First time using Kauai Auto Repair, really like the professionalism and automated system. Highly recommend them

Had a diagnostic test done, camshaft sensors needed replacement. I was advised of the problem, cost, and how long it would take. No surprises... Receptionist was helpful and mechanic did a great job, in a timely manner.

First time at Kauai Auto Repair and it won’t be my last. Friendly when I called, when I dropped off my vehicle and when I picked it up. It was a very minor issue and it was done in less than 90 minutes. Without hesitation, I’ll use Kauai Auto Repair again. I broke a bolt head off and they had to remove the rest of it.

I recently had my rear brakes and air conditioning system on my Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ inspected and repaired with Kauai Auto Repair. At first, I was kinda hesitant on bringing my truck there. I'm so glad I did! The office staff Lauren, Riley, and Shanie were so helpful and professional. They answered all the questions I needed to know. They also kept me updated on the status of my vehicle while it was being repaired in the shop. The mechanics are knowledgeable, qualified, and quick in diagnosing the problem and fixing my vehicles issues. .... So far, so good! I'm impressed and satisfied with their workmanship. Like they always say, "You pay for what you get." QUALITY SERVICE and WORKMANSHIP!!!

once again, these folks did a great job. I needed to have my gas lines replaced. The parts came in early and the truck was done the next day. They sent me pictures of the corroded lines and explained the process to me. You’re always so great about communication and the work is Quality. They are fast and professional, and your prices are fair. I feel a lot safer in my truck now.

I recently took my car over to Kauai Auto Repair for a simple safety inspection. They are located around the corner so they are incredibly convenient. I was able to drive my car over and walk back to my office. This team is ON IT! The check-in process was less than a minute and very seamless because we had made a prior appointment. When the car was ready, I was given a text, again, so convenient. And when I went to pick up my car, the checkout process was, again, seamless and expeditious. They even changed my windshield wipers for me as a favor. Kauai Auto Repair is my go to Service center. Even if they weren’t just around the corner.

Great! Staff was understandable and able to get my truck aligned even with aftermarket tire specs and components.

The work done to my truck was Awesome! You can tell that the Techs did a professional job to my wheel alignment - (I can confirm that these guys are the best) Shanie did a wonderful job in scheduling my appointment and offered to help me on another project!

Looking to get some tires mounted and balanced called around, Costco wouldn’t do it , Napa quote was high and tire warehouse house said they would do it in to weeks, Kauai Auto Repair got it done that day and better price than anyone else

Called with brake issues on my lady’s car and they allowed me to drop of the next day, I was expecting a longer wait for an appointment. Great communication and staff. Techs were fast and thorough and Sales reps were reasonable with taking procautions in the process. Amazed with the online payment since we were mini golfing when the vehicle was done. Definitely heading back to do a trans fluid and filter change on the truck in the near future.

I was really impressed by the high level of customer service and knowledge of the mechanics. I had a problem with my car that I had taken to several mechanics which none were able to diagnose. Thankfully I took it here to Kauai Auto Repair. I was kept up to date on what was happening with my vehicle. Lauren who was assisting me was so kind and really went above and beyond! They were able to diagnose and fix the problem I had been dealing with for over a year. I just wish I took my car here sooner! Could recommend enough!

5 of course!!! You saved me when my starter went out and it had been sitting at the dealership waiting for an opening for a month. That's why I came back when the service light went on for an oil change and needed power steering inspection. Thank you for your quick, thorough, and helpful staff.

Brought my car in and they only did the toe alignment, not the camber the first time, they let me bring it back next week to finish the job so no problem. Picked it up aligned but now they leave a note saying “barely any tie rod threads are in contact” Mechanic was cool but told me there’s only 3-4 threads connecting the inner and outer tie rod. That’s less than a half inch of engagement, that’s how you would drive around? Not safe why not just do the job right The photo on the left is how long a tie rod end is. The photo on the right shows how little they screwed it on. U can tell cuz they used blue threadlocker
