Such a crooked company. DO NOT use. Dropped my car, requesting their insurance info and they refused to provide it. The lady who answers calls kept hanging up. She finally said she won’t give me insurance info but will start a claim on her hand, that was a month ago. Never actually did it. She lied and said there wasn’t a chad who works there but turns out there are TWO chads who work here one of which dropped my car and damaged it. Reported to ICC. SUPER shady, unethical, and unsafe drivers. Chad had NO clue how to tow safely
They came out and towed on of our company trucks. They gave us the best price in the area and were very professional. I will make sure to call you next time we need towing in the area for our company equipment. AAM Fleet Manager Sam
Beware if you get in an accident in Alsip or Midlothian area don’t get towed by B&R! The owner has a deal set up with Midlothian Police Dept. My son got in an accident and the cop on scene said it had to be towed and said we can pick up a voucher at the police station and won’t be charged for the tow. We found out the voucher was only a release ticket and that B&R wants $500 to release my car!!!! If we would have known that I would have had a different tow company come that would have charged around $160. This is a racket the owner of this company knows it and makes money off other people’s misfortunes.
Would not let me take a diffuser off my car after it got totaled (it was just 2 screws) Told them I wanted my wheels as well and wouldn’t let me take those either lost thousands of dollars in modifications never using them again told me to get anything off my car I’d have to pay 1800

This is a mafia that works together with the police. Today in Harvey, in the alley behind the house where we were doing a moving job, our truck’s battery died. I called the police asking for help. As a result, the cops, without my consent, called these scammers. They connected a charger without informing me of the cost, which they later demanded I pay. Afterward, they asked for $350 for their “help,” and when I started arguing, they began threatening to tow the truck to a lot, which would cost even more. Never use the services of these jerks.
I called and was given a price quote which was very reasonable. I was told a 30 minute wait time and the tow truck arrived in less than 30 minutes. Quick and fast hook up and we were on our way. Very friendly driver and great customer service on the phone. Highly recommend if you are in need.
My mom and I have been using B&R for a very long time. I think I started calling them after the manager at my old job had them pick up our trucks when they broke down. They say they'll be there in 1/2 an hour and then arrive in 10 min. I'm never totally ready for them. Either my shoes aren't on yet, or there is still crap in my car, and I should know better by now. The drivers are friendly and the people on the phone are nice too. I've never had an issue with anyone. Will use them until I move too far away.
