Awful place with really terrible service. Came in to get the codes read for my car and was turned away saying there was no one there to help. Pricing is about average what you'd expect to pay.

I went and got my check engine light checked, gentleman was nice and sold me the sensor I needed. I left I noticed AutoZone had the same exact sensor for 9 dollars cheaper (in stock). I called to inquire about the price match policy. The woman that answered the phone transferred me to a male who said they would price match if it was the same sensor and “quality”. I go to the store and the woman at the counter tells me I need a receipt from autozone to price match. I’m still trying to figure out how that makes sense?!? Needless to say I just returned the sensor drove to Autozone and purchased the sensor.

Great place! Very helpful staff! Especially the young man who helped me with my gas cap, for my 2005 Chevy suburban. Amazing young person, very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in that store. More than I've ever seen before blessings to you..

Do not go to this store and purchase anything for your vehicle, cause they will give you the WRONG PARTS. These people don’t have a clue what they are doing. After returning the WRONG PARTS, they spoke to me like if it was my fault that I got the wrong part, that’s how they made me feel. The best thing to do is call their corporate office, they don’t even have a manager their cause he wasn’t available. But that’s okay, just call corporate.

It was okay .was a little disappointed I had to carry out a bunch of items and wasn't offered a bag to carry it in they were to involved in a personal conversation they guys took my money and just walked away .

this place sucks. went they early on a Thursday morning. Store manager was talking to another employee, and look at us and said be right with you. We stood there, put out or battery on the floor. He was talking to his employee on how to use the register. 2mins later, walk over to us. pick up the battery and put it in the charger and said it be 1hr wait. only words out of his mouth, I was shocked. he then gave me a slip and said write your name. then went back to the other side of the counter and talk to his employee again. never took my sticker and put it on my battery. me and my husband waited around a while, he was on the phone telling his employee, no you need to come in and laughing. Just plain Rude. then I left and when I came back he said your battery is no good. the employee rang me up. then his cell phone rang and he answer it also. wow i will never shop here again. i brought that battery and in 2017. and in 2018 they replace it. now 2019 no your warranty no good. wow there batteries SUCK just as much as the service. will never shop here again.

Went in for some wipers and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Angel the store manager. He was very helpful, friendly and Got me what I needed. He even put them on for me on such a ugly snowy day!

I called around looking for axles for my car both front ones they quoted me a price over fone they were the cheapest around. Went next day to get them she neglected to tell me have to order them. Theres where my fustration starts they called a store in naperville who had them told me they would be there at 7:30 am went next day at 9:30 still no parts said 11:00 latest, asked to give me a call when they came in. I waited called them at 12:45 asked if they came in they said yes since 11:00 am so where was my call? Mind u i live by them on diversey i go to 23rd st to my mechanic so parts have to be correct. Go take car mechanic says passenger side was totally wrong i don't have abs brakes its a 95 that axel did and it was two male parts when i needed a female and a male if u can understand that. Took it back to them told him how fustrated i was he was very apologetic looked up part again and my core charge was 45 for both parts but is going to tell me now that the correct part was 60 when i paid 40 for that i could have gotten it anywhere else and maybe the right parts. At that point asked for my money back for that part and my core charge and he had asked if i can come back the next day seeing as they didn't have enough in the register to refund it all but he managed to open 2 registers to give be back 88 dollars. Never again they were nice about everything but that didn't help me having to go a long way to my mechanic.

As I walked into the store this African American man was the first one I saw he did not greet me or acknowledged me he was just watching some basketball program in the computer instead of helping me I atleast said hello. This young lady named Mary came out from the aisles and happily greeted me and was more than happy to assist me , if it wasn’t for this young lady making up for this guy slack my experience would have been completely negative it was very unprofessional of him and do not understand why Oreilly’s would keep an employee like this.

Went in with my old battery to purchase a new one. Stood at the front by the checklanes for 10 minutes whlie the Hispanic worker was helping another customer and the African american worker wandered back and forth. Finally the African American worker asked if I was there to have the battery tested. Before I could respond, he apparently felt the Hispanic woman who had just entered was in dire need of assistance. Needless to say I left and went to maverick auto about a half mile away and not only got what I needed in 5 minutes butsaved $25 in the process. Not sure how these guys stay in business, but I saw that Sergio wrote himself a nice review.

I Had a check engine light on, and Leo made everything very simple. He helped me diagnose the issue and directed me in the right direction to fix the issue. plus he's kinda cute which made it even more satisfying ;)

I called here to get the a/c condenser for my car and the valve cover gasket set with the platinum gasket. Robert made the entire process smooth with no problems. This place really does get me the parts I need and what ever I need they go out of their way to help me out.
