They are so over priced they sent the bill for $20000 just for tow the box truck Very dissappoint don't ever go with ths company or you will be out of money.
Careful Truckers!!!!! Scammers on site!!! We were charged for a truck that’s over 26001 pounds but truck is actually 25999 pounds!!! Instead of 520$ they charged 700 $

I’m a tow operator for myself and I’ve had 3 encounters with these guys for my trucks repairs and everytime they get me in and out. Everytime I call with an issue, they tell me to bring it up there and they will start working on it. Literally freeing up a bay for me. From the owner to the workers, they are all friendly. Very satisfied with every repair.

These guys were amazing. Jorge was a wizard at rigging our 5th wheel up after it broke a leaf spring. They took care of the repair as well and had us back on the road the next day.
Towing truck driver was on time, careful to my truck and trailer when attaching and towing my equipment.
Also he showed outstanding driving skills when dropping my trailer at the parking lot and backing in to repair shop with a tractor.

Pretty horrible experience took 4 hours to get to me. Hit me with the "what's the problem" not even a hello how you doing nothing. Then said he wouldn't be able to get me out off the construction zone, so I had to do his job and problem solve. Once I was finally in tow. He was on the phone the whole time. Didn't even say 2 words he didn't know where his was going. Dropped my truck and TRL didn't even to walk over and say he was done. Just got in his rig and left. I also didn't know that company policy is that that don't have to reattach the drive shaft. I called the company to find that out. Then I had to call Ryder to come and reattach my drive shaft and fix the original problem. So in all I spent from 430 pm until 2am broke down. Can I give a negative star literally the worst
Tom was absolutely amazing!! We had such a hard time with U-Haul and it took us 5 hours total to get our situation fixed and when Tom came he was so nice and so helpful! He towed it to our location 40 minutes away and towed it out of the parking lot for us!!!! Big big shout out to him!!!! ?
Needed a tow from Racine, WI to Bensenville, IL and was quoted a reasonable amount compared to other companies. Scheduled a tow 2.5 hours ahead of time and was surprised to see Victor from Maximum show up a little earlier. Great conversation on the way back and did everything professionally as needed. I’m very pleased with my experience with this company. I called for a road service for issues with my power steering. Brian arrived exactly within the hour like they said. He was very nice and professional he diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had me back on the road in no time. The price was very reasonable for a road service call! I would recommend anyone to this place!
PREDATORY TOW COMPANY!!!! They stole my load and are holding it hostage for almost $10,000. Normally that is known as extortion. Upon viewing state law it is very illegal. We have good reason to believe that they are using an illegal police scanner to monitor for truck accidents in the area. These guys just sorta showed up at my accident site without us even calling them. I was under the impression that the owner or Chicago PD had called for them and he was under the impression that I called for them. Where we failed is not asking the question we should of. They unloaded our trailer that was stuck under a bridge without company consent. They claimed that they had authorization from my driver but in fact they retroactively paper whipped the whole form having him sign an authorization of work notice. My driver was instructed to open the back doors of his trailer in order to lower the trailer profile to remove the stuck equipment (nothing more) When I spoke to them and told them not to take my freight they blew us off and are now charging us almost $10,000!!! for a tow. They slapped some insane charge for supervisory fee of $3,000. I had to contact Chicago PD and I filed a theft report. I will for sure be pressing charges and I warn every other company out there that under no circumstances use these people. I am also contacting the better BBB the state licensing board, every single carrier I know, contacting every major breakdown website, filing a complaint with the government agency that monitors this and review site in order to help any other hapless Trucking Companies. If anyone else has had a similar problem please get in contact with us because I am not going to let this go. These people are crooks and fall into the same category as their fallen comrades at O’Hare and Lincoln Towing. You have been warned. They also did all of this under the guise of "protecting our freight" to which I rather emphatically stated was none of their concern. They also wanted to know what the cargo was which also was none of their business. Now we have a shipper and receiver and broker trying to fix this mess and we are stuck paying this bill and resorting to waiting on Chicago PD to follow up. The funniest part is they are maintaining their lie despite all the evidence we have.
We had to use other companies for towing couple times but Maximum Towing was the best towing company which covered our needs with professional dispatches and operators.
Never had any problem and they are giving best price around. Last time they give us an estimate of $380 and at the end they charged us $190, honestly told us that they where in the area and that job wasn't a big deal for them. They deserve 5 stars and all the comments with 1 star are from people which supported unpredictable expenses. Highly recommend to everybody.
P.S. this is the first time when i am reviewing and giving stars for someone but this company really deserve it. I think they built an strong costumer network and i am one of them.
