If I could give them zero stars I would. The lack of professionalism and lack of accountability from the employees is asinine. I called the store to inquire about caps for my tires and was placed on hold for nearly 20 minutes. I ended up going into the store to find that one of the young ladies that answered the call, was taking another call. I waited a bit before inquiring about what I was looking for. I did not get woman's name , however, I do recall that she was middle aged and wore glasses. She rudely and abruptly instructed me to get in the ever growing long without acknowledging the small request I'd done my due diligence of calling the store beforehand so as to avoid the unnecessary trip. She did not apologize for the fallacy on their end and created an unsatisfactory experience for me. The moral of the story is, shop where you are welcomed.
Wonderful service Joel and Salvadore L treated me like a member of the family . Gave helpful tips we even talked about raising sons. Felt very secure in my purchases and valued as a customer!

I think the customer service is superb! I spoke with Gio and Joel! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with pleasure. Just the assistance I received from these two and the acknowledgment makes me want to shop here. I didn’t need much but I did receive all what I needed with proper education. Thank you for your help
I recently had an exceptional experience at AutoZone, thanks to the outstanding service from an associate named Alex. My partner's car battery had completely died, and we were in a frustrating situation. Unfortunately, some employees, particularly one named Olga, were unhelpful and disrespectful, refusing to assist us and displaying a "pass the buck" attitude.
Thankfully, Alex stepped in. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, when he found our location didn't have the part, he went above and beyond to cross-reference a nearby store that did. This was a crucial step that Olga had refused to take. Alex ensured we could utilize our warranty and get back on the road safely and quickly.
Alex is a true professional who embodies what great customer service should be. He's a problem-solver and a leader, and his dedication to helping us in a tough spot was remarkable. I highly recommend this location because of him and believe he is a fantastic candidate for a leadership role. Alex turned a very negative experience into a positive one, and for that, we are incredibly grateful.
Alex was very helpful. I knew nothing about cars and needed a battery change. He was able to tell me which battery to buy and took care of installing it for me. Customer service was great.
This place is amazing. My car battery died on me few blocks away. Lucky a friendly stranger jumped my car. I drove over and Alex was awesome and got me a new battery ASAP and swapped out my old one within 7 minutes. Highly recommend. These guys rock!

I came here in a panic needing to get my car battery changed. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, however Carlos M was the star of the show. He changed my batter so swiftly and answered all of my questions. So happy I stopped in!! Thank you Carlos and staff!!

David is an incredible help over here. We had a check engine light on and he diagnosed it, provided a solution, and showed us to all of the parts we needed to make the repairs ourselves. He went above and beyond and we saved hundreds of dollars by taking his advice and doing it ourselves! Amazing customer service.
Such good service! Mercy was so friendly when I came in and she was super helpful. She was knowledgeable and super nice in helping me find the passenger side wiper blade I needed. And Osvaldo was super cool too, and he offered to put the blade in for me. I usually come to this AutoZone, but they make me want to come back next time!
Alex and osbalvo are about the top of the line workers i have met, I asked questions and they seem to have the answers right away. If I need anything I will definitely go back to them. I've been to other shops and they seem to be on point with great service here. If you need that extra help they will definitely help you out.Dont forget ask for Alex or Osvaldo.

This store’s employees are lack of knowledge and training. Two of them won’t accept my wiper online order return said return is only eligible in 7 days after purchase. I ordered it on May 2nd and brought it to return on May 20th. It’s been 18 days and your website says 90 days return. I don’t know who trained them about 7 day return policy.
When I walked in the person did say hello. After I said my intention he immediately turned in to an attitude that this wiper return is such a difficult task. I mean, it literally takes a minute to do and they are not busy at all.
They are also numerous complains and 1 star reviews to this store specifically based on returns and warranty. Either they are really lack of training and knowledge or they just don’t care because they don’t make a sale on these services. Higher management needs to pay attention to this. I bought three wipers and glad only need to return one but I may not want to buy again from auto zone next time based on my and others after purchase experience.
Went to store 04437 later. People there are way more friendly with happy face to all customers. Got return done in 2min.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a terrible experience at this AutoZone. I came in to exchange a faulty battery under warranty and called ahead to confirm they could help with installation. The employee said yes. When I arrived, only one employee was working, and I waited 30 minutes while he repeatedly called for his manager, David, who ignored him. Eventually, I was handed a toolkit to uninstall the battery myself. After doing so, I overheard David telling the employee not to help me install the new one—despite the store being almost empty. David later told me they don’t install batteries for warranty swaps, which was never mentioned on the phone. I was stranded and panicking because I don't know how to install a battery. Thankfully, the employee still helped me out despite David being rude and rushing him. If it were up to David, my car would still be stuck there without any battery. The only positive experience was the Taco Truck outside.
Carlos went above and beyond delivering an amazing service, super knowledgeable and he helped me pick out exactly what I needed. The team helped me with the install. Carlos also gave me a few tips on future projects. Highly recommend the AutoZone.
