I recently caught a flat tire in the middle of what seemed like nowhere. I called three separate 24hr services and Dominique was the only one that picked up. He confirmed that he serviced the area that I was in and that he could be there in 30 minutes. He arrived in 20 minutes and had my flat fixed. He was very professional. He will be the individual I call for situations like this. Thank you so much Dominique for your kindness. (Also he answered this call for on his borthday and I think that proves his dedication to his customers)
Dominick came in the rain and pulled us out of an almost impossible situation. We were working a rodeo and it came a deluge of rain We were marred deep in the mud.He made it happen and made sure we were able to serve a family on their wedding day we needed to be at in 12 hours.

My experience with New Era Towing was excellent. When I called his number he was clearly in the middle of a job but, did not act annoyed, distracted or in a hurry. I was able to get the towing service requested and the job was done in a friendly but professional manor.
Dominque is thee best. Very kind and professional. He came and rescued me from a lockout at 12 midnight in the country of Williamson, GA. Thank you sir for being quick and efficient.

I would recommend Dominique and New Era Towing. Thankfully, I have not frequently needed towing services but I received a call from my wife on a dark, rainy Friday night saying she had hit a pot hole and blown out two tires. I arrived to find the tires blown out but also the rims had been damaged. I had no relationship with a towing service and quickly searched near me. I made the call to New Era Towing and Dominique answered my call. After just a few short minutes he was in route and arrived roughly 20 minutes after my initial call. He was courteous, professional and pricing was fair. Thankful to have met someone who didn't take advantage of my situation and safely delivered my vehicle to the tire shop.
On Sunday, 11-10-2024, we were returning from our trip to the shore. We had already traveled 330 miles and were within 30 miles of home when we ran over something in the road which punctured our tire. Because it was Sunday night of the holiday weekend, we had difficulty getting roadside service. However, when Dominic Clevela got the call, he came to our rescue immediately. He took us from Griffin to Discount Tire in Peachtree City where we left the car for service. He made sure our friend was there to pick us up and take us home, A truly great guy!
Mr. Clevela was professional, personable and a great pleasure to talk with on our 30 mile ride to our destination. Not only did he take care of our Tesla, but he also took great care of us and our little dog.
If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, this is the person and company to call.

Dominic rocks. It was 10pm and my transmission went out. I was trailering a motorcycle I had just picked up. Dominic came and towed both the vehicle and trailer to my service guy for a great price. He was a lifesaver! Professional and courteous. Highly recommend when you need a tow!

I had my car towed to the dealership in Newnan. The driver tore off my front bumper and tried to put it back on like nothing happened. A tech at the shop videos him the whole time , then he called me and told me what happened. Also it's cameras on the lot that video taped it... Never use them again. And he not trying to replace it, so I'll see him in court
My experience with Legacy Towing was great. The time I had to wait was minimal and the Gentleman who towed my vehicle was very respectful and fun to talk with. I just wish I had secured some form of payment proof. I paid $100.00 in cash for the two, and I'm not sure if State Farm will reimburse me for the amount I paid if I cannot prove I paid for the service beyond my word, alone...
I would recommend this company to family and friends! Communication was awesome. He came @ the ETA that was expected and very polite and courteous. Thanks for helping to get my car to and from safely and without any drama!
