Very unprofessional. Offered me a price , connected me with a driver, confirmed time and address. I spent money on an Uber the next morning to meet at 8am. They didn’t even call to cancel. I called the driver around 8:20 he was laughing at how upset that he wasn’t coming told me it wasn’t worth it. I called Ozzy left a message never even called back. What is very suspicious is my catalytic converter went missing the night before in a suburban area. Don’t do business with these people they aren’t honest.
Ozzy was GREAT to work with & he made me a solid offer for my car. He also was reasonable with me getting car there when alarm started acting up, he definitely understands the used car business.
