Great customer service. Took care of some wheels after another tire place damaged the finish. Wheels came out great, and balanced my big all terrain tires amazingly well! Used less weights than discount tire ever has, and got them perfectly balanced the first time. Their communication is also great and you know what you’re getting from the get go.

These guys are great! Great communication from Joe. Neil did a amazing repair and a perfect color match. It looks better than new. So happy with their service . If I do something dumb again like hit a curb I will take it to Chicago Wheel Service.

I was referred here after being told I had a bent rim from another tire shop, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Booking online was seamless and as was the whole repair process. They had me in and out very quick with honest, good work. While this is clearly a new location this waiting area was still really nice, with an area to work, couches, and complimentary coffee. Overall was very pleased with the service and experience here.

This service does great work! I had peeled curbed and major corrosion on my 22 inch polished aluminum Escalade wheels. I thought my wheels were trash and this company completely reconditioned them to bare metal straightened and painted black. Wish I had before pics! Much improved and probably better than OEM GM quality. Very good customer service. Extremely satisfied.

An absolutely positive online experience. I was so sketchy about buying a refurbished rim to begin with, let alone, online and from halfway across the country. Well, the wheel is perfect, correct size, sparkling, and like new. Loved the free shipping and shipment updates via text. If i need another, i'll definitely use CWS again. Highly recommend. Damaged a wheel on a 2017 lincoln mkz. It needed to be replaced. You call them and order one they repair. 2 days later the wheel was ready. I brought the tire in with the damaged wheel they changed it out and balanced it as well. The guys in the back were friendly and hard working. The front office desk help was great as well. This place should be at the top of the list on Google for rim repair or replacement.

I recently encountered a situation where I needed to replace two rims on my virtually new 2025 Nissan Sentra SR. I contacted Chicago Wheel Service and they immediately conducted a search to locate these rims that are not easy to locate. They continued to keep in contact with me while the search continued. Eventually they located them and shipped them and they arrived within 3 days. Thank you Chicago Wheel Service for your outstanding support and customer service.

The team at Chicago Wheel Service was top notch. I had hit a pothole and my wheel and tire were damaged. Called first thing in the morning at 8am and was able to bring it in right away. They were able to repair my rim and ordered my oem tire that Discount Tire said would take a week! By 2pm I was able to drive off with everything like new. Gloria, Joe, and the tech that replaced my spare were professional, courteous, and super responsive. The waiting room was even very comfortable. Would 100 percent recommend!

If you are looking for a haggle free place to get tires and/or wheel work done; look no further. I stopped in for an appointment about a week ago to have a bent rim repaired and could not be more satisfied. For a first time visit, it felt like I was a customer they had been servicing for many years. Joe & the team were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional in welcoming me in, explaining the process, and answering any questions. They ensured the only charges would be for repairs performed, or for a new rim/tire if needed; no other upcharges fees, or pressure into additional services - and that's exactly how it went. Turnaround was also a lot quicker than the initial quoted time which was awesome. They will beat or compete with any tire prices and/or services offered by any competing shops. Only bad thing is they don't offer more services because they would definitely be getting additonal business from me; good shops like this are hard to find. Will definitely re-visit for any tire needs/repairs, and would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Wow! Super fast turnaround!! I ordered at 4:15 on a Wednesday and received by 1pm the next day on Christmas Eve! Hayley made the whole process so easy! I rarely leave reviews, but the service at Chicago Wheel Service truly deserves it. Joe took the time to understand my concerns, carefully inspected my wheels, and provided a detailed written assessment that helped me resolve a dispute with my dealership. He was professional, honest, and went above and beyond — even providing the assessment at no charge due to a unique situation. I really appreciate the integrity and customer care here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to others.

