So as you know Al was in an accident Friday night- the jeep was towed by State Street Towing. They aren’t open on Sat. or Sun.. My son brought his truck, wench & car hauler over & they went to over to pick up the truck. . So he gave them the bill & it had to be paid in cash! Drum roll please - $1,400.00!!!!! I find this humorous as he has a clean up fee of $100 when the jeep landed in the field & nothing fell off - the tow charge fee is $350 & he charged $150 go to fee - recovery fee if $200 - extra man fee if $100 & the best one Admin fee of $150. Avoid the place at all cost - the reviews are horrid & we just found out why!!!!
Do NOT take your car here for anything. They will overcharge you incredibly, and whichever pissant they have answering the phone needs an attitude adjustment. "No key" no shit, did you try asking? No, you didn't, just like you didn't remove any snow you charged me for. False advertising business too, they'll go by "Westside" only when they tow your car so they can try and hold it longer and add more fees.
Predatory tow company will not let you have access to your vehicle unless you give them an excessive amount of money an they accrue charges over the weekend but they are not open on the weekend.
My wife and I recently had our car towed to this location by the police illegally. We could not get our stuff out of it unless we paid them. Then after we forfeited the car to aviod paying fees because it died we found them selling it on Facebook market place.. this business practice is the most inconsiderate and immoral I've ever seen. Taking advantage of people seems to be thier strongest suit. I will re review if this gets taken down. This is borderline extortion.
If the police towed your vehicle here, I'm sorry. This business is a huge scam. They charged us 200 dollars to forfeit our own car they wouldn't let us have it back unless we paid the 800
The most expensive auto repair shop! Towing fees are ridiculous. It’s dirty and disgusting in there. Not to mention the location is wrong and takes you to another location. Took my business elsewhere.
Chris and the guys do great work, always up front and honest about what's needed and what's not. Don't hesitate to call for a tow or automotive work, and the paint jobs are amazing!
