This dealership AND the Kunes Chevrolet location in Delavan, WI totally ripped my mom off. Do not waste your time or especially your money coming here!
DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! First they were going to give 700 for trade in which was really worth 12k. Second I bought a gladiator used told damage was minor from carfax NOT it had a death rattle at hih speeds and front door would not close properly. And 3rd bought a new wrangler made a deal and next when I came in they charged me extra had to fight to get some money back not all! And finally this weekend used ac for first time and it didn't work! Oh my fault because supposedly a bullet or rock piercd my condenser NOTHING HAS HIT MY CAR ! if anything did why wouldn't my grill be damaged! Very dishonest dealership ! STAY AWAY! TOTAL BULLSHIT!
Johnny is the man to ask for. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We absolutely love our new vehicle and even more the service we received. We will never go anywhere else and all of our 6 children will be getting their vehicles from kunes. I recommend them to any and everyone. They are the best
Kunes must of bought out Jack Wolfe.. same people. I brought in for maintenance work, they do a thorough good job. This is the only place I take my jeep
Too bad your website on used Ford vehicles show 'Call for price'. Also a lot of the vehicles don't have pictures to boot.

Great car buying experience! All of the staff was friendly - my salesperson Josh took time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect car for me. I would definitely recommend.
Service was for a tune-up and oil change. Connector was broken during the tune-up. Vehicle owner was responsible for all part and labor costs associated with broken connector. Surprise! There is a 3% charge on top of any credit card payments.

All they want are sales numbers don't care about the customer have had car for almost 5 months still issues with it act like they don't believe me treated like I shouldn't be bothering them main office called me two weeks ago told me they'd get back to me no such call guess attorney will be next step to resolve issues and they are small problems but lack of customer care is a large issue with them

This will change once i recieve my car title,ive called numerous times and was told that its being mailed out to me but its been over a week,getting really tired of the games,oh and by the way,my temporary car tag ends today,so what am i suppose to do.

Sales was great but just over a month later brakes are destroyed on car .. Guessing money is more important than customer safety. So they get minimum stars and no recommendations. They fixed the problem but told us it was probably ice that caused both rotors to be extremely rotted.
When you first walk through the door you're greeted with a friendly hello. Anyone that I dealt with there was warm and helpful. Never once was anything being pushed at me like other places can tend to be. This is my 2nd time buying from Kunes (different locations) but the experiences I've had leave a lasting impression. A big thank you to Robert for being super amazing and picking out the right car for me based off of my needs.
