We have been scammed and ripped off so many times by auto shops, but this is the most honest and best customer service we have ever had. Constant contact about what's needed, the process, the time frame, the price. Super honest company, the nicest people ever. "Lil' Roxy" is running like a champ ❤️ Will come back here every time. I have a Hyundai Palisade 2024 with 6,000 Miles on it. I bought the car new less than two years ago, and it has been a nice riding car. In January we had a few warning lights show up in the instrument cluster. We took the car in to Cumming Hyundai to have them look at and diagnose the issue. We were told that we had a cracked sensor housing and that this was not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. I asked to see the the cracked sensor, but could not visibly see a crack. After finding out that the repair was going to cost $2500.00 I decided to take the car to Team Ryan. David explained that they would also have to do a diagnostic evaluation and would let me know their finding. Team Ryan had the same result from their evaluation, but upon further evaluation found that the sensor was disconnected, the housing was not cracked. After reassembling the sensor the warning lights disappeared. I can not tell you how many times in life these days, you can rely on the people you choose to do business with to treat you fairly. Team Ryan went above and beyond to help resolve my issue with this car and I would trust them implicitly in the future with giving me good service, and reliable evaluations, they are true professionals. looking around this morning on Google I found this shop and gave them a call. I needed to have a permanent plug placed in my tire. They were able to fit me in the same day And had phenomenal customer service. I was extremely happy with my experience and would definitely use this Company in the future. I was most impressed with how quick it took them to complete my service. I highly recommend this company if you need work done on your Vehicle.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Team Ryan is the only reliable team, trusted place and honest to their service! Years ago, I was told by the dealership that my Mazda’s engine was no longer in good condition. I was advised and given two options: either buy a second-hand engine worth $8,000 to $10,000, which I was told would only be good for one year, or buy a new car from them. I was even told by their service advisor that my car will stop anytime. I was shocked to find that out because my car was bought brand new and was not even 7 years old at the time. I was unsure why the engine would suddenly fail, knowing that the car was always on time with maintenance and overall checkups. I brought my car to Team Ryan and found out that the engine was actually in good condition. Of course, there were things that needed repair, but Team Ryan is the only trusted and reliable place I bring my car to. Dave ( the manager) very knowledgeable and kind person explained to me in detail what needed to be prioritized and what could wait. I never felt pressured, and they always help in the best way they can. The technicians are very knowledgeable and true to their service. It is sad that some dealerships cannot be trusted, especially once the warranty expires and it has left me a trauma. But now im very happy to have found Team Ryan. Ever since i brought my car here I always feel safe and satisfied. This is the only place I trust with my vehicle.

I finally found an honest place to get my car fixed, and they are extremely nice. I had two major oil leaks along with a few other issues. They were not sure whether my oil pan gasket was leaking because there was oil everywhere. They explained that once the current leaks are fixed, I will need to drive about 500 miles and then bring the car back so they can check for any remaining leaks. I asked if it would be cheaper to go ahead and replace the gasket to save on labor. They told me that if they can save me $750 by waiting to see whether it is actually leaking, they would rather do that. Many places would have taken my money and replaced the gasket whether it was needed or not. Overall, it was a great experience. The best part was when I got into my car and found a thank you note and some candy! Such a nice touch, I felt i was on a cruise, always loved how they turn your bed down in your cabin and left a chocolate mint on the bed. I am so glad I found them!

They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! They gave us a great in depth pre-purchase inspection! I loved how they sent an email with videos regarding the things that needed repair to understand the parts and how they function in the vehicle. Team Ryan is our go to mechanic now! The service recieved was worth the price we paid.

My prayer was to find an independent Tesla mechanic who displayed integrity, honesty and was knowledgeable about my vehicle. I took my 2016 Tesla Model X to Team Ryan and not only did they test drive with me to understand the issues and concerns, not only did they verbally inform me of what was wrong with my vehicle, they sent me video and images of my issues via email and text so that I could see and hear exactly what what causing my headache which was my two front cab axles!!! They updated me from the time they drove my vehicle into the bay for inspection, again, though text! The staff at Team Ryan are top notch and I would recommend their services to anyone who has a Tesla and are looking for great guys to help you resolve your issues. I drove over an hour through Atlanta traffic to allow them to work on my Model X and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Danny, Brandon, Kody, Justin and everyone at Team Ryan, Thank You for taking care of my Model X! The latch on my door broke off My boyfriend found them on Google close to my job. They immediately took my car in and they were able to fix it within a day! They are so nice here and I highly recommend. I will be bringing them back as I have a few more things that I need to fix on my car!

