I highly recommend all the folks at AutoCraft. They took the stress out of an inconvenient situation- dinged car. They were all patient, friendly and competent.
Disappointed that the car wasn’t clean inside. Then I had to tell them the front bumper wasn’t done still damaged and they found the part, so I had to wait again for them to replace it.
Autocraft really went above and beyond for me. Although the promised date ended up getting pushed back by several months, I was kept informed throughout the entire process. They truly did everything they could to make things easier for me, and even included a few unexpected perks along the way! I really appreciate all the efforts made by the team. A special shout out to Cam—he was absolutely fantastic! Thank you all!
These folks did a good job and were communicative and helpful, and both times met their timing estimate for repairs as well. This is the second repair we've had through them. Would hire again!

It took 2 weeks to just to get in for an estimate, (understandable and not the problem, all of the body shops on island are busy) when i finally got in for an estimate it took over a week to hear back, that I needed to bring my truck back in for "another estimate" and I had to call them repeatedly just to get any sort of update at all. After bringing my truck in a second time for the next "estimate" I literally heard nothing back for 2 weeks. After the first full week of waiting to hear anything at all, I finally did call to try to make sense of what was going on they were condescending and rude and gave literally no information. I finally told them to give me back my vehicle (after another 2 weeks of absolutely nothing) and took it to Kauai collision center, where they had an estimate and a repair plan within that day! Something I waited for over a month for from these guys with no end in sight. Save yourself some headache and go to literally anyone else.
