I didn't had much interaction with them except at drop off location. It was so hectic for me I didn't even asks their names. 2 guys came to drop off the vehicle, both were very friendly, and like the way they do the job together, perfect drop off my vehicle exactly where I wanted them to drop off in my driveway. Thank you very much.

Well , they towed our car within 15 minutes and that’s something I have never seen before. Wonderful service and will recommend to everyone.

HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH DONE DEAL TOWING. OBVIOUSLY NEVER GOOD TO HAVE TO USE A WRECKER SERVICE. THEY WERE QUITE QUICK AND ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF RECOVERY AND THE COST WAS BETTER THEN EXPECTED. ON A SIDE NOTE THE 5% CREDIT CARD ADD ON WAS A BIT SOUR TO TAKE . BUT I GUESS EXPECTED .

If you want an company incompetent company who will show up to the to a tow job in a not so nice mood. Then ask you for your keys. Put your keys in the Ignition, close the door which locks your keys in the car then use a ton of profanity dropping f bombs left and right. Then go to the truck, get a utensil to try to break into the car to get the keys only to break the utensil. Then when you express that you have to have your vehicle expedited by a certain time. So that you can get a rental and get your car repaired. Your driver seems to be very unbothered. The driver eventually calls the dispatch office. But before that, you call and you get a verbal thrashing, because you're in tears, and your voice is elevating Even with your driver being on camera, apologizing for this huge mistake after adamantly explaining to him that he has to get this taken care of because he is the one who locked the keys in the car. You allow yourself a cool off period of a few days Once you call a few days later to report the incident to upper management. You cannot get upper management on the phone. You're actually being told that you're not talking to the right company when you know that you are, if all of these things sound good to you. Outside of you needing some special help, This is definitely the company for you very unprofessional, very inconsiderate, very incompetent and even if someone was paying me to do business with this company again, I wouldn't what a joke I wish that there was A Zero star option but I had to give one in order for me to leave my review I will also be reporting to my insurance company hopefully , no one else will have to suffer with this company on the insurance company dime again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Done Deal Towing truly lives up to their name. We received excellent service from Done Deal Towing during a very stressful situation with numerous issues surrounding towing our vehicle. In the midst of extreme cold and many hurdles just trying to find a company willing to help, they treated us like family. Brandon, the tow truck driver, was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. He took the time to understand our dilemma and even provided us with contact information for his supervisor, who stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. I truly wish I could remember his name so I could recognize him properly with a five-star review as well.

Dovromir was knowledgeable and took the time to ask questions and diagnose the issue for my stranded vehicle. The wheel was locked and he used the steering from his tow truck to center my tow safely. It was amazing to witness his use of the truck as a heavy tool. Highly recommend this company!!!

Done Deal Towing provided me with outstanding care . There was a bit of a discrepancy in the amount owed to tow my vehicle, but pleasantly surprised ended up me owing nothing. They communicated well did an amazing job at providing me with fair, above and beyond great customer service!

Brandon was a pleasure and relief to see after this ordeal. Hertz rental dispatched with a company urgently the 1st tow for an eta over an hour wait which then called at the eta time stating on his way. 15 minutes later receiving a realtime alert of in route. At arrival states being an electric vehicle cannot tow or jumpstart. When calling Hertz for another he had listed me as not at destination. Done Deal was dispatched and arrived timely in under 30 minutes with a professional demeanor, attitude and appearance. Getting right to lifting on flatbed with no problem telling me to get in warm truck. After being safely driven to charging station he even initiated the charging while on phone with Hertz and waited for proper charge to drive off flatbed and pull correctly in spot vs just dropping and leaving. All with a pleasant and respectful conversation too. I wish he was the first dispatched as it would have saved hours of this ordeal with ease. Will use in future if needed while recommending and saving contact info in phone.

I was involved in a small “fender bender” that left my car not driveable. My insurance company arranged for a tow and Julio from Done Deal towing was assigned my job. Julio was wonderful to work with - communicating with me and my body shop regularly to assure my car made it to the shop on day of accident! I cannot thank Julio enough for making something go right in my long day of mishaps and obstacles! Thank you Done Deal!

Julio did a great job and handled my old 63 Fairlane with care. since the frame was damaged, he made sure to attach the straps to areas on the frame that were solid and apply a skate for the front left wheel to insure that my car could be lifted and transported safely. He was very friendly and professional.

Done Deal Towing helped me with towing when my car broke down. They were very responsive and Julio did a phenomenal job. Could not recommend him and them enough.

Highly recommended they were dispatched from the insurance company during rush hour and driver was getting late but the owner showed at the same time , thats how professional companies work

These folks are based out of Elk Grove. My vehicle was in Elgin, and had to go to Palatine. The charge, I was told, would be from "Port to Port". This to me meant, from Elk Grove to Eglin. I live in New Hampshire, and I'm a commercial fisherman by trade. The term "Port to Port" by definition means, from home base to home base. This is not what it means for Done Deal Towing. Their definition means from when the time they except the call, and where they are to your vehicle, and back to their yard. If it takes them an hour to get to the location of your vehicle, they charge you $250 an hour. If the tow vehicle was 2 hours away, they will charge you $250 an hour What didn't even dawn on me at the time, was they're charging the last tow for time to get back to "Port", while they're charging me to get there. They can say what they like as a response to this review, but none of the 3 locations I gave are more than 25 minutes from the other, and the total bill was $755.

Waited two hours absolutely no contact!!! Worst service I ever experienced!!! Not even update a call back etc !!! If you are broke down on the side of the road are stuck definitely do not call this company!!!

Amazing service! I shipped my car with AAA, and they partnered with Done Deal Towing and everything was handled perfectly, with fast delivery and great care throughout the process.

Julio came to pick up my car with a flat tire and tow it to the tire store as cars nowadays don’t come with a spare. Very professional, clean, friendly and took care of my car as if it’s his own. Glad that I have a State Farm roadside assistance to cover for this up to 10 miles of towing.

I can’t say anything but my experience with them was the worst ever, i was waiting for more than 2 hours and i had to call them several times to get an update about the driver who took many calls and went to finish them leaving me in the middle of the street at the highway, however, their app is not accurate at all and im pretty sure they were giving priority To the individual calls They give priority over calls from insurance companies. I don’t recommend them at all
