They didn’t answer any email or phone call after a month and a half they still hadn’t contacted me or sent any information about the transmission I had purchased. They are a scam!!

Bought a transmission for my car and put it in, had grinding noise from start, dealer said bad bearing in transmission, they wouldn't replace or give my money back. Don't by from here they are rip off artists.

I had a bad experience with this company. The first part was faulty. The second was broken due to packed. The refund was only partially because they “restock” the return part. Restocking to the garbage because the part was damaged! He recommending you avoid this company!!

This company will take your money. Fraud was told that we was purchasing a motor that had 33000 miles on it and they sent us a motor that has 144000 miles and the motor look like it has been on fire. Try to call them and they don’t answer their phone or they will pretend they are a Janitor service like really. They need to be charge with fraud. Yes we have contacted the authorities.

Although rather costly, this Chicago business has the resources to locate a part anywhere in the U.S. They were careful to get the correct part for my '87 van. I was very pleased with their service.

Very poor service. Offered a part they could not get, then never informed me -- after taking my shipping and payment info. Spent two weeks waiting for a part that never arrived. I was not charged, but what a waste of time! Poor management.

Call received from QUALITY AUTO: 19 JULY 2019 @ 5:30 PM EST. Put out an internet inquiry across several Auto Parts' websites for Grade "A" & "B" rated parts and this Indian guy named "Jordan" called stating he had my part for $1700. Said he was located in Chicago. While I'm listening to his spiel, I pulled QUALITY AUTO PARTS up on line, put in the coordinate location and noticed the location was just a bldg. probably used as a call center. Told "Jordan" I was from Detroit, but lived in GA and ONLY wanted parts from Southern or South-Western locales. Jordan actually guaranteed he had warehoused parts from all over North America AND Canada! Even told me he could give a Military discount and would lower the price to $1100. When I told him I located the part from an actual Auto parts dealer, complete with pictures of the matching vehicle (Time-Stamped that day), he insisted "it could never be as good as HIS part. Are the Indian immigrants getting crash courses in fraud?!? Don't waste your time.

Quote me a price for a transmission, I asked for and email never got one! Called them back and the short of it is they told I did that I must check my spam, which I did still no email! Called them back bottom line I as the customer is wrong they are right! Imagine if you will you buy a part that doesn't work, if they are going to argue with about an email! Wow, my impression is they are scammers crooks and from what I see of their reviews its proven out! Stay away from quality auto parts!

Eight out of ten. Quite happy with the service. Would have been a full ten but on the email announcing that the order was on its way I would be able to track the progress. Which I wasn’t able to do. This gave me some concern. Knowing better when it may arrive allows for better planning on my part.

Buyers Beware! After much deliberation and verified numbers set matched to specific headlight assembly as paired for my purchase I confirmed with Volvo to be sure of compatibility. And was reassured by "Frank Wilson" sale that all lamps, ballasts, leveling and the active Adaptive drive motors and lenses were tested, correct and fully functional for low price agreed on. Today I received the second of two unmathunm part numbers neither of which match pre sale Mfr. Part number, as well one in terrible condition not even cleaned with lense burn marks{8} from a bad polisher or incident, and without any adequate packaging unless you'd consider a six-pack ring packing material. Now facing some more of same color service or pay shipping to 2 warehouse locations . And, now knowing these type business practices, a 25% RESTOCK fee ATOP $700 SALE PRICE. BEWARE OF FRANK, WENDAL, Kevin or anyone else selling hard case as I believe they are an scam operation call center FIRST & FOREMOST only. My parts were quoted as above mentionmand a verified MATCH from the same vehicle and one incorrect assembly came from NJ and the other from IL neither even match the quote part number.. hide your Money!

Suspicious from the beginning. A part that is rare and they were willing to sell it to me cheaper than seemed reasonable. Didn't make sense..Indian people...sounded more like the sales pitch you get on spam calls. I Don't trust them. Thank God my PayPal did not go through!!!

Theyre REALLY good at ripping off people- they DID NOT supply the part (that was GARBAGE) but had ZERO issue charging me almost 1000$ for a scrap part and then refusing to refund my payment. Why? Because "we didnt supply the part, so, you'll have to take it up with the company that supplied it". Great- so, now I have to file 2 Attorney General Complaints instead of one. If I could rate it NEGATIVE stars, I would!!!

The worse EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND to deal with them, they were not honest from the beginning. They quoted me a price for parts and called me later that it would be double the price and not honored the price! They do not keep their word! Run away from them. They do not explain with clarity! They are difficult to deal with since they call different sites to get the parts and you have to deal with multiple callers! I wasted my time and money!!

My husband contacted them to order a part for a vintage truck we own. He was advised that they had what he was looking for and would ship it. They charged our credit card immediately. Three weeks later and no part. A week after my husband ordered it, they advised they were incorrect and did not have one. They then called a couple days ago to tell us they had the part, but he had found it elsewhere. Supposedly they were crediting our charge card, but I haven't seen a credit yet. I disputed the charges today. I can't understand how you don't know what you have. It is ridiculous that they even charge the card prior to putting their hands on the part and then don't promptly issue a credit. This is one of the very few times we have done business with someone online and was disappointed --- I guess We've been lucky. Sorry that we didn't read the reviews prior to ordering. The bad reviews sure outnumber the good. In any case, if you are thinking of ordering from them do yourself a favor and don't. My husband found what he wanted at East West Auto Parts in Tulsa, OK, and he was treated right. Their reviews seem pretty good. Just thought I would share that as an option.

HORRIBLE...Please take my advice...Do worst your money and your time. they don't have parts they telling it is ready to ship and take the money from the creditcard. they are liar. don't believe them.

