Husband went in there today to buy something he needed for our vehicle and the man behind the counter had an attitude. Horrible customer service! I will not be stopping there again in the future.

Breck not only was not bothered by my complicated order since it was sent from a different store, but she ended happiness out of it but calling the store to help me out and she ended up knowing the other manager from a far away store from the past. She was happy to reconnect. Few people still have real customer service and care about their coworkers. Breck showed she still has both.

Went too get my windshield blades and he gave me the wrong one so had to go back there and still when I get home they are missing Parts to it. This guy DEAN is rude no hello and when I asked if he needed to scan it he just told me to leave. This is my last time there i tried to give a second chance. You don't like dealing with people don't work in a place where you need to be around people stay home!!!!

Went in today for wiper blades and Ethan was very helpful. Had me in and out in 10 minutes and helped me from start to finish. Looked up the size blades and put then on for me in less than a minute. Appreciate the Help.

After purchasing a windshield wiper I asked Assistant manager dean to install because oreillys advertises free windshield wiper installation l and was greeted with a snarky remark saying “can I do one thing at a time” … there was nobody else in the store when I arrived … and to top it off … I watched dean the assistant manager struggle for 5-10 minutes to install one windshield wiper blade …. Was so displeased with the all around service from beginning to end… no wonder the parking lot was empty … do better

Frank is the man. Roman, Chris, and the other young man in there are a good help, too. I totally recommend this location.

Guy behind the counter didn't seem to know what I was talking about when I came in looking for bulbs...took him extremely long to locate the correct size. He had no idea how to help me find the correct socket size to take apart my tail light assembly(to get to the bulbs). Seemed like they had zero tools to assist me with it ..but def enough for me to keep purchasing

My cars battery had some corrosion and was on the verge of not starting. Heading out on a trip tomorrow, I was lucky enough to have Frank and Roman take care of this for me in a pinch! I highly recommend.

The employee, maybe around 40, was so busy talking on his phone with a personal call, he didn't take the time to acknowledge me. Keep in mind, the lot was empty, the door rings upon entering, and no one was in the store. He looked everywhere except at me. I stood there for a minute waiting on at least eye contact or "I'll be with you in a moment." Nothing. I leave. OK. I'll take my money elsewhere. No wonder the store is empty. No problem. My money spends elsewhere. Amazon takes my money too from the comfort of my home. I wish I could give negative 0 stars.

Stopped to get a thermostat and coolant fluid for my car. Experienced one of the worst customer services ever. I was also charged an extra dollar for my coolant. The coolant was listed $10.49 but I was charged $11.49. Haven’t heard any greeting, “thank you, sorry, have a good day…” Tamara showed Unreal lack of customer service skills, communication skills, and professionalism, Combined with unpleasant attitude, arrogance and a defiance. Again, they loose, because will never step there any more.

Really disappointed in the service I received today. I called in for a part for my car and was told they had it and would set it aside for me. I come in and they said they have it but they won’t be able to find it. Mind you there is two employees there that can look for it or at least try!They didn’t not offer any solution or try to call other locations.

Chris made my broke down in the parking lot alive again. Not only by helping me with the correct parts but helping me with fixing the problem. Chris had solutions to our problems. We appreciate this man for the excellent customer service and work ethic knowledge. He was even training someone as he had to take over the guy who was originally helping me because the guy wasnt system ready. Thanks again Chris and O' Reillys for having the parts we needed.

Erica was awesome got me all the parts i needed the same day with not 1 hassle..autozone in chicago ridge has the worst staff that are beyond lazy..told me a couple parts were dealer parts because they didn't wanna look it up. Wont waste my money at autozone again

I needed taillight & plate light bulbs, the counter guy sees its dark outside grabs a cart of tools and comes outside and changes them for no charge!!! Of course I left a tip, much lower that the dealer would have charged had they even been open on a sunday night.

My daughter and I stopped in to the O’Reilly’s in Alsip, IL, on July 10, 2019, to purchase antifreeze/coolant. We believed we had a leak in our car’s system because we noticed coolant dripping under the car. It was the best experience I have EVER had regarding cars, whether it was to purchase one or maintain one. Chris (#37630) immediately came to help us and when I told him what the problem was, he said “let’s go take a look.” It was about 100 degrees outside and this dear man went out to our car, raised the hood, and immediately knew what the problem was. He not only fixed the problem for us, but he patiently explained what had happened and why it happened. He answered all our questions and never once made us feel like it was not worth the time to explain things. He was not only beyond helpful, but kind, respectful, and extremely professional. We are truly grateful.

The employees are very kind and helpful. Edward not only put my air filter in, but he also put in my cabin filter, that I had bought from a different store. I'm very thankful that he was able to help me!

Chris (37630) , Edward and Roman are very knowledgeable and always helpful. This auto parts store is the best one by far in Alsip and I've been to ALL of them. I've taken all 3 of my vehicles here and always get the help I need or question answered. Chris goes ABOVE and BEYOND. Excellent customer service. THANKS!!

Today i stop by due to a tail light was out. A gentelman came out and assist me A.S.A.P. His name was Chris #37630 in Alsip, IL. I just wanted to Thank him for a great job. He should be recognize as a great customer service. He was friendly an great to talk to. I only thought I had I light out. But he told me I had 2 lights out. He fix them both. We need more people like him with great customer service. I will be going here more often. Great job Chris

The customer service at this location is exceptional! Chris & Ed were very friendly, patient & helpful. They answered all of my questions. Chris really took his time to make sure my car problems were resolved, he went above and beyond. Thanks guys!

yooooo Chris is the man, extremely helpful. helped me get a check engine light off and advised me on what needed to seriously be done. took his time and was a great teacher, schooled me on doing something myself and it helps save big money! I'll be back soon!

In my experience the staff here varies wildly in terms of how much they care. I've talked to staff here that were very helpful and knowledgeable. However, more often I've been helped by someone who didn't know what they were doing, had no one around to help them, and it didn't seem to matter to them.

Most friendly staff ever! My 🚗 broke down on the highway. Made it to this lovely parts store. My vehicle was fixed in their parking lot by some awesome customers! Amazing!!

Honest advice from staff, especially last Sunday, Mar 12 when I needed an engine sealant because I had used 2 qts of oil driving down from Canada. The recommended blue devil reduced it to less than a 1/2 qt on the drive back. Now it seems even more stable ( you have to closely follow directions for best results)
