I very much enjoyed working with this removal company. The first time I used them, it was a very last-minute request, and they truly came through—working around my needs and showing up promptly. They were fast, efficient, and professional.
The second time was just as smooth and stress-free. They completely took away the worry of cleanup and even the concern of leaving a dumpster in the alley and risking a city fine. They not only removed the construction debris but also handled proper disposal, which gave me real peace of mind.

Their pricing is fair, and they are extremely reliable and do in fact offer same / next day services. Lux was awesome in getting me a realistic quote and texted me directly. The morning of the service they texted and called with and ETA which was super helpful. Job was done quickly and efficiently and the guys even shoveled snow away from the garage to help me out! Will definitely be using them again for my clients needs.
I called and was able to get a mattress picked up about an hour and a half after my initial call! I really appreciated the communication from 606 Junk Removal, both in getting the service scheduled and when the haulers were on their way. I scheduled a same-day move on 11/17, arrival 11am - 1pm, for a mattress removal (with frame and boxspring), a taken apart shelf, and a dresser (disassembled after photo). I was quoted $250 for these.
11am rolled around. 12. 1 o'clock. I received no communication from the company or the drivers until I called at 1pm to check on them. When I reached out, I was told I'd be given another ETA. Thirty minutes pass. I still don't hear from the drivers. Once it hits 2pm, I decide to cancel my appointment. It's clear they will not show up. The drivers call me back 10 minutes (2:28pm) after I cancel to say they're in the area and can arrive in 15-30 minutes. They don't arrive and get started until 3:30. Took less than 15 minutes.
Not worth the time, price, or hassle.

I found the folks at 606 Junk Removal very friendly and easy to work with. No hidden costs and pricing most reasonable. The driver who came to pick up my items was also friendly and made short work of getting everything out of my garage. I highly recommend this company!
So, we had some items lingering around our basement which were heavy and difficult to move. The broken treadmill, the old couch, the lumpy mattress, you know the type. So, worried about back injuries and procrastination , I called these guys because they seemed local. They answered the phone, no trading messages, and! were able to come same day! They were prompt, professional, and just awesome. Soooooo glad I called. I can now reclaim my space.
We used them to clean out my father apartment in est Roger’s park after he passed away. We were limited in funds and they worked with us on the fee. Great team very efficient courteous. Swept up after We were able to get them to bid from photos and get them to come out in 24 hours and they called twice en route to confirm. They showed up in the agreed upon window of time and finished in that same time window . In what is a very difficult time I appreciated the kindness and flexibility Thank you!

The people in the office were very communicative, and the guys that came to do the pick up were wonderful. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. This is now our junk company of choice whenever we need things hauled!
These guys are great! Do not use any other junk removal company in the city. They are the BEST!! Dominick was very professional and when I called, he told me if I booked online there was a $25 discount I could apply (which I did). They were incredibly fair in pricing — especially compared to the other companies I received quotes from. Kalil and Matthew came the very next morning at 8 am and removed our old couch. They, too, were very professional, polite, and were in-and-out in minutes. We will definitely use 606 again when the need arises. Thanks, guys!
Our apartment building used 606 Junk Removal (JR) to dispose of items that were too big for our regular waste dumpster. 606 JR responded promptly to my inquiry, providing a next-day appointment. The night before, they asked if we had flexibility to meet earlier if their workers finished other jobs more quickly. We responded, “Yes”. The workers phoned when they were 15 minutes out, showing up 15 minutes earlier than the original window. (Again, we said that we were okay with that.) After seeing the “haul”, they provided a quote to which we agreed. Both workers were super friendly and professional, treating the space with respect. Timely, professional and reasonable rates. We also like that we were able to support a West Town business.

I had a wonderful experience with 606Junk today. I had a mattress that was WAY to heavy to dispose of on my own, and Dom got back to me right away. I was close by so he was able to pick it up within the hour!! The pricing was also MUCH more reasonable that the quotes I got from other places.
