A customer of mine needed a tow and every place I called were only taking private tows, accidents, or through insurance. After speaking with Eddie and explaining the situation, he asked that I email him the pick up location as well as the drop off. He also asked I include the car's make and model along with the plate. Not only was Eddie professional and kind, but he followed up with an emailed a copy of the receipt. The delivery of the car was fast and accurate, no issues. After using West Suburban Tow ONCE, I won't be calling any other tow company in the area!!

Just got off the phone with this miserable guy, not serious at all DON'T CALL HIM/do business with him, I scheduled an appointment with this guy a day before plus more than 6 calls to make sure he is coming! When the time came he just said i can't i can't!! SO IGNORANT ! The WORST towing service!
West Suburban was so helpful when my car died! They handled picking up my car from the mechanic when it was beyond repairs and was able to meet me to sign over the title and as a bonus gave me a fair price for my car! They were so easy to work with and would recommend for anyone needing towing/junking services.
Very courteous and extremely punctual; he was at the shop within ten minutes, we signed the paperwork, I was paid in cash and on my way! Would definitely recommend.
I got a tow on Christmas Eve this year and my experience was great! Was very friendly felt like I knew the guy forever and he towed my brand new challenger on all for wheels for a very fair price and he dropped off my car safely in my garage.. I would defiantly use this company again if I ever need to get my car towed..

When stranded, very unexpectedly too, and on a very cold Chicago night (luckily Not one of those below zero nights but 'a feel like it's in the teens with the windchill') I did a quick check on Google Maps found all the closest towing companies. Since I was close to Chicago... I worried a little bit about choosing the right one (thinking that it's possible I may get a bad one) Well the first one was called Triple AAA so I thought that it it should be good but it said Triple AAA specialty services... and the lady that answered was not a nice lady and said she could not help me out and couldn't even recommend another one!? And then she said (she must have had read my mind) were not really triple AAA where their specialty services we just help them out when we can. Well their hours listed 24 hours and she did not care that I could freeze in the cold to death because my battery and alternator were dead so I couldn't even turn the car on for heat. Well, anyway, the next one should was West Suburban and had 5 stars on 5 reviews! I thought that's pretty good 100% 5 4 5! So, I called them and a very nice man answered and said not only could he come pick me up, right away, but started talking about what the possible problems that my car could be having... In another words trying to possibly help me not have to pay a large amount and have to get it towed (since I was about an hour from home and looking at a $250 tow he said- but I knew what the problem was because I had the alternator replaced earlier that day and that's what failed- the brand new alternator... so I knew there's no way out of this but getting it towed so I told him and he agreed and came right away and it was a great ride home and he really was a great guy. Highly recommended!!!
The company truck broke down and our driver was stranded. They towed the truck, dropped our driver off at the train, fixed the truck, and picked our driver up at the train the next morning so he could drive back to the office. Good price and excellent customer service.
Quick fast service picked up car for free... waited all day for victory junkyard and they wanted 100 dollars to pick up the car after dealing with the rude dispatch operator on the phone I decided to look for another place and found West Suburban Towing....
We highly recommend West Suburban Towing. In the midst of a recent snow storm, West Suburban Towing picked up a disabled vehicle from my uncle's property. The driver was prompt and had a great attitude. He even started another car for us. This was especially well appreciated as our calls to a couple of other services were ignored.

I recently moved to the neighborhood and don't know anyone. Today was the 2nd time my car wouldn't start due to the cold. The first company I called said they wouldn't come out to help me because I was too far. Then I called West Suburban. Al jumped my car for half the price of the first company, came right away, was super nice and even told me about some perks of the neighborhood.
