❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ Worst towing company I’ve ever used. A week ago my insurance company dispatched this towing company to me when I got a flat (my tire iron was striped) and after 7 hours of waiting my insurance company dispatched another towing company and they were here in 45 minutes. So today my serpentine belt popped and I called my insurance company for a tow and they dispatched the same towing company (twisted towing) and so far it’s been an hour and a half and there not even answering the phone. I call my insurance company back and they said to wait another 30 minutes and if they haven’t showed up call back. Ridiculous. Canceling tomorrow and going with AAA. Can’t be any worse. Think twice before using this sorry excuse for a towing company. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ ❌❌❌

My truck shut off on my way home and after waiting over 2 hours for another tow company, Twister Hook was called. The driver, Tra, got to me within 20 mins and got me home safely!

First time using our roadside assistance with our insurance company. They sent out Twisted Hook and Tra with the Pink truck was our driver. Very professional and kind. Made a very stressful situation with my daughter”s car much calmer, which was appreciated. Highly recommend his services.

This experience was awful. They were 40 minutes late and did not notify me of a delay. They wrote down the wrong vehicle and blame me saying I told them the wrong vehicle and that it is not their fault. That is extremely unprofessional to turn it on a customer. Maybe she misunderstood what vehicle I said, but she straight up told me I told her the wrong vehicle. Incorrect. Apologizing for lack of communication and misunderstanding would be appropriate. To turn blame on a customer after you were 40 minute late is very rude. Not communicating the delay caused me to be late to work and no communication is not acceptable.

Called tow in. The driver was there in 20 mins or maybe less. I belive his name was Josh. He was in a wheel lift and came to us at the waffle house in Hampton. He was a nice guy, had our vehicle loaded and home all in less than an hour. Very pleased for sure! Thank you!!

Thank you for sending Tra an outstanding employee from your company who not only made me feel comfortable, he was efficient, reliable as well as friendly. If you are ever in a bind I would highly (and I can't stress this enough) highly recommend this company.

1st time having to get a tow truck. Tra was excellent. He called me to let me know he was on his way and was very nice and helpful when he arrived.

I used this company today and they were great. They responded fast and had a driver at my location in less then 45 minutes and he was very professional even with my old junky van. Fair pricing Fast Response and Professionalism,Can't beat that. Thank You.

After waiting 4 hours for AAA to try and find a provider in the heat, I gave up and decided to call Twisted Hook. Donna who sensed my frustration with AAA and was very understanding and knew the long wait times with AAA! She also knew that where my car was located and was concerned that catalytic converter thefts in that area was very bad. Literally within an hour maybe even shorter, she dispatched Josh who met me at the car and was very professional and stayed in communication with me the entire time. He even called me from the auto shop just to make sure he was at the correct one. Pricing was fair and upfront and their ability to dispatch drivers quickly deserves 5 stars! Thank you very much!

Im not sure if this towing company was the one who was supposed to keep my totaled truck or what, but he delivered it in worse condition than when I went to go get my belongings out of the truck from the previous wrecker servíce. I do not approve of how he delivered it either as if it were garbage. Someone purposely damaged the tonneau cover and the driver seat neither were messed up. We were planning on using this trucks parts for another truck now thanks to selfishness, we can't.

Got a tow from Jona after breaking down in Summerville with a flat tire. Jona showed up quickly and ready to complete the job! After inspecting my car to confirm the problem he let me know that my tire had to be replaced. Jona is very professional and made my bad day so much better by keeping me smiling and laughing. Great job with the quality of service!

My tire broke on the side of a bush interstate and I was so scared. Darius came in under 20 minutes and helped so much, he was awesome, fast, and super nice!

Very professional and quick....when you are in need of a tow truck for any reason you don't want to have to wait forever for a tow truck. They showed up and did an outstanding job and price was very fair compared to the services provided. Would highly recommend this company for future services for anyone.

I was happy at first with the customer service the first visit there but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was greeted with animosity and felt like they didnt want me to take my own vehicle and even proceeded to video me and my helpers while we hooked up our tow bar! I wasn't informed of any policy of video recording or did I see any sign saying it.

This place is AWESOME! A friend of mine’s vehicle broke down outside of my home and we had to have it towed to the dealership. Twisted hook was incredibly helpful, and meticulously careful as the vehicle was a hybrid that couldn’t be put in neutral and required a lot of effort to be towed. The lady offered my friend extra tips about the general know how’s of her vehicle as well, which were much appreciated. Highly recommend this company!!

Unprofessional! They decided they didnt want to tow my bmw from my place of work and made up a story about illegal items being in my car while on company property. Then lied about who cancelled the tow and why. On top of being late and the dispatcher being rude and dismissive.

Our car broke down in McDonough and we used our road side assistance. Twisted Hook was dispatched to us. We were told it would be about an hour. The driver, who was so sweet, called us and said she would be there in 25 minutes. She came and towed our car back to our home in Covington. She even took the time to talk to our kids. I would recommend them to anyone!!

This is the best Tow Company in Griffin, McDonough, Hampton Area. I work for Velox Insurance, an insurance agency, and we recommend them to all of our customers. Thank you to Jeff and the gang for rescuing my baby and I off the side of the road. I was on my way into town and had a blow out. I saw their pink breast cancer truck go by and called them up. She turned right around and within less than 20min of breaking down I was at the tire shop and unloaded. Thank you y'all!!

If I could leave less then 1 Star I would. I called them yesterday to give me a jump. They came out and hooked up a “charger” left it on for maybe a minute. Said battery was fine it’s my starter asked to do it again. Once again left it on this time for maybe 30 seconds. Said the same thing bad is fine, keep this in mind on the phone said they couldn’t tell if a cell is bad. Again they said the starter is bad. A few hours later got a jump from a friend. Let it charge for about 5 mins car started right up. Went to O’ Reily’s ran all the test starter passed. Battery was leaking something that was pointed out. So got a new battery (old battery was 4 years old) and it started right up with no issues. It’s still starting this morning. I called twisted hook this morning. I was informed that basically that’s what was said by the dudes that come out is right, and they don’t do refunds. So I wasted 45$ (cash by the way and didn’t get a receipt) for them to come out for lousy service.

This was the best towing experience i had. They take their time with your car. They used extra tools to keep your car front end from scrapping the ground unlike some tow companies. I was able to pay tribute to my mother in law and friend by sighing their name on their truck. I would request them if i need any towing in the future.
