Great guys, had a truck with busted coolant hose at a truck stop near there store.

Compressor failed they blamed the truck. 9 months old compressor. I changed parts on air dryer as they requested that wasn’t the problem. I made it home and the mechanic took off the air dryer filter and it was full of compressor oil. Truck was diagnosed and it was the compressor that was supposed to be under warranty. I sent pictures and all receipts to them. Sti had a one year warranty on part but did not honor it. I should forward everything to a lawyer. Who knows. That might happen soon. OOIDA is a great place to do those things if necessary in this business. Beware they will not honor the one year warranty

I called to verify if they had a fuel cap for my freightliner. They confirmed that they did. I paid for an Uber to pick it up, but they did not have it in stock. They did, however, take ownership of the mistake and directed me to a dealership that was along my route back. I thought that was above and beyond what most companies would do. Hats off to them!
Mike is very good they have alot parts you can have it shipped out to you or you can come pickup in person the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful parts , accessories, some specialty stuff located in Belvidere so you dont have to travel a long time each way

By far the best repair shop around rockford, fantastic knowledge, fair prices, friendly staff and work is done in a timely manner. It's my 4th shop in rockford area and my final at that, won't go anywhere else!
Good place to buy parts! 🙌 fast and went out of his way late at night to get me what I needed for my semi truck just to make sure I was up and running .
