Mahalo to C&D Towing. Rescued today at Poipu Beach when we lost our keys and needed the vehicle towed back to the rental company. Don't let looks deceive you. It may not be a big slick city tow truck but it gets the job done. And the driver had an excellent sense of humour.

Left a message, over the easter weekend on Sat. Returned message/call. Great returning phone calls. CARING! WITH ALOHA

We've been stranded for the past 3 hours and nobody is picking our calls. They said they would be here 2 hours ago. We don't have food or water and are in the middle of nowhere

We were stranded, the rental car was completely stuck out on the North Shore past Hanalei due to a bonehead move I pulled involving the key-fob and saltwater (spoiler: they don't mix). It was getting past dark and the rental car company couldn't send a replacement until morning (but we didn't know that yet), and wouldn't begin to send the replacement until the first rental, with all our car-camping gear in it, was towed. No Ubers or taxis on the North Shore. I believe the C&D driver's name was Travis, and I think it was his wife with him. He and his wife were so helpful, really struggled like mad to get the car, which was completely locked up with the alarm going off, dragged up onto the truck. They, at first, agreed to wait with us until an Uber or taxi arrived, and then, when it became clear that none were available, they found a way to get us a ride back into Hanalei. After we and our stuff got dropped off in Hanalei, Travis called to tell us that there was a bus we could take into Lihue, where we could at least get a room (but the last bus had already passed). We ended up sleeping in the park with the blessing of the local security guard, who then gave us a ride up the hill to Princeville to get the replacement rental in the morning. That morning, Travis called again to see how things worked out. I don't know what we would have done... well, I guess we would have slept on the beach. But at the time it really felt like Travis and his wife went WAY out of their way to rescue us. This review is our way of saying mahalo!

Unreliable company period.

Bad company! Worst customer service ever. I would give 0 stars if I could. Got the same treatment just like everyone else. Unreliable promise time, keep delaying and delaying. We called and asked and was told will be there soon. After 5 hours of torture painfully waiting, they called us back and asked our location. They don’t even know where we are located!! Took them another hour to finally get to us...

This company first said they would show up at 12:00 PM. By 1:00 PM no one showed up. I called back they said they were 10 min away. This happened several times throughout the day. They finally showed up at 8:00 PM. I was stranded for 8 hours waiting for them to show up.

Said they would be at my house at 9:30 am. Every time I call they say somebody is on the way but it’s now 1 pm and even after 4 calls no body has come
