Customer service need to be replaced ???

Driver almost sideswipes me, I guess their phone is more important than the road. The Second they noticed my copilot taking pictures they took off going 100 in a 70, still swerving probably still on the phone.

Even when you give them the correct vehicle information they quote and ship the wrong side or style and after you have sold the job to your customer they tell you that there is nothing they can do, beware they will never take responsibility for their own mistakes. Even when you ask for a manager they tell you they are not available and they will call you back but no response. BEWARE!!!!!

There are more secretaries than customers, and the service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Worst company in my life, they sold to me broken parts and didn’t accept return, never recommend buy any parts from this guys

Customer service is truly awful. The girl who answered the phone was rude and not knowledgeable. I asked to speak to someone else and she would not. If you want to lose money keep on using staff like her.

Great prices and even better customer service

Not helpful. Never sent email as requested to set up new account. Customer service is not good especially when dealing with new customers. That was just one problem among others. Our company spends over 50k a month on auto parts at other vendors. Sad to see companies not being run with the right training and leadership.

Incompetent people work there, they lose orders, never process orders, forget parts. Total disorganization.

This place has some of the lowest prices on mirrors, headlight housings, tail lights and car body parts. Unfortunately the quality of the service is not what it used to be. The staff is not as fast, knowledgeable and efficient as before. I just think that they are slightly overwhelmed since the Chicago location burned down and they combined both businesses at this location. It's not always fast, in and out anymore, even if you place the order before you arrive. It takes a lot longer, but they're one of my to go places for the parts that I mentioned at the beginning.

I always call ahead to check on parts if there in stocks normally the girls taking the orders ar very personal and know what parts your looking for!

Spent over 45 minutes on hold with no one picking up! The cheap Chinese owners need to hire more customer service representatives! I have a business to run. No time to wait on hold!!!!

This is the place to go if you want to wait 30 to 40 min for no one to even acknowledge you. Everyone sees you, but no one can even say " I'll be right with you"...

I have been waiting to have a return picked up for six weeks. Certa-fit might be a bit more money, but the service is much better.

If you call to get a price make sure to spend at least 15 minutes on hold. And when they do pick up they click. They’re just as bad as Best Value. No wonder they share the same building and same call waiting song ! Oh and I have a shop account registered there so you’d think service would be faster.

Limari is the best great customer service and always with a positive attitude. Call her when you need your parts order right.

Worst customer service ever! They do not acknowledge the customers infront of them, especially the fat guy with glasses he just stares. The worst! Good prices but not worth waiting and hour to get help smh!!!!

first time calling them, hold time was about 4 minutes until someone picked up. i told them i didn't have an account yet, they put me back on hold for another 2 minutes, then they disconnected me. i called back, waited on hold another 4 to 5 minutes, same lady picked up, i asked not to be put back on hold, but i was and i got disconnected again. called back a THIRD time and finally got what i needed, and found their price for the same bumper bar was $100 more than the other guys in mich. good riddance to BAD rubbish.

i visited this place on the recommendation of a mechanic. I have passed here and never knew what it was. The lady I worked with was very nice and accommodating. I will be back with my husband as I did not know quite what part to order. It is more like a call center and a warehouse. They are hiring!!!

Probably one of the worst places to get parts from. They treat there employees like garbage and when you ask to be treated with some decency they let you go! Don’t buy from here!

Great prices, excellent parts. Pick up could be a little smoother. When you go for a pick up they make you wait. Highly recommended

I would have given them 5 stars but unfortunately there is no signage on the outside of the building to even know where they belong the call center is busy that's basically what it is it's a call center any walk in and they go in and get your part but the ladies at work there are very personable very charismatic bilingual young ladies they just need signage on the outside of the building or some sort of banner that distinguishes them where they're located it's basically a building full of glass windows right on the corner.

Pretty good place. Haven't had an issue besides the fact that they moved to Melrose park and didn't tell me when I ordered a part. Nor have they changed all the info online still shows they are in Addison.

Real nice people, great prices.. They have a lot of stuff in stock. As a repair shop that is real important! I price check all the time. They are always less expensive! Thanks automart! ---- {jr from cats}