Got my brakes replaced went well at first but ended up having to comeback due my brakes being over tightened. Yes it was annoying having to comeback but they took amazing care of me and made things right. In the future I won’t go anywheres else the guys at Ryan’s are honest, trustworthy and always willing to make things right. Would give 10 stars if I could, Thanks guys.

They Adjusted my parking brake and they didn’t charge me! The front desk guy is also friendly and welcoming gives good advice on brake pads and rotors. he also complimented my Batman Lego keychain! Great customer service

This is the only place I would take my car. Honest people are hard to find. Great service and great people. I took my car in to have an actuator replaced, and that work was completed. They noticed and told me that my heat did not seem to be getting as hot as it should and gave me an estimate for replacing the heater core. I went back the next week to drop my car off so they could replace that part. They gave me a loaner car since this repair was going to take more than one day. I picked my car up after the repair and drove it over the weekend and noticed my heat still did not seem to be getting as hot as it should. So I took it back and they replaced a valve they had previously replaced at no charge. They had to keep my car for another entire day so they gave me another loaner vehicle so that I was not inconvenienced. They noticed my car was cranking slow slowly before I arrived to pick it up and they replaced my battery at no charge. You can’t get customer service like this anywhere else. They could have tried to fleece me for even more money, but they didn’t. They want their customers to walk away 100% satisfied with everything that they do. I absolutely did and will never take my car anywhere else. Thanks to Danny for great conversation as well.

Had a battery replacement issue and the customer service was excellent. An offer was made to facilitate the tow, and then communication was prompt and detailed along the way. I worked with Danny Vernon, and couldn’t have been more pleased. This was my first time working with Team Ryan and I will be back again.

I have taken my car to Team Ryan many times at this point. My car is older and has had its fair share of different problems, from the power train to the brakes to the engine, and every time it needs a repair, I always take it to Team Ryan. I took it in today for a rear light repair, and they had it done in 20 minutes and didn’t charge me for labor. They are quick, extremely communicative and reliable, have fantastic customer service, and I can say without a doubt that they have earned my loyalty. I have never felt scammed or overcharged, and as a young woman, I have never felt talked down to. I live the convenience of the online booking and the before/after hours drop off/pickup. I have never had an issue with getting an appointment and everyone who answers the phones are polite and knowledgeable. I will always go here when I have an issue and I love having such a reliable shop so close by.

Other shops (when they even called me back) quoted much longer wait times and higher prices. The Team Ryan crew was friendly, efficient, and even provided a loaner car—which made everything so easy! Team Ryan has great customer service with how they treat a customer. When I agreed to the extra service work they had me taken home by and returned to the shop by a Lyft driver. The two issues I had was the time quoted for the service work to be done and the final price of it. The time needed was quoted as an additional 3 hours. That was at 8:45 am. When I called at 1:10 pm to check i was told it would take to 4:30. I had another appointment at 4:30 so that would not work. He promised 3:30 then and they delivered on that. The other concern i had was the final overall price. To be fair I did not request a estimate of the total job price before authorization of the work. But I was surprised by an additional cost for an oil pan gasket replacement and a drive belt change of approx $800. That was on top of $83 for the oil change which was reasonable. They did give me a small coupon reduction on the final price. They charged me separate book Labor hour rates for the work. I have a real problem with that method when the repairs are done in one repair and it does not taken the full hours submitted for the work. Add to that the missed deadline for the work that was done. Not the experience I had expected from Team Ryan. I have used Team Ryan in the past and have been happy with those experiences.

I recently moved to the area and needed substantial repairs made on my vehicle. After reading reviews and seeing a quality small business in Team Ryan, I called to set up diagnosis and repair. Each person was very helpful. I was kept up to date on each part of the progress. It was great to find a reliable and honest mechanic shop that fixed problems without expensive "guessing". The problems were found and solutions were offered with quality customer service. I will be back for all service and repairs. 100% recommend. Very satisfied!

My vehicle drives like it’s brand new thanks to Team Ryan Automotive. They were really nice, very professional, and I felt that I was charged an honest and reasonable price. They repaired my hybrid brakes, some electrical wiring, my engine, and even knew how to reprogram the vehicle’s computer so that everything would run correctly. I trust these guys with my vehicle, and will absolutely come back to them next time I need repairs!