The guys at Chicago Wheel were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and through. Replaced a bad wheel on my Subaru same day, and got me back on the road in the nick of time for a road trip to Wisconsin. Great service and a solid price at the last minute? I have a 2012 Escalade that had a crack in each rim. I took it to Chicago Wheel Service hoping they can save / weld my rims. They were on the inner side & air was leaking completely out within 2 hours of filling it. I did not think they were repairable. Chicago Wheel Service exceeded my expectations. They rectified my problem, when almost every other place tried to sell me new product. Not only did they quote me a fair price, it was over a $100 less when i picked it up. Hats off to you folks over there! Highly, highly recommend! Great customer service & work! Thanks again & you have my family's business going forward!

Joe, his team, and the service is fantastic! Recommended cost savings to replace my 2 cracked rims and performed the install efficiently. Additionally, while waiting for the service, I received texts updating me on the status with photos. The prices are very competitive as I have had my rims previously repaired from another highly rated shop, at a significantly higher cost. The go-to shop for all rim and tire replacement/repair.

I got my wheels powder coated few months back, they are holding up amazing, I highly recommend this shop. I went from dark Grey to bronze. I would try to get two different quotes from this shop, as the same person quoted me different price when I walked in vs getting the quote over the phone after sending the pics of my wheels. Do not tell them you have already gotten the estimate by someone over the phone. I was able to save $100. ;) Before and after pics attached.

Wow ! 2 options to fix your wheel also great tire prices. I choosed 5 ft rule repair.... Suppose to see spot from less than 5 ft and i cannot find it. Beautiful job done....if I'm need rim repair or tires im only coming back to your place. Thank you 🫡

0 star review. This company doesn’t care about the quality at all. They do fast and poor job for similar amount of money that other shops would charge you. They powder coated my rims and the result I get was peeling paint and a lot of left over from powder process. Absolutely ugly rims inside and couple fresh scratches outside. It’s new paint why wouldn’t you do it nice but give the customer such messed up wheels? I ended up going to Crown Customs to fix my rims. Chicago Wheels didn’t not refund me any money. Their answer was “oh but the rims look good from the outside”… This is a terrible customer service and even worse quality. Also, Chicago Wheels apparently used wrong color clear coat because the rims paint color that I chose didn’t match. It was supposed to be Highland bronze but ended up to look like swamp bronze, everybody could clearly see the green tone on the rims. Very stressful experience. Avoid these guys at all cost. Update: after communication with manager Joe and verification me as a customer I’ve been told that Chicago Wheel Sevice will handle this matter with mechanic shop, that I worked with to send my rims to Chicago Wheel Sevice. As a result they didn’t refund me money. I’ve also been informed that Chicago Wheel Service is no longer working with my mechanic shop for that reason, which raises some concerns about how things have been handled.

After talking with the dealership and finding out their price of the same rim, I began looking on the internet for a rim. I came across several different shops. When I saw this one that had pictures and all the details I was looking for, I went ahead and placed the order. It wasn’t long after I placed my order, I received a text from someone at this business keeping me updated. This individual was up front and honest. When I received the rim, I was in shock at how clean and perfect condition it was in. Highly recommend this business!

Joe was super helpful to take my wheels in and answer any questions I had about the powder coating process. Took only a few days and cost was low. My wheels came out looking 10/10. Will definitely be coming back again!

I came in with two bent rims and two flat tires, and the team was absolutely awesome. They took the time to explain everything clearly and got me in right away, even as a walk-in. They repaired both rims quickly and efficiently. Very honest, straightforward, and great to work with. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need anything else! I highly recommend using them.

Joe and the staff have always been very helpful and fair. I’ve had more than four sets of wheels for my Porsche and my friend’s Porsche refinished and we’re very happy. They’ve also fixed a bent wheel and let me from having to buy a new on to replace it. I’ll definitely bring more wheels, here, in the future and recommend them to more of my friends.

Bought a set of rims off Marketplace, had a good amount of peeling, scuffs and scratches from age. CWS did an awesome job refinishing and powder coating the wheels. They look pretty much brand new. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough about this company! They do great work and are always willing to help the customer! Purchased 2 refinished wheels from them and purchased 2 other wheels from a different company, which that company sent me different color wheels, Haley mentioned that they can match my wheels if I sent them in! And they did an amazing job on my wheels!!! I highly recommend this company! HALEY IS THE BEST!!!!
