I needed my heavy commercial work truck towed after we broke down in the middle of the night. I called S and P Towing and got an immediate response! I was shocked they got to me less than an hour after 10pm! They really came through for me and my crew and were very professional. The driver really knew how sensitive to load our heavy duty equipment. Our truck safely got towed to the mechanics shop and we were back on the road the next day! So glad i didnt get a tow service who didnt understand urgency!

My car was stranded on side of the road. Fuel pump went out on me while driving. Made the call to S&P the next day and received instant service. Very professional. I had to go back to my car and bring the keys and Mike literally beat me to my vehicle lol. I had other business to attend to so Mike took my car and dropped it in my driveway. He called and made sure he was t the right house and all perfectly parked ready for me to get the repairs done in my driveway lol

I definitely recommend this towing company ! Fast service, i made one phone call and he was there in 20 mins. Great pricing also!

I was stuck on the side of the road in Griffin and called this tow truck company. They showed up super fast and were really friendly. The driver took great care of my car and made sure I felt safe the whole time. Their prices were fair too, and you could tell they really cared about helping people. Highly recommend/ suggest them if you ever need a tow in Griffin Ga !!

I live in Stockbridge and needed a tow late at night when my car broke down. This towing company was amazing — they arrived quickly and were super professional. The driver was friendly and made sure my car was safely loaded and taken to the shop. Their prices were fair, and I really appreciated how they made a stressful situation so much easier. My semi truck broke down on route 54 around Hampton Ga in the middle of the night and I was afraid I could not find anybody to help me so late, but when I called s and p towing, I spoke with a live person and they were able to get a tow truck to me within an hour and I Was very grateful that I did not have to wait on the side of the road for many hours late at night. I'm so happy I called them and I recommend this towing service for any semi truck drivers.

So I’m the person who just made the comment about parts being stole from my vehicle. I didn’t even give you my vehicle information Ms Nancy so how can you say you guys never had my vehicle? If this is Ms Nancy I’m only assuming so. Very dishonest thing for you to do. My attorney will be in contact to view cameras. As it states in your office you guys have 24hr surveillance.

They will steal parts from your car if it’s there to long. Be AWARE. I spend over $2k repairing every little issue my truck had. It ended up being towed it took a while for me to get it back (70 days) and when I finally did , it wouldn’t start. It doesn’t turn over or anything. I’ve had my truck sitting for months on end before and never had an issue with it “not “ starting. I have repair receipts etc I will be contacting an attorney to look into this. This will not be taken lightly at all.

Mike was super! He is a true professional and most helpful. He took great care of my Porsche Boxster and even pushed it into my carport using his strength. I am very thankful and appreciative of his kindness as well as his attention to every detail. Mike deserves a raise! Diane VB

OMG I definitely question the character of this company. Drove 4 hours to pick a freightliner listed forsale and told owners that. I get there and the owners are jumping the truck off and does not seem drivable. All tools and tires still in truck. It would have taken an entire day just to clean it out and make driveable The pictures did not even match the pictures listed. Why not be honest and disclose all information. Then informed me the truck had been sitting for 1 to 3 years. This company did not perform any towing services but again I question the integrity of this company. I would have the truck ready to go before selling and remove the misleading pictures online.

Tray did a tremendous job helping with getting my wife’s vehicle towed back home, it was a Tesla, and isn’t the easiest to tow due to the battery being completely drained. He made it a seamless process and had a smile the whole time. Definitely recommended!

The most disgusting company. Super unprofessional. Made threats to come to my work. When I didn’t handle in person payment due to no cash, they wouldn’t take my calls to handle over the phone. They kept hanging up and even threatened to “square up” at my place of work like we live in the hood or something ? Carry your car home it’s better for you. EDIT: the poor owner doesn’t know I have a recording of Mike threatening me. Someone needs to inform him.

I called my insurance company to get Roadside Assistance with a flat tire. S&P sent Tra, who arrived within 25 minutes of my call. Tra was professional, easy to talk to, and immediaty got to work. He pulled the donut out my trunk, jacked the car up, took the bad tire off, put the donut on, & put the defective tire in my trunk. Tra was fast, efficient, polite & effective. Problem solved!! I truly appreciate S&P!! I love ❤ them!!

Tra was on time and very professional! My tow was scheduled for 6:30 and he called at 6:24 that he had arrived! He took great care of my car and made my stressful situation so much easier on me! He knows his stuff. S&P has great service and Tra takes such good care of your vehicle. Thanks so much again Tra! You the best

Our son was promised a tow at 2:47. No show. We called then they said 4:23. No show. We called back and were told an hour. No show. We called back at 8:45ish and spoke with Pamela, the evening dispatcher (who was rude) and was told he was on his way but she couldn’t track him because her system was frozen. I asked her if she could call him and she said rudely…I told you he was on his way. I told her that he has been on the way since 1:30. I would not use this company unless you have all day and night and if you expect staff to be unprofessional. I have reported this company to our insurance company.

Not only took too long in the freezing cold. But paid 325$ only for them to tell me they can only take 1 person in the truck and the driver basically talking bad about my car to my friend like i have money to get a newer car. Very aggressive about me paying him right on the spot too.

My car broke down and I called looking to have it towed. The receptionist told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait. I waited for 2 and a half hours and ended up having to cancel it due to the lack of communication on the company’s end. This was at 3 o’clock in the morning. I would’ve been better sticking with AAA because the wait would’ve been the same with GUARANTEED SERVICE. Absolutely ridiculous. DO BETTER!

I normally don't normally do reviews, but the service that I was provided on Saturday, I'd be doing S&P Towing a dis-service if I didn't. Saturday morning I was traveling from Savannah, to Atlanta to make it to a friends wedding when my car stalled out in the middle of exit 228 at about 8:40is am. After finally reaching my ins company's roadside service I received a text msg notification with an estimated eta of about 11-11:15am. I called , the number provided and spoke to the receptionist, I explained to her the situation and the potential danger I was in based on where my car shut off at and asked if the estimated eta was correct, or if there was anyway they could get to me sooner. She stated that was the best that they could do being that they were somewhat short that day, but she would have the driver to call me when he's like 10mins away from me. She was extremely polite and professional. Within like 5-10 mins I received a call from the driver letting me know that he was about 6 mins away from my location. When he got there, he immediately got out introduced himself, explained what he was about to do, made sure we both were safe, made small talk to ease the situation as he understood the frustrations of having car trouble and was extremely professional the entire time. Once the car was on the flatbed, he circled around so that I could follow behind him to the dealership. When arriving at the dealership, he was able to drop the car off close to the service area. Before leaving, he made sure that I was straight and didn't need any further services, ride share, or accommodation recommendations being that I was from out of town. Tra went above and beyond his duties of service and I hope this review brings more business to this company. Its not often you find this level of service especially when things go bad when traveling and you're unfamiliar with the area. Its good to know that there are good professional companies like S&P Towing around with people like Tra on the staff! I greatly appreciate everything. Hopefully I don't experience the type of car problem I had on Sat, but should I do or know anyone else in that situation, I'd definitely recommend S&P Towing!

I most definitely appreciate you guys for such an awesome service. As some women know about cars, I know enough to get by. Haha! With that being said, I thought I could push my car to the limit and make it to my destination. Well, that didn't go as planned. Unfortunately, I had to get my car towed but fortunately Quint came through for me. Quint, thanx my guy!! You eased my worries and I appreciated your great customer service. 5+ stars! My car broke down on a Friday afternoon. The dispatcher was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about what kind of truck I needed. The wait time was short and the driver was very friendly, polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. I will definitely call again when I need a tow.
