This company is amazing! I called them today when our son was stranded. They were friendly, responsive, dispatched IMMEDIATELY and were on-scene in minutes (literally beat us there and we were 15 minutes away). Lonnie was the driver and he looked at his car, identified the problem, got it running, and our son was on his way! Such awesome customer service. It’s so hard to find businesses like this anymore. They will forever be our go-to for towing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! A++++

Outstanding business. We were quoted a price and they held to it despite the awful traffic (a train had blocked most of the crossings leaving the tow truck driver to spend an extra 30 minutes in traffic). The owner even called and explained why the tow truck had not already arrived (very good at communication). When getting the truck the gentleman was fast, courteous, explained things well and was willing to put the key (from the truck along with instructions) in the mechanics business night drop box (since I could not be at the mechanics shop to do it myself). We will use them again if needed.

Car blew a radiator hose idling in a parking lot. I called Crown and they were there within 15 minutes. They took excellent care hooking her up and getting it to my home. This is a towing company that excludes all levels of business models, I call the number and the driver told me he would be here within a HR and that he would call me on the way, the driver called me with in 10 minutes and 15 minutes later my wife and i were on our way, with the car on the flat bed, the tow truck was very clean and new, I was expecting a big bill but was shock how reasonable it was, If you need a tow in the Griffin GA area I strongly recommend this company, Crown Towing services you won’t be disappointed

I called Crown Towing to tow a classic pick up From over a 60 mile radius. They were on time very professional and handled my truck with the utmost care. The price for the tow was great and it was loaded quickly to take to the location requested. My Husband's lifted truck broke down at my job. Not only did they do a wonderful job towing his truck, but they are super nice! I left a couple of things in the truck that we needed for my son, and they didn't get upset when I asked to get them out. They were very accommodating with staying in communication with me letting me know the driver was here to pick up, which allowed me to continue working without stressing if they would arrive without my knowledge. The driver was very confident driving his lifted truck onto the flat bed, which made me less nerve wracked. We would definitely recommend using this service, and we would use them again!
