noises are completely gone. I really appreciate how kind and knowledgeable the team was throughout the whole process. It’s clear they really care about their customers. If you're ever in need of towing, roadside help, or repair Alpha Carrier Experts is definitely the company to call!

This company towed my car. When I found out I immediately called and they gave me the information. Where things get shady is immediately after I got off the phone they called me back and threatened to get my license suspended and put the amount for them towing my car into collections on my credit report if I didn’t pay. This company has no authority to suspend your license. They are liars and will threaten you to get your money. I went to the police department and the DMV and they both told me they don’t have authority to do that. I even went to the company in person and told them that the police department and DMV told me they can’t suspend my license. I told them if they can give me a point of contact I will pay them. They told me they didn’t have anyone from the police department or DMV that could validate what they’re saying. If these people tow your car they’ll use scare tactics and lies to make you pay. They should be put out of business. As you can see by their reply they are still using scare tactics. I have not lied about a single thing in my review. They can't even say I lied about anything either. All they do is threaten people saying they can have your license suspended which is not true, put charges on your credit report which I am waiting to see, and that they have lawyers. They wouldn't let me speak to the lawyers either. Very shady company is all I can say about them.

Excellent service, explains all work thoroughly before doing any work, trustworthy & caring individuals who still care about doing honest work while providing competitive pricing. The few times I have used this shop my car has been in and out the same day. This place truly is a gem!

These are some of the most honest, respectable and friendly mechanics you will ever meet. I knew nothing about cars and Mike and his crew explained all of my options, reviewed all the risks and benefits of each and helped me get to the best solution for me. Not only that, on a different instance, I had an issue with a car sold to me from someone else and he went out of his way to get me a detailed workup on the car to help me out and get things cleared up. If you want someone to help you out by giving you top tier service with complete honesty, this crew is the one for you. They go above and beyond every time. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Alpha Carrier Experts, really professional people. They have towed my car from Green Tree Apartments after living there for a year from my own parking spot. The guy was very polite and explained me that I had sunshade on my windshield and they couldn’t see the tag from the side windows even though the car has no tint. There was no scratches on my car and they charged me 240$ to get my car.

I went to Alpha Carrier's because I needed front brakes and pads. I dropped my car off at 9:30 am and received a call from Mike at 10:00 am. He confirmed that I needed front brakes and had the job done by 12:30! I am extremely happy with their service and I highly recommend Alpha Carrier's for any of your car needs! My whole Family goes here, because they are Super nice and very reasonably priced! I give Alpha Carrier's a "10" rating!!!

I've been going to Alpha Carrier Experts for a couple years now for oil changes and various repairs. I'm so glad to have found an honest and reliable mechanic so close by. Mike and his crew are very friendly, professional, and explain everything clearly. They've also saved me a lot of money compared to quotes I've gotten from other places. Highly recommended.

Best mechanic hands down. Mike and his crew are always honest and quick when working on my car. I never doubt that my car isn’t getting the best service when I take it in. They always treat you like family. I love how Mike will go through all repairs in detail with you and break everything down A.C.E. is always on call. There has been a couple times I needed an emergency tow and they were there quickly help me.

I have a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. The Check Engine light came on & I have a handheld code reader that tells you the issue. I was able to clear the code & went for my emissions test. Naturally, it failed. I asked around for a mechanic that specializes in diagnostics/computers. I was told by everyone that I would have to take it to the dealership. Then I got Alpha Carrier Experts as a suggestion. I called & spoke with Mike Haleen and he was able to tell me what was happening and why. He assured me that it was something they could take care of. The day I was supposed to take it out to their business, the truck wouldn't start at all. I called Mike to tell him I wouldn't be bringing it out that day after all. He arranged for a flatbed tow truck to pick it up the next morning. Within hours of my truck arriving at Alpha Carrier Experts, Mike called with the issue pinpointed. Naturally I said to go ahead & perform the work. He ordered the parts & said it might be a few days before they arrive. The next day, out of the blue, I got a text with a picture of the emissions test on my truck saying it passed. They got the parts earlier than expected, put them on the vehicle & took it themselves to the emissions to make sure of their work. I could not be more impressed with this. The communication was excellent, the work was excellent & the professionalism far greater than anything I have experienced before in regards to any vehicle I have owned before. I live on the far Northwest side of Chicago & will happily take any vehicle my wife or I own to Alpha Carrier Experts for any & all services. Well worth the drive for peace of mind. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, etc. However you rate a business, they get the highest rating from me.

I’ve been using Alpha Carrier Experts for years now. They do all repairs and maintenance for my Dodge Challenger Hellcat, and Jeep Wrangler. Mike and his team are super knowledgeable and friendly. I recently had my wheel hub replaced at Alpha Carrier Experts and what an incredible experience. These guys were welcoming, honest and highly communicative. Not only were their prices fair, but explained everything to me and showed me the work that they completed. I have had several oil changes and previous engine work performed by Mike and his team. They are very professional and Mike is always upfront and truthful about his services. Whenever I have an issue with my vehicle he verifies that he has addressed the issue and takes test drives until he is satisfied. Great service and great people. Definitely would recommend.

I began doing routine maintenance on my car a while back because I had a couple of occasions where I was charged for auto repair services that were not delivered. I had a rear brake line leak last week and this was something I wanted an experienced mechanic to do the job right. I called Alpha Carriers and spoke with Mike. He was very knowledgeable over the phone and came out to tow my Toyota Camry to the shop. I work in customer service and need to make sure customers are happy at work. I know good customer service when I see it. Mike let me know exactly what was going on with my car at all times and only charges me for services that were needed. I will definitely be giving Alpha Carriers a call if I need towing or auto repair as they are a fair shop and provide great customer support. Mike even mentioned that I could call my insurance company to get reimbursed for the tow charge. I didn’t know that I could be reimbursed for tow. Thanks Mike!
