UPDATE: i was LIED about second key, they told me as soon as my trade in is paid off by the bank THEY will call me to come get the key. Now its been over 3 months manager is NOT taking my calls, they keep saying he’s not there, YESTERDAY i was pretty much told by some girl in a rude way pretty much to piss of “we don’t have your key”. They want to sell to you they’ll ACT like they are your best friend, after they that, ignore like they owe you bunch of money! From recommended i will say DO NOT BUY HERE or you might get scammed!

I honestly don't think I'll purchase a vehicle from another dealership. Karla, Junior and everyone there were the absolute best and made the process as smooth as it could possibly be. 5 stars and I stand 10 toes down on that.

STAY AWAY!!! I've spent over 4k on fixing the 2 vehicles that I bought from this shop. I purchased a warranty and was informed that I had bumper to bumper warranty. Of course, I believed them and didn't read the contract. When I went to the actual dealership of the make of my vehicle, I was informed that the warranty only covers the front suspension. It's crazy because I have an electric car. Fast forward to present time, I attempted to cancel my warranty. The actual warranty informed me that I have to cancel through the dealership. On 3 different occasions, I called the dealership to cancel but I was informed they'll call me back on 3 different occasions. Never received a call. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they talk a good game.
I bought a Nissan Rogue from them and honestly they were amazing to deal with. Everything was finished the same day and the whole process was smooth and easy. Truly great people - I highly recommend them to everyone! Specialy Sam

The people were nice. The car is nice as well 2018 Land Rover Discovery. However, we drove the vehicle off the lot after purchase to get gas at the BP up the road to discover no gas cap. Went back to Baha Auto, they went into Napa to get a cap they did not have one so the Baha group was nice enough to order one on amazon shipped to our home. We stopped on our way home to use bathroom only to discover the key Fob only starts the vehicle, no locking or unlocking doors, no remote start....my bad for not checking a vital part of the vehicle. I guess right? After calling Baha auto they said, replace the battery, we did that yesterday. Now the key fob does nothing, even putting into the emergency start procedure the dash displays wrong fob!!!! Frustrating right🙄 Well, when I went in the glove box to get the manual I found a PISTOL MAGAZINE FULLY LOADED WITH .22LR AMMUNITION(see pics). Called the dealer, got no call back till I called at 7 at night only to be told you have to take it to a dealer after replacing battery, also wrong. So, now down the rabbit hole of how to get this vehicle started. I geuss I just hope the warranty that was purchased with vehicle is better than...well you get the picture!

DON’T BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE…. I’ve never been ripped off by a dealership before but there’s a first time for everything. I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for $7391 from Baha. Found out that the Rear Differential was bad and needed to be replaced. I called and got the run around from the Manager. They told me to bring them the car but I live in Iowa and the truck won’t even go down the block. Mind you I’ve only had it a week and was under the 500 mile warranty the salesman gave me. These people are dishonest and will not honor and warranty’s. I called the Illinois Attorney General’s office and was advised to call an attorney. Even though the lemon law only covers new cars as a consumer I still have rights because they knew what was wrong with the vehicle. The repairs will cost me $3871.00 in total. RIPE OFF ARTIST….. SCAMMERS…… LIARS & THIEVES
