I just wanted to say, these people at this auto shop are extremely dedicated and committed to making sure you receive the correct part for your car as well as in a timely manner. My personal experience I had already spent tons of money on incorrect parts, so when I explained this to the crew member, José, he took it upon himself to come outside to take a look under my hood to realize that my engine was more updated than the body of my car. I truly appreciate José for taking time out of his day to do this and find the correct part for my vehicle. As shocked as I was to know that my mechanic couldn’t figure this out, I was so grateful that the men at Raffa Auto Parts took my problem serious. Needless to say, the part José suggested was the exact part I needed to fix my A/C. Thank you guys again & we will definitely be back for other parts in the future!
