I came into your store today, February 4, 2026.
Ruben Z was absolutely wonderful!! His extensive auto parts knowledge is amazing! He has a strong work ethic which is so rare these days. However, in my opinion, the pinnacle of Ruben Z’s qualities is his strong customer service skills. He knows how to treat customers.
Some background so you can understand why I needed so much help: I am currently disabled. I need joint replacement surgery for both hips and one knee; this issue has caused me to be in pain 24/7. The pain never stops! I walk around so slowly with the assistance of a cane. This causes me to need extra help with things which is why I’m so grateful for Ruben Z’s assistance.
My only complaint is that instead of rewarding Ruben Z’s excellent performance and customer service skills his managers were watching him relentlessly. I heard his co-workers make crude remarks to him because he was spending so much time helping me. Co-workers kept coming out and checking on what he was doing; never once offering him a helping hand. Management for your store is absolutely disappointing. The first person I saw upon entering your store was looking down and restocking items. Never once greeted me nor did she offer assistance. She never gave me eye contact. I would hope that greeting and helping your customers would be prioritized over restocking merchandise. I truly hope this is something your corporate office will address. They made me feel so uncomfortable, like Ruben Z helping me was a crime. Mind you, I wasn’t begging for free items. I paid close to $200 and then to be given a difficult time for assisting the DISABLED customer is plain unacceptable. This should cause you great concern.
This used to be my favorite AutoZone store. Please know, the only reason I would return to shop here again is because of Ruben Z. He is an excellent employee and deserves recognition for his kindness and excellence service. He gives your store something that cannot be taught, his kindness, patience, and assistance are qualities that ALL of your employees should possess.Feb 04, 2026 -

Ruben Z. was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job explaining my options for a new battery and installing it. He also did a diagnostic for a check engine light that I had on my dash. I was very impressed with his professionalism, but much more so with his attentiveness and kindness. Associates like him keep customers like me coming back for the quality service. He was outstanding.

Went in for a simple set of low beam bulbs, as one of mine just went out while driving. Located them, double checked with the associate if they were correct number. Mentioned I had no tools, just got out of work, and was just about to ask for help when he shut me down and said that he could not help me. 2 minutes prior, another associate had just went out to help someone. All I was going to ask for were some gloves, but he just assumed I wanted him to do it for me. Walked out, pulled the bulb, came back in to verify it was the same. Another associate saw me and tried to ring me up, and the original associate ran up and said oh yea, I can help you outside. He had a some mayo and crumbs on his mouth. Clearly he had other priorities, but tried to save face by offering me free bulb grease. So instead of buying the pair, I only bought the single bulb. He seemed surprised by this, and again tried to save face. I only bought what I needed, and will get the other bulb at another store. Better service = more sales. And if you need to eat, just say that. Don't hide behind a store policy. Be honest.

This AutoZone had it TOGETHER. The store associate, Mercy, was SO kind, helpful, and efficient. She helped me over the phone to know if they had wipe blades in stock for my Jeep. She seemed to be balancing a million tasks and customers but did it so well. She helped me to install my wiper blades but also offered to show me how to do it along the way even though it was FREEZING outside. She was so so so so helpful and professional. Thanks, Mercy!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The lack of professionalism and lack of accountability from the employees is asinine. I called the store to inquire about caps for my tires and was placed on hold for nearly 20 minutes. I ended up going into the store to find that one of the young ladies that answered the call, was taking another call. I waited a bit before inquiring about what I was looking for. I did not get woman's name , however, I do recall that she was middle aged and wore glasses. She rudely and abruptly instructed me to get in the ever growing long without acknowledging the small request I'd done my due diligence of calling the store beforehand so as to avoid the unnecessary trip. She did not apologize for the fallacy on their end and created an unsatisfactory experience for me. The moral of the story is, shop where you are welcomed.

I recently had an exceptional experience at AutoZone, thanks to the outstanding service from an associate named Alex. My partner's car battery had completely died, and we were in a frustrating situation. Unfortunately, some employees, particularly one named Olga, were unhelpful and disrespectful, refusing to assist us and displaying a "pass the buck" attitude.
Thankfully, Alex stepped in. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, when he found our location didn't have the part, he went above and beyond to cross-reference a nearby store that did. This was a crucial step that Olga had refused to take. Alex ensured we could utilize our warranty and get back on the road safely and quickly.
Alex is a true professional who embodies what great customer service should be. He's a problem-solver and a leader, and his dedication to helping us in a tough spot was remarkable. I highly recommend this location because of him and believe he is a fantastic candidate for a leadership role.
