Have problems with motor mounts on our vehicle. They took the time to come out to the car look at the motor mounts and figure out exactly what we needed very very nice aloha people at Napa

This morning a had a good customer service from employee name Wayne helped me with my light bulb for my car he took my old light bulb out put in for me the new one they got out to the extreme thank u when I come there.

Always enjoy walking in, you never know what sort of offers they have, always at at good price too. I highly recommend napa and ps&d or any of the other napa locations on Kauai. Aloha

Staff extremely friendly and are happy to look up parts and info for their customers. The prices for parts are comparable to shopping for parts online, and given the delay s associated with shipping to Hawaii, Napa us a great alternative. Very rarely do they not have the parts I need, and are happy to check the Lihue location if the Kapa'a location doesn't have a part in stock.

All the auto parts you need, car service, loads of tires and the service is fast and also can make appointments. It's a big store, im sure they got what your looking for.

Friendly staff but takes a while to get help. Parking lot fills up fast, never many spaces available.
