The mechanic who came to fix my trailer door was very professional and very knowledgeable and fast on fixing my trailer door . Mr. Ian thank you for making a bad day and turning it to a good day my friend.

These guys are pretty top notch. My company has them regularly service our trucks and trailers and they make lots of house calls. Frankly, any time something needs to be brought back I more blame our cheap equipment than their work. Keep it up guys!

It pains me to give this level of review to a place that has always shown amazing professionalism and quality service!! But today i was treated with the upmost disrespect! I was belittled by their female office staff who answers the phone! She did not provide her name she was too consumed with being dismissive and disrespectful to a customer! I called in seeing as I was already working with service but needed assistance and she didn’t understand me so she stated that I was talking “ blah blah blah” this was her description of me trying to explain what type of assistance I needed! She was loud and abrasive and I don’t understand why it shocked me and truly upset me to my core because a dog deserves respect and she talked to me like I wasn’t even a human being! So disappointing because I’ve always and my company has always sang the praises of this company!

Was stranded on i88 naper rd off ramp because of broken belt on semi Diamont sent on a young man named Ivas very respectable young man very hard worker it is very cold today he never once got in his truck to take a break and get warm he finished job quick especially considering the weather and waited to make sure my heat worked in the Semi thank-you Ivas

Our company had to repair our Isuzu truck today morning at Diamond Truck & Trailer Inc and I have to say that they performed repair services very quickly. The technician was very polite at the same time very professional too as he right away understood what the issue was. We are very thankful to Diamond Trucks as we are able to continue with our scheduled deliveries using this truck for this week. Just had a mobile tech named Malichi come out because my truck wouldn't start. Luckily it wasn't anything major, just bad batteries. He got me fixed up in less than an hour. Couldn't believe the price I got, saved me hundreds! Most definitely calling back if needed. Thanks a lot.

Diamond Truck is always excellent to work with for their reliability, customer service, and promptness. I work for a company with a fleet of over 70,000 assets across the US. I can count on 1 hand the number of businesses that have continued to impress me every single time and Diamond is 1 of those. If I have a Chicago area breakdown, Diamond is my one and only call.

Long story short! I flew from NJ to MN to purchase my lovely T680. Everything on it was in tat and no leakage. As I was driving through IL, once I stopped for the day, I noticed a leak. I couldn't spot where it was coming from, but I know it was related to the power steering reservoir as it was completely empty. My world came down, I searched on Google what it could be i got too much information I'll say. The next day I called Diamond on a SUNDAY. They deployed one of the mechanic over, and when he checked it out, he quickly spotted the issue. The mechanic replaced my reservoir and hoses with a bit of modification in less than 2hrs. I am extremely thankful for them and their service. They literally saved my investment that could of gone wrong if the matter wasn't repaired in a timely fashion. Thank you.

I had a blown brake cylinder on my tractor. They had me back up and running in time for my load that night. Fast, friendly, and professional. I will call them anytime I am in the area and need a repair.

I have to shout out your employee Micah! He went above and beyond on Friday night around 9pm, when we were at a truck stop to pick up some food and locked our keys in the moving truck! He was kind, patient and most of all, his sense of humor was excellent! This man deserves a raise, recognition or something! He made us laugh so much and actually have an amazing time during such a stressful situation! Please thank him again from the young couple. We hope you we don’t have to use you again, but if so we will definitely be asking for him by name!

Tomas arrived quickly and was able to pressure test and find a mysterious coolant leak. He cleaned up the area when finished. Side note: very clean and well kept work truck. I am lucky my company uses Diamond for road service and they are lucky to have a employee like Tomas.

I had a very good experience today, with this truck service, Thomas was very professional, courteous, friendly and went above and beyond. The quick response was great! I thought I would be waiting hours, but Thomas was there in a hour and had me on my way in a 1/2. Very impressed. Most times us truck driver deal with mechanics it’s usually a bad experience. I am glad my company uses Diamond because otherwise I would have never gotten service from their star Tommy. He was Nice, Quick, and cared to check the rest of the truck see if I needed anything else. Ask for him if you’re in the Franklin Park area. You’ll be back in service immediately .

The tailgate motor on our truck needed replacement. Tomas came out and replaced it in no time. He was nice and very polite. We also had work done by a Justin a few months back. He replaced an alternator. He also was very good . Almost as good as Tomas. I would definitely use Diamond Truck and Trailer again for our repair needs!

I had a mechanic by the name of Tomas Santos come out. He did a great job with my issue. I explained to him what was going on & he new exactly the problem. He took care of the issue & got me back on the road in timely fashion. Highly recommend Diamond to all Trucking Companies!!

Diamond Truck and Trailer, Called Matt the owner, very courteous and professional, due to severe weather 50 below zero!!! my truck as many in the midwest experiencing problems my truck would not start, most facilities were busy and call outside were over 7 to 8 hours, called Matt at Diamond and less than 1 hour had technician Jesse come out jumped start truck all went fine!!! alright, truck started but as pulled just over 1mile away broke down again, Jesse came over and all was handled ROLLING !!!!! I recommend DIAMOND TO ALL TRUCKERS IN THE GREATER CHICAGO AREA, service and pricing are standard; no extras, and dont have to worry about over charge or reading fine print.... I called Diamond through a referral from a good source when one of our trucks wouldn't start out at our customers dock. The truck was just at Peterbilt in Elmhurst for the same problem and they replaced the starter and worked on a wiring harness the day before. Their road mechanic was there in an hour and replaced a relay and I haven't had a problem since. This is a good vendor and I strongly recommend them. I have been in this industry for 35 years and I will definitely use them again!

I was delivering in Lake Zurich and blew a hydraulic hose on my lift gate. called the shop and was told to sit and wait, normally that means wait for about six hours. The shop was to busy so they called Diamond. They showed up in about a hour, ripped my lift gate apart and not only didn't short term fix but replaced all the parts with new and I was ready to go in about 45minutes. The mechanic was professional. The next time I break down I will tell my company to call Diamond. There are very few places that treat the driver like a customer.
