If there was a way for me to leave a review with zero stars I would! Everyone at the Lithonia location were unprofessional and seeking some type of reaction out of me when I went to pick up my car, except Nicholas he was so kind and brought a breath of fresh air to the place but the other two the lady with the mustache and the big lazy man that did processing (I’m guessing) were rude and disgusting towards me! I was told to be there at 12 I was given the wrong address and was sent a way with the door slammed in my face not once but twice! Whomever is the owner or manager should give the employees there a lesson on GREAT customer service! Or give Nicholas a promotion since he was the only one there that knew how to treat the customers!
