First experience with napa and the Doors were locked an hour after open and no one to be seen in the store or to pick ip the phone after i called 2-3 times
Bought a tool that was on some kind of clearance but wasn't told it was on clearance and there was no warranty. The tool broke and now I cant get my money back because they never notified me there was no warranty.
05-01-2024 at 4:30 pm, I arrived at this location needing a screw or screws for rear plate. I started out with one young man, who gave me the impression that he wasn't interested in helping me at all. I then asked a question of the two other men the store, the young black male immediately said let me go and look. He told me one screw was stripped but we could put another one on the side. I was extremely with his service. Yes I stated to him, thank you for helping a sister out. If I ever need to come to this location again. I will seek him out. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE
Sadly I ordered something from the store and still have not received I order it for next day 2 weeks ago and still nothing I would have just gone and picked it up but 1 kinda defeats the purpose of same and next day delivery and 2 I mean I have contacted people and keep getting run a round on it sad cuz I’m pretty sure it’s a great place just would like to know where my item is why has nothing been done with the order
This parts store provides GREAT service, and personnel are very knowledgeable. I was looking for a water pump gasket that is difficult to find online - they took care of me in two seconds!! Great place!!
Unfriendly customer service. Purchased an evaporator core for my jeep. After close to 8 hours of disassembley, i found the evaporator core did not fit. no guarantee if the re-ordered part will fit. Parts guy seemed like he couldn't care less. Now I won't be able to get to work. I hope dont lose my job
Great service, great parts, and great prices. They always have the parts I need or get them within a couple of hours. Counterman Law knows his stuff and is the Bomb! Only place I go for parts!!
If you need to go to a real parts store that's about one of the only ones left that when you go in there they know what they're talking about and they do not sell generic parts otherwise stick with Forest City Longneck

Napa parts are as good as any other parts stores parts. At least that's been my experience. I haven't had any trouble with their aftermarket parts for my old Chevy.
Third auto part store we went to by 9am. This store had all the parts we needed and had them on the counter before we even got there. Bonus points to Gary for providing the expertise and the loaner tool to get everything done before we even left the parking lot. I think I found my new auto parts store.
