While I can't speak to their towing service, I was just following one of their trucks through downtown Nampa, which proceeded to change lanes in the middle of an intersection. With no signal. Twice, in the span of 2 minutes. Not a good look for a professional driver. Definitely not the kind of person I would trust to haul my vehicle.
Last May, Gem State Towing was crucial in towing my chevy dually from the street where I had an accident and blew 2 tires, to Les Schwab in Caldwell. The owner of Gem State on the scene within 3 minutes of the initial accident, sweeping up debris and offering to help. I am so grateful for his assistance that day!!!
They were awesome and patient with me. I forgot to leave my keys with the car. This was a frustrating experience for me and they were very kind and accommodating.😁
