I called Nick 3 times to get a quote and 3 times he didn’t recognize me and said he will get back to me and never did. He’s either making too much money to follow up with me as a potential costumer or he’s not doing his job. Either way it was a bad experience trying to do business with this company.
Have bought 2 previous trucks from lynch in Chicago , Fred Garza is the best , now just bought the 3rd truck from lynch looking forward to getting it in next few weeks
Great sales and service. Frank in service has helped out with our trucks. Tyler is our salesman and he has been great to deal with when buying tow trucks from him. We bought our first new truck with him a couple of years ago and have continued to buy from him ever since.
I had a very disappointing experience with Lynch Chicago. It's certainly frustrating to make the effort to travel to pick up a truck, only to discover that it has several issues that were not disclosed upfront. It's understandable that you would expect the company to take responsibility for these issues or offer a solution that aligns with my expectations.
the sales representative, Tylor Kennedy, did not provide me with clear and accurate information about the condition of the truck prior to my journey. It's concerning that he seemed unwilling to address the pre-existing issues with the air conditioner, window locks, and switches, especially given the significant financial investment ive prepared to make.
The fact that he mentioned the inability of Lynch Chicago to fix the truck due to potential financial losses is certainly disappointing. As a customer, i have every right to expect that a product i was purchasing, especially at such a significant price point, meets the basic standards of functionality and safety. It's reasonable to have expected Lynch Chicago to take responsibility for rectifying the issues or providing a satisfactory resolution.
The offer to refund my payment if i was not certified is puzzling, especially considering the considerable inconvenience and cost i incurred by flying to Chicago to purchase the truck. It's understandable that i would have expected Lynch Chicago to prioritize ensuring my satisfaction and addressing the issues with the truck, rather than simply offering a refund.
Overall, it seems that Lynch Chicago's handling of the situation fell short of the level of service and customer care that i rightfully expected. It's disappointing that they did not take a more proactive approach to rectifying the situation and ensuring that i was satisfied with my purchase.
In conclusion, my experience with Lynch Chicago is indeed disheartening, and it is disappointing and i left feeling dissatisfied and let down by their service. It's understandable that i was expecting a much more positive and accommodating experience when making such a significant purchase. Tylor Kennedy on sale and His Sales Manager fell short of my satisfaction with Lynch Chicago, and i left there very dissapointed customer after spending 72k worth of an equipment. mean Grade F goes to Lynch Chicago
I was there today, getting some warranty work done for my boss. Really nice, friendly and they didn't forget about me, I was well kept updated on the progress!! Very professional and responsive to my personal needs. 100 % awesome experience!
Today I Brought back my twenty twenty three hino L6 for a few adjustments and frank and his crew were able to replace a taillight housing at same time .quick turnover .thanks.
We are in the market for another heavy wrecker for a new location of ours. We contacted Jim over at lynch all I can say is extremely helpful. Went out of his way. We ended up purchasing the unit. We are in Ohio. We’re over six hours away. We sent one of our drivers over to pick up the truck went through the truck with him Answered any questions driver had the truck had a tow light that went with it that was nonoperable. The guys that Lynch gave us a brand new one some new straps to tow back our tow vehicle. I cannot say good enough about the company and Jim is the salesman. We are looking to purchase another 50 ton rotator this fall and they’re the only company that we will go with hard to find a good company. A good sales people these days if we could give them more than five stars we would.

I had a very fortunate and pleasant experience working with salesman Tyler Kennedy at Lynch. I was looking to purchase a used rollback tow truck, but with the chip shortage in the automobile industry, quality used models are in very short supply. After calling countless dealers and not being able to find anything of quality at a decent price, Tyler was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was industrious and proactive in finding the right fit for my needs, and was responsive to my requests for information. I am very satisfied with my interactions with Tyler and would recommend him without reservation.
I met with Robert and his team on November 20th, 2020, not sure if I wanted new or used, wrecker, or rollback. Robert took the time to go thru the pro's and con's of both types of trucks, and it was a no brainer to go new. I ordered a 2021 International MV, 21', 102" wide steel bed, with wheel lift. It was ready about 3 weeks later. They had awesome financing available, however we choose to use our own bank financing. I have had a a few questions, parts and service, were able to help a newbie tower. I would highly recommend Lynch Chicago for all your tow trucks, parts and accessories.
This is the best place to buy a truck. From sales to service to parts you will never find a better place. Best thing I ever did is buy 2 new trucks a long time ago. Im still doing it and never ben let down. They will go out of their way to help you.

Nick Neelson went above and beyond his job as a salesman. I ordered a 2020 International truck in August, expecting to get it before the winter months. The truck was supposed to be built and ready the first week of October, because of the General Motors strike, no trucks were produced for 2 months while they were on strike. Now its the middle of December and winter is here. Instead of waiting the 4 week period for them to ship the truck to Lynch, Nick found out the truck was ready and on his day off volunteered to drive me down to Ohio 365 miles away to pick up the truck. Can't thank you enough Nick, much appreciated.
Had a electrical issue with my self loader and Frank in service and the technician resolve the problem in a quick and timely manner and was back on the road to service my customers. Lynch is top notch!!!!
Came in to buy a truck, A++++ customer service, NO PRESSURE is what I liked about Fred. Fred took the time to show the inventory and work with me on what truck was needed. Will defiantly be back for more trucks. Thanks to Fred and the whole sales team.
Bought a truck on valentine's day, got a 7 day sticker while waiting for plates. Cant tow with the sticker. Today my sticker expires. Nick, the salesman hasn't returned any calls or texts since Saturday when he met me to give me a wireless remote for the truck. I spoke with someone in the office that is going to get the plates and she knew that I was coming out to meet her and get the plates. Nick would have known this too had he at least looked at his phone at some point.
When I arrived there, I parked the truck out front and went in to let them know I was there and willing to wait until they got the plates. Someone else noticed the truck and asked nick if that was the truck he just sold sitting out front. Then, nick responds by asking if someone could go out there and let that psycho know his plates aren't in. That psycho being me
When I stood up and pointed out that that psycho was right here, he could tell me himself, his face got red and he tried to clean it up. He then took me back to show me that the lady going to get my plates was still there. When I walked outside to smoke so I didnt blow up on him, being a psycho and all, he came out and apologized. I'm positive he is sorry that I heard him calling me names. I'm sure that hasn't been the only time, and it is completely unacceptable. I have heard this man talk about other people like this as well and he should not be in any type of customer relations business if he cant control his mouth.

I’ve been going to lynch In Chicago and Wisconsin to buy and repair or maintenance my trucks for over 12 years . I have never had any returns or problems on there new truck builds or repairs and maintenance . These guys are just plain awsome . Like I said before from the front offices to the back lots . Each and every single person that works for this company is great . I’ve always been happy dealing with both locations I go to . It’s hard to find the class and professionalism these days and lynch has both . Thanks guys for all the years of great service !