Purchased a used compressor, supposedly it was checked for operation. Which is B.S! Upon opening box it was filthy, wires cut and oil all over it. It was obvious that it was taken off a vehicle and stuck in a box. Contacted them and they said said to return it, would not pay for return shipping and blatantly asked me if I was interested in a discount. Seriously? I have bought a lot of parts over the past 40 years and this company is the worst!!! Stay away from them!!! I will dispute this charge.

Actually I had a great experience with Quality Auto Parts. The sideview mirror on my 15-passenger van broke (as I was driving it bumped against a post). It is a LARGE sideview mirror, and was just a shattered mirror, the rest of the part was undamaged but I learned that I had to replace the entire part. A $300+ job. So I searched the web, found the mirror for half the price and contacted these guys. Immediate response. Checked vehicle model and date, rechecked and confirmed. Got a phone call to confirm. I asked, "What do I do if the wrong thing comes in the mail?" They said I could send it back. (Which of course I really didn't want to do). I could manage without the mirror for the time being, so I was OK to wait for the replacement part to arrive in the mail. I got another call before it was sent, and I told them that if this didn't work out I'd blast them on the online review. "I am sure you will have a great experience and give us a good review," I was told. Replacement part arrived, condition excellent but couldn't bet that it was new as the packaging was not original. Took it to my trusty auto mechanic who's been doing work on our cars for 10+ years and he got it installed the same day. Would definitely work with these guys again. If you do use QAP, make sure that you give them the correct information about your vehicle and realize that you will have to wait for the time it takes for the replacement part to arrive. Thanks, QAP!

Ordered parts to Canada, no problems whatsoever, good sales guy who went out of his way to get me the Porsche tail light at a discounted price. One week to get from Chicago to Calgary. Very satisfied

I put in a request for a part on another website, Ivan calls from this business and tells me he has my part. I ask for a picture. He says he can't give me a picture until I submit payment. He states he has lots of vehicles in his yard the same as the one I'm working on (a 37 year old car, that was only manufactured for three years). I find this hard to believe. He was very pushy and not very helpful. He had a foreign accent which worried me that I was talking to someone overseas. I can't in good conscious order from this company. The review system will not continue without at least giving a single star, none deserved here. Buyer Beware!

I was very apprehensive to order anything for our SUZUKI XL7 from Quality Auto Parts. We had been searching for weeks online. Alan was very professional experience also patient with us. He even said that I can look them up via B B B, so we did! We ordered the product on the 20th and received it on the 25th we were able to track as well two thumbs up he'd ask to notify him upon arrival... we rate this experience 5 stars.

Horrible. They sent me the wrong part and it was broken. They made me cover the return shipping cost, for their mistake. The made me provide a packing slip to return the item, when I did not recieve one in original package. Believe it to be a scam.

These guys are terrible. They gave me a price on the phone as soon as I asked for it via email I found out that they were not the correct parts and the correct parts would be twice as much. A total waste of time.

I sent an online request to this company for a Ford Focus intake manifold. I got a call the next day from very rude and pushy salesperson. He quoted me a price of $200 for a used part. I explained to him that I could find a brand-new OEM part on Ebay (from a Ford dealership) for about that same price. He told me I was mistaken, that Ebay parts are all non-OEM garbage, and that Ford no longer makes this part for a 2006 Focus. He told me that if I bought the part off Ebay I'd regret it and be calling him back anyways. Well, today my Ebay part arrived. It was shipped from a Ford dealership, and has a Ford part number. It is 100% genuine Ford and was less expensive than the used part priced quoted by Quality Auto Parts.

Asked for a sway bar for my classic '93 Lincoln Mark viii. They were able to find one and said it was in Quebec, therefore it would be less expensive for me. I was never told that the cost would be in USD for a CDN part, so they agreed to reduce to fee a bit. Then they called to say this first available part was in poor shape and would source a different one. In this regard I'm glad that they cared enough to not just send me junk, or a rusted out part. Unfortunately the cost went up for border fees, but those were split between me and the company in this case, so after all was said and done, I was able to get an excellent shape Swsy bar, and the company was able to get their price. It would have been nice to have known that they were just sourceing the part for me, but regardless they were able to find one whereas I could not. I would recommend them as your parts sourcing company, but make sure they will get a good part for you to use.

I had a very good experience with Quality Auto Parts. They found me a hard to find rear deck for a car that went out of production in 1994. They were in communication with me from the day I submitted my search, and sent pictures to verify the part was correct. They went as far as asking if I had a company address to send the part, which saved over $150 on shipping charges. The part came in just as described and shown in the photo.

I ordered a door mirror yesterday. I should have read the reviews first. Time will tell however... Any major credit card company will rule in your favor in matters like the reviews report. I once delta with a shady Co. That ended up paying ME for my time to send them back there attempted bad faith sale to me. The ONLY thing these type of people listen to is the loss of money and attorneys can't touch them. It came and in good condition. But if I had waited two days I could have got it for $150 instead of the $250 I paid. MY BAD I'M A SICKER. ..THE ONE BORE EVERY MINUTE

What the consumer has to understand is that Quality Auto Parts has NO PARTS. They are merely a "parts broker" that shops the country ( buying from legit auto salvage yards ). They then have the part shipped to consumer (without actually seeing or having the part ) and pocket the mark-up. I just want people to understand the company they are dealing with.

This is the most dishonest company i have ever dealt with. They assure you that they have the part your looking for and after they receive your money they give you all types of excuse for not receiving your part...lies !!!! every week they keep telling me that they are sending me confirmation emails with a tracking number and nothing ever comes. Be very aware and make sure and pay with Paypal that might be the only way you get back your money!!!
