Lilly goes above and beyond for her commerical customers. She is the best manager that store ever had.

I had a great experience. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He changed my windshield wipers for me in less than a minute.

Knowledgeable staff. Manager was able to tell an all new associate exactly what I wanted and where it was. THEN they went to the computer system...she was spot on! That's why I love going here over any other parts store. These people really know their business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Went there to get something as simple as an oil filter. Got home wrong oil filter go back was told. Oh sorry my bad. Did not realize it was that hard to type in numbers on a computer. Very disappointed will be going to the other parts stores. Maybe I’ll have better luck.

I stopped in real fast for new blades. I was in and out thanks to Lily. Great customer service. She took the time to show me how to install my blades instead of just doing without talking to me like most places do. She was quick and easy to work with. Thanks Lily!

Brianna is the best employee this place has. She came out in the freezing cold to test my almost dead car battery without a hat or coat. Talk about tough! Wonderful customer service. She didn’t even pressure me into buying things I didn’t need. Even though I live in Rockford, I am definitely making the trip to this location in Belvidere for all my auto needs from now on

Lily, the manager, gave us incredible customer service today. We were 6 hours into our drive from Minnesota to Michigan to see family, with our two young kids in tow - not an ideal time for our new to us minivan to start flashing a warning sign and Check Engine. We found this store because it was the closest from where we were on the highway, and we are SO GLAD we did. Lily soothed our nerves and helped us read the codes and find out what we needed to do. She truly went above and beyond to help us quickly and with lots of clear instructions and explanations. We are not "car people," I can swap a battery or change a tire and that's about it - Lily gave us exactly the information we needed to fix the problem and get back on the road. We can't become customers for life at this store but we're definitely sold on O'Reilly for all future part needs!

Great place to grab your parts. Local employees good at there jobs store is always quick to get my parts.

We came in so we could get the right piece for our mustang and AARON was so helpful not gave us the right part but helped us in making sure it fix correctly he was awesome.

I went in this afternoon because I had a battery alert on my dash upon leaving work. I went in and spoke with an employee named Dawson who said he'd be happy to come out and check it for me....I'm guessing the cable literally needed to be touched because the sensor light went off. Dawson had me go ahead and turn the car in and ran a check on the battery and the starter. Dawson went above and beyond and was friendly and well educated on point system and my car was running great on all testing levels. Thank you DAWSON for caring about your customers!!!

When confronted with a seemingly endless variety of wiper blade choices, each claiming to be the best on the market, the store manager, Christian I believe his name is, helped me quickly and easily choose the best ones for my vehicle. The whole process was fast, painless, and even kinda fun (the employees all have good senses of humor). Their floors were clearly marked at 6 foot intervals to help us maintain social distance. I highly recommend them!

Lily, the assistant store manager, was absolutely amazing today. She spent almost an hour helping me find the right parts, and even helped me install them, which was not an easy task. Definitely recommend coming to this location for some great customer service! Lily was very knowledgeable and so helpful.

Lily at Orileys is one hard working very dedicated and very professional she follows the rules and regulations of the store and of the Orileys busines she knows how to handle people that don't have there receipt of purchase on a item no receipt no return I spend a lot of money at the belvidere store and will only buy from her or the manager they know there job

Chris and Derek are literally the best I've dealt with. Unlike autism zone They can't find there own butt holes with both hands and a flashlight

We switched to using O'Reilly in 2017 for work on our cars from the 1980's. They have always been really knowledgeable about the work we do on our own cars, but also on our friends' and family's cars. They often have all the parts we need, and if they don't they always work it out for us to get the parts within the next day or two. We have never had a problem with a defective part, but they always open the box and check the parts or have us check the parts before we even pay. I would give them 5 stars just for all the incredible tips they have shared with us over the past year, but they have earned my 5 stars for the quality parts and incredible service!
