I had an excellent experience with Ken & company and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I called, they were incredibly helpful and were able to get me in right away, which was a huge relief since I was dealing with car trouble and needed it fixed quickly.
When I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and took the time to actually listen to what was going on with my vehicle. They diagnosed the issue quickly and clearly explained what needed to be done, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find a shop that is both honest and transparent, but that’s exactly what I experienced here.
The repair itself was done faster than I expected, and my car has been running great ever since. What really stood out to me was the price — it was very fair and much better than I was anticipating, especially considering how quickly they were able to get everything taken care of.
Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic. If you’re looking for a place that is reliable, efficient, honest, and reasonably priced, I would absolutely recommend them. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future car maintenance or repairs.
We love Ken! We love Belvidere Auto Clinic. They are honest, kind, and will never tell you that you need work done just to make money. They will create as many quotes as you want and only do the work you ask for. They are also off the BEST prices in town. We gladly drive 30 mins from home just to have work done here. We will never use another place for our auto work. Cannot express how grateful for how budget friendly they are.

My name is David Sabo. Been a customer of Belvidere Auto Clinic since they opened this business. Been awhile but I read all the reviews. I am astounded at the few people leaving sub par reviews. People, if you’re gonna take the time to leave a review be sure to leave it with the right business you went to. If Ken doesn’t have you in his books it’s because you were never there. I believe in Ken, his work, his knowledge, his trust and his pricing is one of the best to be found. So if you want to leave a review with this business please don’t confuse them with Belvidere Auto Maintenance. These two businesses are located on the same street and there names are nearly the same but their not affiliated with each other. So people, read your paper work before you post a stupid comment. You won’t find a more honest and trustworthy mechanic in Belvidere.
I took my car to Belvidere Auto Clinic today for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Ken was honest and went out of his way to find out for me that my brakes were under a warranty from the last place I took my car. That's going to save me money AND proved to me his integrity. I will be bringing my car back to Ken from now on, and I told all my coworkers about Belvidere Auto Clinic. Thanks, Ken!
Took my truck in for a belt replacement. Turns out I needed an alternator too. Both were done quickly and with honest great quality work. If I need anything else done, I will definitely be returning to this shop.

I've been burned by auto repair places more times than I can count and at this point, I just expect it. So imagine my surprise when the opposite happened here!!
My car ran out of gas suddenly and needed a fill up on the side of the road, we took it in immeditately to Belvidere Auto Clinic becuase while filling it , there appeared to be gas leaking out of the bottom of the car.
They filled it up another $10, and took a look.... turns out it's just the way my car is made, becuase it is meant to have no gas cap, it simply wont fill up with a normal gas canister unless I have a special funnel.
Belvidere Auto Clinic had the opportunity to charge me a huge service fee, tell me something else was broken, any number of things... but they just called, told me whats up, and charged me $10 for gas after we had a good laugh over it.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars and I will absolutely be bringing my car here for everything in the future. Knowing that they didn't take advantage tells me I can trust them in the future with any other repairs that I actually do need.

Ken is the best. Reliable, friendly and just awesome my schedule is crazy and he’s always able to squeeze me in last minute when I call him. I will never use anyone else for my car.
Do not take your cars here. The employees can't be trusted Joshua craft is a thief. He works there and the owner is protecting him. Beware beware beware
Very rude! They didn’t tighten the bolts on my skid plate which caused it to drag and made my husband have to turn around from his long trip to work because it was dragging the ground and we didn’t know what it was. So he lost a whole day of work because he travels…imagine that. Jessica and Ken are very rude and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
I have been using Belvidere Auto Clinic since they opened and I could not be more happy! The staff truly is honest and do quality work. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Take your vehicles here and you won’t be disappointed!
I love Ken! He does such an amazing job with my car and always try’s to get me in as soon as possible if I have a problem! He has reasonable pricing too! My parents started going to him and say how great he is! 100% would recommend him to anybody!

Needed airbag type suspension replaced with coil springs on my car. Work was done quickly and professionally. Price was very fair also. Can't recommend this shop enough.
Very nice and friendly. Does dependable work only reason I gave it four stars is because there's really no waiting room. And there's no air condition but if you can drop your car off it's the place to go
Ken finder runs this shop. He is a great mechanic. Tried and true. He is honest about your vehicle. He is cheaper then his competitors. I have had my Ford explorer worked on. And Ken took care of my truck no problem making sure that my family and I will be safe.
