They came at the time they had said which was 15 minutes after the call. Very professional, very polite, they were very careful while mounting the vehicle ! Highly recommended
My car stopped on the eway. State trooper helped me call a tow. Area Tow came quickly. Driver (Craig) was nice and pleasant. Kept me informed and answered any questions I had. Ty 😊
Had a great experience with Denise and Natalie, both were a very big help with getting my vehicle back in a timely matter and gave me all the information I needed to do so. In addition to the service just down to earth human beings and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Some items🍁where missing from my impounded vehicle after the tow truck drove off . Melrose Park Police were already finished so it couldn't have been them. Police stole my nice pocket knife also when checking my pockets. 👎👎
Driver cut me off multiple times and flicked me off this was the 2nd incident clearly what ever towing emergency they had trumped safety of not only my life but the lifes of others on the road because of how big your tow trucks are there is no excuse to act that way I will definitely recommend people to stay away and not do business with your company, The color of the truck shouldn't matter your drivers should know how to conduct themselves weather that's in the office or on the R O A D. Good i hope you do know who I am I'm not hiding hahaha I will walk right into your job if I wanted to by now the accusations aren't false you need to take responsibility for your employees idiotic actions whom ever is responding is clearly not doing that either go ahead and report to Google karen :)
Phew always a mission coming here, 2nd time helping my tenant to recover her car and because I asked about waving fees as advised by Stone Park detective the eyes start rolling and attitude was just typical of a person that hates their job. Listen angry lady instead of spending your cash on ghetto long nails maybe buy some books and remove your mental limits (I recommend rich dad poor dad & atomic habits 😉)I know your environment made you think this is all you can do but you can do more and enjoy it instead of living a sad life where you have 0 empathy for people like my tenant who’s car got stolen. Theres better ways to talk to people than treating everyone as your worst customer. One more thing, maybe clean your sticky waiting room once in a while not too hard to wipe down:D got my jacket dirty just leaning there. Good luck hope all you angry people are happy one day. Life is beautiful:)
Craig was fast, and knowledgeable. It was good to work with a professional when there was a serious issue. Having my F-150 break down, and Craig being the tow truck driver, even though it was a bad situation, it was made better by Craigs professionalism.
The team at area towing is absolutely Amazing they help me out during my situation. They are very understanding and very respectful. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I can’t thank Area Towing enough for their quick service. Natalie was so helpful and nice when I called to ask if they did fuel delivery. As a born & raised Melrose Park resident, I felt comfortable going to a company who was close by. Frank got here quick & called me to confirm my car & that it was me waiting.
